Unfortunately, that wasn't the case this visit. We were seated for 30+ minutes and no one even handed us a menu, much less offered us water or a glass of wine. While we were waiting, two other tables walked out because they hadn't even gotten drinks either. I understand holiday weekends are busy and places can be short staffed, but when you know you're going to be slammed, employees should be prepared to handle it professionally instead of taking their frustration out on paying customers. I don't need to hear about staffing issues -- I just needed basic service. Sadly, this experience was enough that I won't be coming back.

When I asked the cashier why I was charged full price she simply shrugged and told me my card was already charged and there was nothing we could do about it now.
