I felt like she really cared about me and my skin, and the whole process was relaxing and lovely. She was honest with me about what my skin needed, and at no time did I feel like she was trying to "sell" me anything. I can't wait to go back. It was one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. The only issue I had was that if it's your first time there, the place could be hard to find. Note that it's at The Salons, across from Half-Price Books. I was looking for a place that said Lux, and it's not its own storefront.

You are just another number and they could care less. I go here every two weeks for a massage (with Yvette, one of my favorite people in the world). I probably pass 20 or more places closer to Georgetown but I would not think of changing. I can schedule online, can depend on the scheduled time being honored, and know that I'll receive a wonderful and caring massage. It is something I look forward to every other week and it keeps me going. My exercise is cycling and I'm currently doing around 100 miles a week so the massage is critical to keeping things aligned and working right. The rest of the business is also run professionally. I rescheduled for 9/10 only to find out that my credit had been removed then was told it expired on 8/15. I feel for those who work for such a corrupt company! Don't get caught up in the trap!
