Happy for those who had Kerry, that mumbling fuck. I found this company and asked for help with the laundry drain. This was the night before Christmas Eve but was told Jerry wanted to work Christmas Eve. Yea he snaked the line, told me it was clogged then said to run the hose down the line after 3. Still clogged. Asshole called back and said yea it's an old line. Blamed the washing machine because it's more "efficient". WTF. Been using a "more efficient"washer for 15 years. I guess he thinks a washer from the '70s will perform better? Maybe get rid of mumbling Jerry and get a real plumber. Can't wait til they get the complaint from the licensing board, 668343. We called All Pro Plumbing to replace a couple of Wax Seals and internal kits for 2 toilets. They came out and completed the job fairly quickly. However, we noticed that our toilet downstairs had begun to leak around the base of the toilet onto our hardwood floor. We called to explain the issue and Von requested I check the sewer clear out to see if there was a back up before they'd come out. I confirmed there was no blockage and asked for them to come out to check. 2 weeks went by after a couple of missed appointments they had to reschedule. They finally set an appointment when I was out of town on business. They arrived an hour late in a white van with no clear markings. When my wife asked for ID, the plumber said he didn't have any, which made my wife uneasy. My wife called me while he was at our house because she was very uncomfortable. As for the toilet, we had turned off the water to the toilet because we could hear it under the floor boards. When the plumber arrived, they turned the water on to see the leak. Not knowing what the issue was but we clearly knew it was related to the toilet as the noise under the floor boards would go away when the water went off - the plumber insisted the problem was the shower in the bathroom, which we do not use... My wife had other errands to run and gave up on the plumber and asked him to leave. Later that evening she went back into the bathroom and flushed the toilet several times. After about 10 minutes, she began to see water and hear the water below the baseboard. Like most people, I don't have a lot of extra time, which is why I hired a "Pro". I finally managed to get to the toilet, removing it and immediately seeing the wax ring was not correctly covering the hole...and surprise, our nice hard wood floorboard was rotted out on the side the wax ring was not set correctly.... I really should have checked the Yelp reviews before calling. There are quite a few other plumbing companies with far better reviews. I'd recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Terrible, reached out to get a leak fixed and clearly pointed it out but apparently we weren't on the same page. Blue glued up top where there wasn't any leaks and added a turn on/ shut off lever. He finally says he's finished so I went out to look, nope it's still leaking, he admits that's not what he bid on to fix. Wow so here we are, out of $900 and still have leak. Five Star service from Five Star people. I had a major plumbing issue 9 months into purchasing my first home that was not covered by Homeowner's Insurance or our Home Warranty (of course!). I was being quoted almost $5K from no less than 5 other estimates I sought before Von and the boys (+Gayle!) at All Pro Plumbing gave me a quote that was THOUSANDS less. After accepting the job they got to work immediately. Despite the INSANE amount of tree roots and irrigation system they had to navigate to access the warped pipe, Von refused to charge me more than what he quoted me (unlike everyone else who said the price could go up depending on what they encounter). Hard to find that kind of quality and integrity--which is why you always gotta go with the small business. These guys were busting their a$$es until 8pm to get the job done and they got it done. After a couple days of the plumbing being back in perfect working order we noticed we were having a small issue with our irrigation system (we broke through a couple PVC lines accessing the faulty pipe). Gayle promptly had someone out later that day to have the issue fixed and they did it so promptly and so efficiently I barely had time to run to the bank so I could grab some cash and buy their lunch for the day. That's the type of quality you get with All-Pro plumbing. Rest assured they will receive all my plumbing business as long as they are accepting work. Do yourself a favor and at least let All-Pro give you an estimate. I doubt you'll beat the price, but I KNOW you wont beat the quality. Can't say enough about these people! read more

Five stars for great, quick and accurate service. Bottom line: I would call again. I had a slow leak in my cold water faucet in my kitchen sink. I closed that faucet and left it at that for months. One day, I decided to be a DIY Pro and fix it (e.g., replace the supply line and the connection on the wall). One thing led to another and I made matters worse. Not an emergency but I learned of All Pro through a coworker. I was quickly able to make an appointment for a plumber to stop by the next day for an estimate. He was in and out in about five minutes and gave me some homework of stuff to buy. I even sent All Pro some pictures of the parts. The next day, Von (the plumber) was back and he was able to repair the damage and install a new kitchen sink fixture for me. In short, it was an enormously positive experience and I'm glad that I asked around before I just cold-called a plumber. The fee was very fair. Remember: you're paying for experience. You can probably get someone to do the work for free but -- like me -- they won't know what to do, or have the right parts or the know-how to answer questions. Like I said above, I'll definitely call again once I bust another part. Side note: A lot of the negative reviews for All Pro seem very questionable, at best. It's a shame that so many people throw down one star for something that has nothing to do with All Pro or seems to be a fiction in their head. I have a feeling people are upset because their toilets are clogged and don't want to pay more than $10 for a professional to come out and fix it RIGHT NOW!! Folks, remember, you are paying for professionalism and experience. Don't blame others for problems they didn't cause. Don't make up stories about people being rude. Just don't. read more

They dont are anything but professional. They call them selfs plumbers the last guy they sent out didnt know his right hand from his left hand. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with All-Pro Plumbing!! I had one assessment prior, and knew I had a burst mainline water pipe in my backyard. It was flooded and not getting any better. I found by making phone calls to couple other companies, that many plumbers do not do outside pipe repair. I went on-line and liked what I read on All-Pro's website. I felt relief when I phoned and spoke to Gayle who is pleasant and said she was sending Von out. Von (who is the owner), came and confirmed I had a burst water pipe; and that I needed to have the water turned off so the yard could drain, and repair could occur. I liked Von's clarity and confidence. I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He said he is 4th generation in the business, and I believe it! He came by a few more times before the job was done. His crew, Kevin and Dan were wonderful as well!!! Von also gave me a good price. They came out on a Saturday no extra charge and installed a garbage disposal, put in new pipes, replaced a leaking water hose and replaced a hard water filter no one else could or would replace. I can't speak on their service but I can review their employee. The woman I spoke to over the phone was actually very nice and concerning so I really do appreciate that. I hope they terminated this employee. As im driving to my college graduation at a stop light the light turned green so I proceeded to go. Out of nowhere one of their company vehicles comes and swerves right in front of me, thankfully I slam on my breaks to avoid an accident. I honk my horn to let him know that what he did is dangerous and not okay. Then the driver proceeds to yell and say "F*** You! You F***** B*****". (btw i literally did nothing wrong) Then I see him talking to his passenger so instead of continuing any road rage I call his company to let them know they have a driver out there in a company vehicle driving reckless. Could you imagine what a liability this guy is, or imagine his crashing into a car with children etc.? I come from a family business and I know myself I would never let an employee drive this way to endanger the public. Sad that this incident happened and would love a follow up. read more

Tech arrived at the time scheduled to install our kitchen sink in our new counters. The installer for Home Depot had already refused to install the sink without redoing the whole counter tops. Dan from all pro had no issue with taking the job and did a very thorough job of installing the sink, disposal, and Fawcett. There was an issue with the new disposal (Dan stated it looked like the box may have been opened) and he was able to install the old disposal with no issues. This is a disappointing review to have to write. The first time we used them they were exceptional. However, as a follow-up client, the second time we used them the plumber did not have the correct tools and FORGOT to connect our shower and sink line to he main line. We paid almost $1500 for the plumbing of a very small bag owner addition. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I called them for an estimate for a sprinkler system repair. They Scheduled the appointment for July 27th between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. I received a call at 4:00 stating that they weren't able to make it. We rescheduled for Thursday 7/28/2016 between 10:00AM and 12:00. I called Mike and asked if they are still coming for the inspection at 12:00, he stated he was 15 minutes away. An hour later and still no communication.
