    Spaghetti and meatballs... Looks great!

We were on a day trip and looking for someplace that would satisfy different tastes... What better than a diner with a big menu and Connie's fit that bill. Cool little diner with a 50's theme. There is some outdoor seating but I wouldn't recommend it as it's basically just a corner of the parking lot... Nice enough but a lot of cars going in and out. The diner itself is an tribute to days gone by with pho-juke boxes in each booth, a lunch counter and lots of signs, records and pictures on the walls. The service was solid. We were seated quickly, drink orders were taken and food came quickly. The servers were efficient and pleasant but lacked the personality that goes with the job of a diner server... Or we just came at dinner hour and they didn't have time to chat. Salads were fresh and delicious and my wife's ravioli, while probably frozen, was reasonably good. I had spaghetti and meatballs and was a little disappointed as there wasn't much sauce and it was very watery. If I have the chance to go back I would try something else... Perhaps my own fault for ordering Italian at a diner. I will say that I saw some fantastic looking sandwiches at other tables and the sundays were just something to behold. I'm giving them 3 stars because my food was definitely sub-par but I'd like to give them the chance to get a 4th star... and suggest that you give them a try as well if you're in the area.

The food is amazing, and you can tell the chefs put all of their souls into it. The waiters are friendly, as well, making sure to give you an awesome experience. The inside is a throwback to the 60s and the decorations reflect that fact. This place is a truly special place, one of the top 3 restaurants I've ever visited before.

Classic diner. Love getting breakfast here. Was more fun when the tabletop jukebox used to work, but still my favorite diner in the area.
