Avoid Top Dog Leak Detection at all costs…read more Neil came to my home, claimed he knew exactly where the leak was, and confidently guaranteed that if he was wrong, he would return at his own expense to find it. That promise turned out to be completely meaningless. Trusting his "expertise," I went as far as removing a section of my concrete sidewalk based on the location he marked. After doing all that work and expense, there was no leak where he said it would be. When I contacted Neil, he said he'd come back two days later to reassess. I even explained I had a rented jackhammer and needed timely follow-up. He never showed up. No call, no text, no explanation--just completely disappeared. This is beyond unprofessional. It's unreliable, careless, and a total waste of time and money. If you're looking for someone dependable who stands behind their work, this is not the company. Save yourself the frustration--do not hire Top Dog Leak Detection.
