The doctors were also very patient and both doctors met with my kid because of her condition. I felt like they really cared and were genuinely good doctors who didn't rush us out the door. Also, we were not rushed or pressured to get all the add ons for the lenses. It was more of an option and they had exactly what insurance would cover and how much so I could make a decision. I had an appointment scheduled at 5, and I was coming from work across town. As you know in Houston, traffic is terrible at this time. I was called by the office and told if I was not there in 5 minutes, that they would reschedule me. There is a 15 minute grace period, and I was signing in at 5:14. By the time the lady acknowledged me she said I would have to reschedule because it was 5:16. The energy the doctor gave me was that she was ready to leave or I had to pay to make her stay. In all my years of being a customer here I have never experienced this. I understand the importance of being on time, but life happens and there are policies in place. If you say there is a 15 minute grace period, you should honor that.
