Which is something I needed at the time. She explained all the procedures and X-rays that I would undergo during my visit. I told her I was having a bad day but she quickly said well hopefully I will cheer u up by the end of the visit and bring u a little peace while u r here. She is really funny, chatty and knowledgeable. After the visit was over I was in a happier mood. She was right! She is a lovely person and for that small snippet of time in the dentist office Susan bought some cheer into my life. I told her I actually forgot about my horrible day while she was servicing my mouth. The work she did on my teeth was great. She definitely values me as a patient and demonstrate great customer service. She is an example for others to follow.

The best part Dr Martin's dog is always in the hall way to greet you rather coming or going!! They always treat me with delicate care by asking how is this or are you okay, while doing the procedure. I feel comfortable when I go to Dr Martin's office doesn't matter what procedure. And I feel like they are family

It was traumatizing so I won't into more detail. When I left I came to yelp to find a dentist close to me, and thank God I did. Premier dentistry had a long wait list when I called to schedule an appointment, but I didn't care because I knew that meant they had a lot of patients. (Which to me was a good sign). After going to them one time last year, I can safely say I see why they have to many patients. First - I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in their waiting room. Whatever way they schedule their patients needs to be adopted across the world. Every single dental hygienist i have seen in a year and a half has been nothing short of kind. Even their receptionists are always smiling and everyone looks like they genuinely enjoy where they work. Which makes you happy to be there too. Dr. Islam is the cutest little dentist ever. And I love it when she checks my teeth. She listens to my concerns and makes sure to do the best and most cost efficient solution. I ended up getting retainers there, (because I felt my teeth shifting and asked for them) and the entire process was a breeze from start to finish. Taylor, the whitening/bleaching employee was so cute and fun to talk to, and offered an additional case just in case I broke my other one. She definitely didn't have to do that, but I felt so seen and taken care of. I love this place. Even if I end up moving across the state one day - I will always come back every 6 months because this place is that great. Last spring I had my cleaning and they found a crack under a molar crown. I went to an implant specialist. Had it extracted and a bone graft. During those visits I had extensive halo X-rays and regular X-rays. Today I was told if I didn't have a "big picture done" Each Individual Tooth X rayed, they would not clean my teeth. I walked out. That is not necessary. I just had halo X-rays done a year ago. It isn't healthy to have that many X-rays. I am 72. I am not getting all new crowns or veneers. Not going back ever. Furious. They would not clean my teeth unless I agreed to have each tooth xrayed!

The office feels like a giant cattle call. No friendliness, no warmth, the revolving door of staff shows how bad it's become. On our most recent visit, there were FOUR temporary hygienists/assistants. You never see the same team. We've witnessed questionable behavior from a dentist there (male military dentist), we've seen hygienists standing around eating in the patient area. Two of my appointments in the past few months were cancelled within 48 hours. This is extremely unprofessional. I have 3 cleanings per year through Delta Dental. I was told on two separate appointments by Aspen Dental staff that I owed out of pocket for these cleanings, which I know is not true. This time, I was told that I needed to wait 30-45 calendar days for Aspen Dental to verify my insurance. As soon as I called Delta Dental, they confirmed that this could be confirmed online within 30 seconds. I waited on a 3 way call for Aspen Dental to figure out my plan on their end and they couldn't do it after 20 minutes on the phone. It seemed like laziness to me. Delta Dental staff confirmed with me that this issue should not be happening. It seemed like this was Aspen Dental's first day in dealing with insurance so I took my service elsewhere

Previously I seen a dentist in the ARMY which mistakenly read the wrong chart and drilled a tooth that did not need drilling. So for a first true experience I was painfully pampered by an amazingly awesome dentist. My dentist Dr Anderson poked and prodded and did a thorough exam making certain she left no area unattended or not examined. With grace from God my teeth were in great shape with only one minor cavity needing to be filled. Although I had a cavity it certainly was a blessing to learn of better ways to conduct dental hygiene. I also threw out a question of removing a filling and replacing with a true teeth color. When most people would have seen that as a easy dollar Dr. Anderson was very honest and advised against such a procedure. It is great to know of such people with great integrity. Going in I was a little nervous because of the other yelp reviews but I actually had a really good experience. To note it did take me a long time as a new patient to get set up, I was in there for 3 hours for all the exams, x rays, cleanings and walkthrough of what procedures I needed. I don't think this is a bad thing as they want to gather as much info as possible on your teeth but be prepared to be here a while.

I explained this to them and they gave me a hard time but cancelled it and said just call back to re-schedule. Long story short they cancelled ALL future appointments and when I went in for the next appt. 3 of the women upfront ganged up on me and argued with me about the appt., it was all ridiculous because I missed 1 appt. I never go on here and say anything about any company wherher I have had a good or bad experienc. But I must say these people are fake and the dentist was not that great but after spending 7 grande all of a sudden they gang up on me for missing that appointment and saying I should go somewhere else. it was so dumb!! They had no problem with me coming 5 other times before that but since I missed an appt! i was a problem. I didn't yell or curse at them but since I disagreed with them I was a terrible person! Anyway....there are Dentists on every corner here so that is no problem and I didn't really like going there. It's all women there and the blonde with the bad perm is the worst and they are all pretty frumpy so maybe they are just miserable, but if you have to cancel an appointment be prepared!!!!!
