When I talked to the Implant consultant, she said they wouldn't start any work until they received $4000 out of the $7000. A few months later after I had the deposit I returned and they started the work but my delay affected the original quote as I had waited too long. This hadn't been explained in the consult. Nice, now they have me set up to make more money! The Dr. was very explanatory until the Implant process was completed. He then seemed distant & perturbed ( maybe he was having a bad day?) I asked him why the bottom of my teeth were stained brown, he gave me the term for description, turned & walked away. No suggestions how to deal with it. I'm very disappointed. It's management's fault. I suggest they hire an older staff perhaps who can communicate & relate in a professional manner.

Last spring I had my cleaning and they found a crack under a molar crown. I went to an implant specialist. Had it extracted and a bone graft. During those visits I had extensive halo X-rays and regular X-rays. Today I was told if I didn't have a "big picture done" Each Individual Tooth X rayed, they would not clean my teeth. I walked out. That is not necessary. I just had halo X-rays done a year ago. It isn't healthy to have that many X-rays. I am 72. I am not getting all new crowns or veneers. Not going back ever. Furious. They would not clean my teeth unless I agreed to have each tooth xrayed!

This time, I was told that I needed to wait 30-45 calendar days for Aspen Dental to verify my insurance. As soon as I called Delta Dental, they confirmed that this could be confirmed online within 30 seconds. I waited on a 3 way call for Aspen Dental to figure out my plan on their end and they couldn't do it after 20 minutes on the phone. It seemed like laziness to me. Delta Dental staff confirmed with me that this issue should not be happening. It seemed like this was Aspen Dental's first day in dealing with insurance so I took my service elsewhere
