Service today was worth another 5 Star/update review. We've used Domco numerous times over the last 15+ years and every time service has been prompt, personable and highly efficient in their diagnosis of the problem. Had them out today to install a new kitchen faucet and their tech, Dakota, said "I'll be happy to install your new faucet....but I just fixed the problem" (diagnosed and hand tightened an element in literally two minutes). read more

I cannot recommend Domco Plumbing more highly. We had a clogged sink from a Saturday night Mother's Day dinner, and were able to reach an actual person on Saturday night to schedule someone to come on out Sunday. The woman who scheduled our appointment over the phone could not have been nicer. The following day we received a call from a gentleman to confirm the appointment, and then a follow up call to reset our expectation of time because his man was running a bit behind at the job prior to ours. Justice came to our home to unclog the drain. He was kind, extremely thorough, and very professional. All of this, and the price for the service (on a Sunday) was well below our expectation. This will be the only plumbing company we will use going forward. I recommend you give them a try! read more

We have been in our house for 33 years in Folsom and never had a drain issue until a week ago. We tried everything to no avail. A neighbor recommended Domco and boy they were right! Eric showed up timely, went through everything, discovered the issue, rectified the problem and the service cost was fair. Eric was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and provided us with tips for the future. Thank you Domco for having such a great employee and providing wonderful service! read more

I had a sewer issue where the ejector pump died and we were getting backed up. I called multiple plumbing companies. They all over exaggerated what it takes to fix. One of them had no clue what to do. Enter Domco plumbing. Jose took almost an hour to inspect and diagnose. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. His estimate was more than fair, but his knowledge was the best of them all. Jose and Domco installed the new pump with warranty and left the job site spotless. I highly recommend Domco. read more

Had an appointment for a quote. Was given a 2 hour window for them to show up. Took off work and waited. They called me 1/2 hour before the two hour window ended and said that they couldn't make. They tried to reschedule...but no way ! Lost work time waiting for nothing. Pretty bad !! read more

We had a stinky island sink for weeks, tried to fix it myself but finally threw in the towel and called Domco. The first tech came out on time to diagnose the problem, and recommended a camera inspection. Second tech came out the following morning - on time, checked everything, ultimately diagnosing that it most likely wasn't a plumbing problem. He was absolutely correct and the problem is now fixed. These guys were on time, honest, clean and put customers first. They are my first call with plumbing needs. Thank you Domco read more

My scheduled SOS to Domco for what I thought was a backed up tub drain ended up being operator error on my part. Eric graciously let me know that I had the drain stopper up and this is why my tub was not draining. Needless to say I was a little embarrassed and was willing to pay my scheduled fee for his visit, however Eric said that there would be no fee as there was no service needed. Domco has my highest regards as being a very ethical company that cares about their clients. Thank you, Eric! read more

Water main break going to the house on a Thursday bubbling up in the yard. Called around on Friday, and most others didn't work weekends. They could fit me in on Saturday between 10 and noon. Got a call on Saturday morning that they had a cancelation, so Tony showed up at 8:30. He went straight to work and, within 2 hours, had the cracked fitting located. Fixed and done by 1:30. Domco and Tony made what I thought would be a big deal, just a minor hassle. Thanks, guys. read more

If you use Domco, you will be happy if Quentin shows up at your door. He is knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. I called Domco about a cat urine smell in our sink that we couldn't wash out. I got an appointment the next day. The tech was on time, professional, and a nice guy. He removed the drain plug, exposing the plastic apparatus that appeared to be firmly attached to the drain, and did not want to try removing this (I'm glad). He simply used hot water to flush out the "overflow", a small hole at the front top sink edge we hadn't noticed. This improved the smell quite a bit. He suggested we could use vinegar and or lemon juice to rinse it out further. He did not charge us! No diagnostic fee - nada! So I tipped him good. We occasionally still smell a little, which was helped by using a squirt bottle with vinegar, to the overflow. Overall great service and advice. I will keep them top of my list for the future. Thank you! read more

Great response & efficient employees! I called Domco on Monday with an urgent plumbing issue at my Mother's house, they scheduled same day service & although the issue couldn't be resolved we had the septic emptied the next day & then called Domco back the next day. Both times they tried everything for a couple hours each time & ultimately we had a contractor come & replace the outside pipes since the house was built in the early 60's the pipes were crushed from old age. Issue finally resolved! Domco has also come to my house over the years & they are always nice & efficient! read more

Domco to the rescue. Our regular plumber wasn't available but Domco came highly recommended by him, so we placed a call for a BIG water line leak. We needed to get it under control pretty fast and was told we'd have to wait a few hours by the scheduler. Ten minutes later, I get a call that the crew is around the corner and headed over soon. We were very happy about that. Quentin and Cody quickly assessed the situation (digging in the mud pit to find the origin of the leak) and got to work digging. 4 hours later...turns out we had to be without water for a day to get all of the residual ground water out so they could work on the affected area. They returned first thing in the morning and the water was back on by 11am. They let us know when they arrived, what they were doing, quoting the project on the spot, if they had to leave to get supplies, and let us know when they were finished each time. They were very patient and professional with all of our questions and occasional hovering to watch. Bonus is that they were able to remove the old useless eye sore of a water softener that was just sitting as a yard ornament from the previous owner. Turns out the connection to that from the main line is where the leak occurred. read more

Justice V came out to determine the source of the leak under my kitchen sink. Within a few minutes, he determined that not only was the faucet leaking but there were several leaks under the sink. What a mess! The next day he came out, with an apprentice, and replaced the kitchen faucet and replaced just about everything under the sink. No more leaks. Sprung a water leak from a brass connector. Could not handle it on my own. Because of the outstanding service, Domco provided me last time, I had no hesitation with calling them again. Unfortunately, Jody, no longer works there; however, as a result I met Justin. Just like Jody, Justin provided me with outstanding service at a very reasonable cost. Just like Jody, Justin tried to save me money anyway possible. I continue to recommend Domco to all my family and friends. I would highly recommend Domco without reservation. read more

Yesterday I discovered that water was leaking from my Heat Pump water heater and I called Domco first thing in this morning, with the expectation that I would have to replace the water heater. Issac and Shawn arrived at my home in under an hour after my call for service! They inspected the water heater and although water was indeed coming from the water heater, they did a thorough inspection of the water heater and determined that the Heat Pump coils had more than likely frozen over due to the high humidity and low temperatures. They checked the condensation drain to confirm that it was draining properly, vacuumed the water heater filter and emptied the overflow pan to remove the water. Then they gave me recommendations on how to operate the water heater to ensure the coils completely defrosted. They did all of this in the span of about 40 minutes and provided me an estimate for a replacement water heater, should the water heater actually need replacement. Their expertise and integrity was exceptional! read more

Domco originally installed the water heater for the previous homeowner. Recently, I contacted them to report an issue that prevented the heater from dispensing hot water. I discovered the problem on Saturday night and attempted some troubleshooting. Due to the current weather conditions, I called them late that night. They were fully booked on Sunday but offered me the earliest available slot on Monday morning. Mr. Jose gave me a courtesy call early Monday morning and arrived within 10 minutes. He diagnosed the issue, had a replacement part on hand, and promptly fixed the heater, restoring its functionality. read more
