Which is something I needed at the time. She explained all the procedures and X-rays that I would undergo during my visit. I told her I was having a bad day but she quickly said well hopefully I will cheer u up by the end of the visit and bring u a little peace while u r here. She is really funny, chatty and knowledgeable. After the visit was over I was in a happier mood. She was right! She is a lovely person and for that small snippet of time in the dentist office Susan bought some cheer into my life. I told her I actually forgot about my horrible day while she was servicing my mouth. The work she did on my teeth was great. She definitely values me as a patient and demonstrate great customer service. She is an example for others to follow.

The best part Dr Martin's dog is always in the hall way to greet you rather coming or going!! They always treat me with delicate care by asking how is this or are you okay, while doing the procedure. That is not necessary. I just had halo X-rays done a year ago. It isn't healthy to have that many X-rays. I am 72. I am not getting all new crowns or veneers. Not going back ever. Furious. They would not clean my teeth unless I agreed to have each tooth xrayed!

On our most recent visit, there were FOUR temporary hygienists/assistants. You never see the same team. We've witnessed questionable behavior from a dentist there (male military dentist), we've seen hygienists standing around eating in the patient area. This time, I was told that I needed to wait 30-45 calendar days for Aspen Dental to verify my insurance. As soon as I called Delta Dental, they confirmed that this could be confirmed online within 30 seconds. I waited on a 3 way call for Aspen Dental to figure out my plan on their end and they couldn't do it after 20 minutes on the phone. It seemed like laziness to me. Delta Dental staff confirmed with me that this issue should not be happening. It seemed like this was Aspen Dental's first day in dealing with insurance so I took my service elsewhere

I explained this to them and they gave me a hard time but cancelled it and said just call back to re-schedule. Long story short they cancelled ALL future appointments and when I went in for the next appt. 3 of the women upfront ganged up on me and argued with me about the appt., it was all ridiculous because I missed 1 appt. I never go on here and say anything about any company wherher I have had a good or bad experienc. But I must say these people are fake and the dentist was not that great but after spending 7 grande all of a sudden they gang up on me for missing that appointment and saying I should go somewhere else. it was so dumb!! They had no problem with me coming 5 other times before that but since I missed an appt! i was a problem. I didn't yell or curse at them but since I disagreed with them I was a terrible person! Anyway....there are Dentists on every corner here so that is no problem and I didn't really like going there. It's all women there and the blonde with the bad perm is the worst and they are all pretty frumpy so maybe they are just miserable, but if you have to cancel an appointment be prepared!!!!!
