I have an unusual water heater, but he spend the next couple of hours searching for a match, and kept in contact about his progress. I was already impressed with this level of service. He located one, offered me a couple of welcomed options, and we scheduled the install for the following Tuesday. On Sunday his technician stopped by just to review the location, then the two installers arrived on time Tuesday morning. Very professional, very personable, and they carefully described the install and answered all my questions. I complimented Brian later about his staff, that Thomas and Eric were outstanding representatives of his company, and are welcome to my house any time I need service. I'm always one to get quotes from more than one vendor. My neighbor, a general contractor recommended a (Foresthill) company And after much research on my part I decided to go with a tank model - a Bradford White direct vent (commercial model) Divide Plumbing's owner, Shad and his son were quick to respond and after I finally quit deciding tank or tankless I decided on a TANK style (Bradford White direct vent) above. Divide Plumbing was excellent and they got the water heater and it was installed on the 2nd day. Our water heater was on a lower level and access was a bit of a challenge... they handled it with aplomb. Most impressively, after the install they went around the house turning on EVERY faucet (shower, tubs, sinks etc. and clearing the 21 years of sediment that had accumulated in the pipes. They also cleaned an under sink 'trap' of sediment that I didn't even know existed. The result of this action was a lot of increased pressure on our kitchen sink and more HOT water. Divide only had one other Yelp review and it was a 1 . I can't comment on this review... but I do know that I will HIGHLY recommend this company to others!
