I reached out to CG Plumbing after noticing the small metal cylinder by my kitchen sink was leaking. When I explained the issue over the phone, Chris took the time to let me know it was my dishwasher air gap and that it was most likely leaking due to a clogged garbage disposal hose. That ended up being exactly the problem. He was able to come out quickly and fix everything with ease. The fast response time, professionalism, and overall great service really stood out. CG Plumbing will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend! read more

I have had Dayton come over twice for work, one time to fix plumbing that was messed by another person and one time to install a smart toilet. I have been very happy with his work, professionalism and expertise at getting the job done. Chris is always good at responding to text messages for scheduling etc. I have saved CG as a permanent contact on my phone for any plumbing needs and also sent it to a few people who have asked for a recommendation. read more

We had two existing water heaters removed (thereby gaining two additional closet spaces) and a new tankless heater installed on the house exterior. Due to some new copper pipe being installed from one end of the house to the other, it was a 1-1/2 day job. Jessie was easy to work with. The work site was clean. The new heater functions well. We will ask for a return to demonstrate how to adjust the temperature. We have had tankless for 15 years in a previous home. Though it's an electrical unit, power outages won't affect us as we already have a Generac here. I wholeheartedly recommend CG Plumbing. read more

Replacement of shower cartridge turned into opening the wall to replace the valve the corrosion was so bad. I'm glad I had a journeyman plumber and not a rooter guy. Dayton worked his tail off and had all parts on the truck. I will definitely use these guys again read more

Had an excellent experience with this team who came out to our home as a second opinion on repairs that we needed. Their review was timely and accurate and resulted in a much lower cost quote then what another plumbing service had quoted. As a result we were not only able to get leaks repaired, we had money left over to get a toilet replaced. Highly recommend this team. read more

Dayton did an excellent job clearing our drains from the back yard to the street last week. We had heavy rains yesterday and everything drained wonderfully, zero issues, so I know Dayton did a superb job. Good communication, quick but solid work and very nice/professional. read more

10 stars!!! I was in a serious pinch and needed plumbing advice fast. I reached out to Chris Graubart, the owner of CG Plumbing, and he couldn't have been more helpful. Even though I wasn't an active client at the time, he took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know about electric hot water heaters--clearly, patiently, and without any pressure. It was generous, professional, and exactly what I needed. You can tell he actually cares. If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, honest, and willing to help, call Chris. Good people are hard to find--he's one of them. read more

After an initial phone call, Dayton, arrived and did the initial repair on our tankless hot water heater which meant venting it properly. After a three-way phone conference with Chris and Dayton, it was decided that a new tankless hot water heater needed to be installed. C&G Plumbing was extremely communicative during the entire process. When they told us they would return our call within a few minutes, they did exactly that. Dayton called us when he was enroute to our home. We so appreciate their integrity and respecting our time. We would not hesitate recommending them to anyone! read more

Dayton from CG Plumbing was fantastic. He came out promptly to inspect a potential leak in our bathroom and was thorough, professional, and honest. I can't say enough about CG Plumbing they are beyond awesome!!!My 89 year old mom's plumbing was backed up and she was frantic. CG Plumbing was great! I called about a leaky tub faucet and they were able to come out within just a few hours! Dayton was awesome and had it fixed super quickly. He was very professional and gave me some other helpful info. The price was very reasonable (especially considering I had no clue how bad it might be!). I would deff recommend calling CG for any plumbing issues.....I'll deff use them again! read more

Their price quote was twice that of others. I think they were so busy that they couldn't handle the job. They quoted a price of $850 for a project that requires less than $50 in parts and one hour to do--replacing an existing water line valve for our refrigerator. The quote did not include repairing the drywall. I cannot justify $800 an hour for a plumber. That's crazy. read more

Inexperienced, cuts corners, not knowledgeable regarding complex plumbing issues. Had to have another plumbing come in and fix a job he couldn't complete correctly. NOTE the sloppy install of tankless drainage pipe. Why not connect to upper levell gutter? Why have this hang across my roof? Not happy. Terrible. In addition I never needed a new tankless water heater, he couldn't even diagnose a plumbing crossover. Once he completedl the tankless water heater install and was paid he never came back to remedy the house water not getting hot. Called an reputable plumber and for $50 quickly he found a plumbing crossover in the master bath. read more

A tiny job to seat a stuck faucet cartridge. Dayton came promptly and fixed us up in a few minutes. A pleasure to work with.

Needed emergency service one night as water was leaking from my kitchen ceiling. Chris was only one of 2 plumbers who even responded when I reached out that night. He promptly sent one of his team who worked diligently, found and repaired the water leak, and offered additional information and guidance for the issue. CG Plumbing is definitely your "go to" plumber. They understand urgency, good work, follow up and are super ethical, not to mention, they are pleasant to work with... overall nice guys! First time using this company, referred by our last plumbing company who discontinued dealing with tankless water heaters. Had some error code situations, and being new at the tankless water heater thing, thought it best to get with the pros. Jesse came out (great guy by the way, super polite & professional) and took to it in short time. Diagnosed our needs, explained everything fully & understandably, even for me. Got us squared away relatively quickly, left not a trace behind, and was off like the masked ranger. So pleased in all the results, from the initial setting up of the service appointment to the finish. We have a new trusted plumber and couldn't be happier. Thanks so very much ... highly recommend ! read more

Definitely highly recommend! Truly honest, reliable, and professional service! I had a leak on my side of the water meter and the city said I had to fix it myself. I called CG plumbing and Chris was able to come out the same day. He was super easy to work with, did an amazing job, and at the end did a nice inspection of some plumbing going into my house and offered some advice on how to fix some issues in a very non-pressure way. Overall, super happy with this company, will definitely use them again! read more

I am so glad I found CG Plumbing. I had some copper and pex run for a bathroom remodel and the first plumber I hired did a horrible job! I'm so happy to have been referred to CG Plumbing! I had a toilet, turns out it was actually two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs that were intermittently making a very high pitched noise after being flushed. The Plumbers came and in very quick order analyzed and fixed the problem that had been driving me crazy for weeks! However, the really great thing is that CG Plumbing is a local, family owned business, and the Plumber Dayton had an apprentice with him, a very nice young man named Joey. Dayton not only diagnosed the problem but he carefully explained the problem to Joey as he supervised and demonstrated every step of the repair for Joey. It was not only a joy to have a toilet that is now silent, but it was wonderful to watch as the next generation of technicians is being carefully and thoughtfully trained. CG Plumbing is professional, courteous, skilled and planning for the future! read more

I called and Chris was out of town, but he immediately sent over one of his plumbers to come take a look at our water heater. Dayton was there in 20 minutes, diagnose the problem, went out, got us a new water heater and installed it by the time I got home from work. He was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. This was the second time we use, and it had a great experience both times. read more

What a great find! We discovered that one of our waste lines under the house was "weeping" at a joint and called our usual plumber to come out and give us an estimate. It was pretty expensive and entailed addressing more than we had originally thought we'd need. Because we wanted to be sure about what was going on, we decided to get another opinion and called CG. Chris was great and got a crew out to us the very next day, first thing. Dayton came out precisely when he said he would. He looked under the house and confirmed what the first plumber had said. He agreed he could address that problem for about the same cost as the first plumber quoted. But he pointed out that the waste lines under the house were not well planned--with many more turns, angles, and joints than it should have (or needed), that the lines were not strapped and supported where they were supposed to be, and that several other junctures were already beginning to fail. It was clear that he wasn't trying to "upsell" us, just telling us that fixing this one issue was not going to be the end of our problems. He quoted us a very reasonable price to fix everything--and guarantee it. I am of the school that says do it right the first time. We had dodged a bullet so far, and we didn't want to press our luck, so we agreed to do the entire thing. We scheduled for the following week, but as it turns out CG was able to get right on the job that very day. Communication was outstanding. Dayton made sure we knew exactly what was going on; he and his crew worked efficiently for the next day and a half, and when they were finished everything was immeasurably improved. No more leaks, a much more sane undercarriage where waste water can flow unimpeded, and work that is guaranteed. The entire thing went about as smoothly as a job like this can go; Dayton and his crew did everything they could to minimize any inconvenience, and in the end saved us thousands of dollars by helping us to avoid a patchwork approach to addressing our problem. This is a company that clearly cares about the quality of its work and its customer relations--a bit of a rarity these days. We are very pleased; CG are our new plumbers of choice: professional, courteous, and skilled. A great combination. We are so glad we called for that second opinion! read more

I called CG Plumbing for a backed up sewer system. They came out the next morning early and opened things up and their camera showed a bad clog.
