Cracked headlights due to negligent install.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! ANY FIVE STAR REVIEW IS FAKE!!!! I WOULD RATE NEGATIVE INFINTE STARS IF I COULD!!!! I brought my car here to have aftermarket headlight installed on my 06 Chevy Cobalt SS/SC and they not only took longer than they said they would but also did not wire my headlights correctly! In addition, they completely cut through some ground wires that didn't have to be cut and didn't bother to fix it. Both headlights were wired differently. Driver's side headlight high beam didn't even work and on the passenger's side both high and low beams were on at the same time. Due to the ground wires being cut left headlight would flicker on and off. Additionally, they didn't seal the headlights so they ended up cracking! I didn't bother taking my car back to that place because of the poor-quality job they did in the first place. I instead had Affordable Automotive fix the damages they had caused. The headlights they "installed" were completely ruined. I ended up ordering new headlights and installing them myself. Surprisingly, installing aftermarket headlights was not that hard. I'm not a mechanic and even figured out how to install aftermarket headlights correctly. It's amazing how they messed up such a simple procedure. I should have just installed the headlights myself, but I wanted to save a little time which ended up costing me more time and money in the long run.

    M5 exhaust install, so pretty

An unparalleled experience. Unicorn service. Can I give 6-stars? Honestly, read this…read more.. Day 1, Saturday, of a four week road trip, we drove from SoCal to Pleasanton, CA and heard a clicking sound coming from the rear end once we were off the freeway and could hear again. Since we were picking up our caravan partner and heading north, we needed to find a mechanic in NorCal, along our route and nearby. We used the VanAlert app (must have!) and found Westy World in Chico. I called the number (Saturday, remember?) to leave a hopeful message that they may be able to squeeze us in on Monday for a look-see. I couldn't leave a message because Brian answered! As we discussed the issue, Brian offered to stop-by Pleasanton on SUNDAY, after a nearby Van drop-off. We met at a roadside parking lot and Brian crawled under the van to find and definitively diagnose a broken axel. If this was the end of the story, I am sure you would agree that this is a once in a lifetime automotive and humanitarian experience. It has had such a profound impact on us that we use it as the measure of the Golden Rule - we try to treat others the way Brian treated us. But the story goes on. From the parking lot Brian rallied his team back in Chico to set up an appointment on Monday to repair our axel. We are pretty sure that Westy World was not keeping a time slot open for that Monday to address our emergency. So all the other projects must have been put on hold to make our emergency their emergency. As we agreed in the parking lot on Sunday, we covered the time and expense for Kyle to DRIVE FROM CHICO TO REDDING AND BACK on Monday morning to pick up the replacement axel. When we rolled into Chico Kyle jacked up our '87 GL and completed the repair before we could finish out lunch. Everyone was mellow, untroubled, kind and very knowledgeable. What a great mindset to calm us in our moment of flexing. After our trip we checked in with our local mechanic, who verified two things: the parts used (from Burley Motosports) were the best available, and Westy World charged us as though this was a regularly scheduled appointment - no emergency premium! It is an honor to have had this experience and to have Kyle and Brian in our world. Thank you both and everyone else at Westy World that was affected by our incursion.

Also he doesn't do the DMV stuff anymore because no one was taking advantage of it and it's too expensive at the moment/price of goods going up. So my man Sean can't justify offering it anymore. Sean's a certified badass. Went here this morning to get a smog for my car and it was about a 15 minute drive or so. I was the first and only there. Rolled into a vacant parking spot when Sean came over and asked if I here for a smog. I said "Yeah" and he asked me to park in the awning and he'd get me hooked up. I also came prepared with some Micky D's breakfast cuz ya boy was hungry. So anyway, fast forward 10 minutes and while I'm munching on my McMuffins, Sean and I are talking casually about stuff. Kitchen Nightmares is on and Gordon Ramsay is going in on some crappy chef. Sean's like "I'm pretty sure your McDonald's breakfast sandwiches taste A-1 compared to that restaurant's crap right now." In between our conversation he politely asked me to sign off and review what he was charging me for, didn't try to upsell me, sell me anything useless, or any additional fluff. He also didn't rush me out of there either. So I able to take my time and enjoy the deliciousness I had brought with me. All in all I spent about 15-20 minutes tops. The process was fast and easy. 15/10 would chat and chill with Sean again. Oh yeah and my car was fine. And I paid about $45 for the whole thing (smog check). "It seems like quality has taken a dive man, all these shops are trying to screw you out of your money. You come in for brakes, they try and sell you a tune up with it.
