I have unfortunately been let down quality wise from the location of potranco Road and 211. I received toppings that were not cooked enough, dough, crust, burnt crust, and one time the strangest experience ever a massive amount of pizza sauce, covering all toppings and cheese on the pizza. I would recommend focusing on quality standards before opening other new locations or to spend the money for excellent chefs/ management to deliver the quality to reflect pricing. This business has Potential, but I could just not deal with the inconsistency anymore, unfortunately. This is a small shop in a little strip in a gas station parking lot. The employees were very friendly and the menu is easy to understand. There are several pictures and various deals. The food was ready at the expected pick up time. The dough on the pizza was good. The garlic Parmesan wings lacked flavor but the sweet and spicy sauce ones were the best part of this whole meal. The marg pizza was okay. It said it came with Sun dried tomatoes but it was just regular tomatoes. The bbq chicken was better but neither was worth the $16-$20 for a 12". On top of that, there is a credit card fee when purchasing online. I think this is a great place to stop in if you're just needing a slice or two but not worth the price when feeding a family for a meal. read more

First off small place but we felt right at home. Very nice and welcoming. Ordered large pepperoni and mushroom pizza and 10 piece wings(buffalo). Wings were cooked to perfection. As soon as we were about to finish the pizza arrived, looked and smelled phenomenal. Guess what it lived up to it's appearance. How have I never heard of this place? Came in for a wedding rehearsal and my daughter was starving and so were we. We ordered a calzone, wings, kids Alfredo, and pizza rolls. EVERYTHING was delicious. My girl barely eats and she ate the whole thing plate of Alfredo. The pizza rolls were AMAZING. The staff were slaps very friendly. Went to Sofia's Pizzeria to try something new. We got tired of getting pizza from the same old place. I placed my order and they were super nice on the phone told us the specials they were having and helped with what their favorites were. Once I got to the spot I noticed they were closing up. The chairs were starting to get picked up. I apologize saying I'm sorry for ordering while they were closing up. She said no don't even worry people are still placing orders it's all good. We just like to start cleaning up early. We got a good amount of food the Mucho Meatsa Pizza, Cheese Pizza Cheesy Garlic Knots, a small Cesar salad. The pizza was good I wish it was a little more crispy. I threw it in the air fryer and it was perfect. The cheese knots were okay. They weren't as soft on the inside as I hoped then once the cheese wasn't hot enough it was whatever. The Caesar dressing was okay nothing special. I would come back for the pizza just maybe not so close to closing time. And see if that helps the pizza being more crispy. The service though was great. read more

I had been wanting to try this place because it's so close to where I live but I had never stopped but today I did because I wanted to try the lunch special. I am a PIZZA LOVER!!! I can eat pizza on the daily and am always looking for a great pizza joint that is NOT a chain. Back to my lunch walked in after browsing the lunch options which were right outside the door for a first peek, I went with a salad and a slice of pepperoni and alway got 2 garlic rolls and a slice of the cheesecake. Small place with a few tables to stay and eat what I loved is you can SEE what they are doing, you can watch them make your order that's awesome! Went to the counter and the guy there, only guy there was super nice and I told home what I wanted. This guy was so good, putting together different orders and taking care of the people sitting. I went on Wednesday and they have wing Wednesday and everyday they usually have a special. Back to my pizza, took it home My pizza was so good nice chew and the cheese was nice and melty ooey gooey, my salad was fresh with what I think was homemade Caesar dressing and the knots were okay not my favorite but still had good flavor. Not sure what to say here guys.... I think the QC in pizza making gas gone downhill. Used to be when you ordered extra sauce it actually got extra sauce. Ordered the14" Supreme and got that, but most of the toppings and cheese were only on one side. The cheese didn't cover the pizza either. They gave good crust, Papa John's style on this pie. Bummer though because I like my toppings, cheese and sauce to be balanced throughout the pie. Love the sauce here which is why I ask for extra but it fell short this round Place was not overly busy so the in/out was nice for the online ordering. Not sure why it was just s slapped together pizza but it still got eaten. Cheesecake and a Carrot cake to top it off but the QC brought the star count down. Sorry Sofia! Ordered over the phone. The gal was polite and I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo and lasagna. If you search up Sophia's pizzeria online it takes you to the address, menu, etc. On the menu it stated my fettuccine Alfredo was 10.29 and the lasagna was 11.89. After speaking with her she stated it was $34. I didn't say anything because I wanted to make sure what I saw was true. I called her back and requested the total of my order and my name. Confirmed the price of $34. I asked her why it was $34 because online it doesn't show that it would come out to that. Her tone changed and told me flat out "I don't make the prices". I told her I understood, but that I was sharing what I saw online. There was different pricing and it's confusing. After her tone switched up I decided I wasn't gonna go and pick up my order. We got the family meal w/wings- Tajin & lime and pineapple habanero flavors. The tajin & lime were tasty but the habanero lacked flavor.. spice level was good just wish you could taste the sweetness of the pineapple more. The cashier, Cameron, was sooo sweet! She offered to cut the slices smaller for our children & gave them cookies. She was attentive & fast. Will be looking into catering for the future. For the new location on Evans. Kids loved the chicken Alfredo and slice of pepperoni. The kids meals come with a drink and a big cookie which is a good deal. Restaurant has small seating area with 4, 4 tops, which is no biggie. No fountain drinks which I hated to see. We ordered a medium supreme. Dough was soggy and a few pieces broke apart. They did not call me to let me know before. It all items required bread so why cancel the entire order? Not good customer service.
