Very local vibe. It's out of the way for most people, but worth the drive out to eat here. Everything tastes scratch made. The pizza is so good. Would recommend eating on site or soon after ordering. Ingredients are fresh and didn't reheat well, but we're oh, so yummy right from the oven. The buffalo fries I have daydreams about. So so good. The chicken is actually chopped up small enough to be but sized and perfect for the fries. It is saucy enough to be legit good. Staff is clearly local kids. This place seems like it would have been a great first job with your friends. Friendly, and they'll get you anything you ask for, especially if you're kind. Always be kind to service workers. I've been looking for a good pizza and have tried all the major eateries, and have been terribly disappointed. Constantino's has good , hot pizzas with a taste better than anyplace else. I particularly liked the wings, which were meaty and cooked just-right. The service was friendly, generally staffed by teens, who seemed to be genuinely interested in getting things right and having a super attitude (which says something about them and the training they've received). Constantino's is a little pizzeria on Loop 1604 in a sleepy little town of Somerset located at the southwestern corner of Bexar County. I walked inside and went up to the counter and told the guy it was for dining in and thought I could order but he told me I could seat myself at an empty table. They don't have a hostess to greet and seat you. I was approached by a waitress who didn't seem too excited to be working there and I ordered a salad with Italian dressing on the side, no cheese and a 14" pepperoni pizza. My salad arrived the way I liked it but I wasn't impressed. Minutes later another waitress , who was a lot nicer than the first one who took my order, brought me my pizza. I had low expectations but I was impressed and it was not burned and it was cut all the way unlike the pizza I had at Rome's previously. The crust was thick and doughy but had the perfect amount of toppings, sauce and cheese. I will return again soon and try the Buffalo wings. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of space. I was going to come in and order a pasta, but I've been craving pizza and the sign outside said PIZZA, so it was meant to be. The service was FAST and they provide the parmesan and red pepper at the table as a pizza place SHOULD (I say this because other places I've gone out here don't) You can taste the butter and garlic in the crust, the cheese and other ingredients they used were amazing. The waitress told a local right in front of me that she will have them make a new set of wings with any sauce he wanted.
