We had a clogged sink from a Saturday night Mother's Day dinner, and were able to reach an actual person on Saturday night to schedule someone to come on out Sunday. The woman who scheduled our appointment over the phone could not have been nicer. The following day we received a call from a gentleman to confirm the appointment, and then a follow up call to reset our expectation of time because his man was running a bit behind at the job prior to ours. Justice came to our home to unclog the drain. He was kind, extremely thorough, and very professional. All of this, and the price for the service (on a Sunday) was well below our expectation. Water main break going to the house on a Thursday bubbling up in the yard. Called around on Friday, and most others didn't work weekends. They could fit me in on Saturday between 10 and noon. I called Domco about a cat urine smell in our sink that we couldn't wash out. I got an appointment the next day. The tech was on time, professional, and a nice guy. He removed the drain plug, exposing the plastic apparatus that appeared to be firmly attached to the drain, and did not want to try removing this (I'm glad). He simply used hot water to flush out the "overflow", a small hole at the front top sink edge we hadn't noticed. This improved the smell quite a bit. He suggested we could use vinegar and or lemon juice to rinse it out further. He did not charge us! No diagnostic fee - nada! So I tipped him good. We occasionally still smell a little, which was helped by using a squirt bottle with vinegar, to the overflow. Overall great service and advice. I will keep them top of my list for the future. Domco to the rescue. Our regular plumber wasn't available but Domco came highly recommended by him, so we placed a call for a BIG water line leak. We needed to get it under control pretty fast and was told we'd have to wait a few hours by the scheduler. Ten minutes later, I get a call that the crew is around the corner and headed over soon. We were very happy about that. Quentin and Cody quickly assessed the situation (digging in the mud pit to find the origin of the leak) and got to work digging. 4 hours later...turns out we had to be without water for a day to get all of the residual ground water out so they could work on the affected area. They returned first thing in the morning and the water was back on by 11am. They let us know when they arrived, what they were doing, quoting the project on the spot, if they had to leave to get supplies, and let us know when they were finished each time. They were very patient and professional with all of our questions and occasional hovering to watch. Bonus is that they were able to remove the old useless eye sore of a water softener that was just sitting as a yard ornament from the previous owner. Yesterday I discovered that water was leaking from my Heat Pump water heater and I called Domco first thing in this morning, with the expectation that I would have to replace the water heater. Issac and Shawn arrived at my home in under an hour after my call for service! They inspected the water heater and although water was indeed coming from the water heater, they did a thorough inspection of the water heater and determined that the Heat Pump coils had more than likely frozen over due to the high humidity and low temperatures. They checked the condensation drain to confirm that it was draining properly, vacuumed the water heater filter and emptied the overflow pan to remove the water. Then they gave me recommendations on how to operate the water heater to ensure the coils completely defrosted. They did all of this in the span of about 40 minutes and provided me an estimate for a replacement water heater, should the water heater actually need replacement.
