Ryan Murray was a lifesaver! I was leaving on vacation and discovered a leaky outside faucet and also decided to have my garbage disposal looked at the same time. The overflow valve was flooding my kitchen counter. I turned off the whole house faucet and left. However, the outside faucet was still leaking. I called Ryan from Mexico on a Tuesday and he came out the next day. Ryan diagnosed the leak quickly, and fixed it in minutes. It turned out to be loose lug nuts, and the faucet spigot or valves did not have to be replaced. But, the blades on the garbage disposal were totally broken. Ryan ran to Home Depot picked up all the parts and new disposal, and fixed the problem. He didn't charge me for the faucet leak because it was a minor fix. Fair pricing, and was professional. These guys showed up within 15 minutes and had a leak fixed for my main within the hour. A plumbing service can't do any better than that! I highly recommend. An oak tree root got into my main after EID, on my side. My line is pvc and very thin wall. The guys took the extra time to find the right sawzaw blade .. I know it's an expensive one, cut the pvc correctly and remove the tree root that caused the problem in the first place. They drove the extra distance to get the best part. You want these guys because they know what they are doing. Some people think if it took someone an hour to do the job they deserve an hourly rate. The best guys are experienced and can do the job quick. YOU NEED TO GET GOOD, EXPERIENCED PEOPLE when dealing with your stuff, hourly rate is unacceptable when it comes to plumbing. I was in a bind with a propane leak in my log lighter valve to my fire pit. As Ryan had asked me to redo my reviews I am now going to give the review for the repiping of my main line and connecting to my bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen. He only ran pipe from the water heater to the kitchen and back bath. I have no water to the front bathroom, no water to the laundry. I told him he would have to tie into all those rooms with water. Now I have no water to the front bathroom and laundry. When he told me to turn the water on the in back bathroom I didn't quite understand wny he didn't ask to open the water to the front bathroom and laundry. Now I know why/. HE DID NOT CONNECT TO THE NEW PIPING THOSE ROOMS. Why would I only want new pipe to just to one bathroom and the kitchen. I use my laundry and front bathroom too. BUYER BEWARE1 B. Ballard 2-1-24 Update: Another plumber came out today and all the pex pipes put in on 1-31-24 are all leaking at the unions. I went under the house myself and saw and touched the unions. As I tried to describe my problem he rather crassly interrupted me and said he doesn't fix dishwashers as I was explaining my dishwasher is brand new and wasn't even the problem, but the water supply TO it.
