This company does excellent work at a fair price and they back it up. They did a thorough power cleaning of my 20 year old pavers (and they looked great) and applied polymeric sand and a sealer. A first rate job. Twelve hours later there was a huge rain. The polymeric sand requires a precise moisture to bond, but everything looked ok. About three months later, I noticed some of the sand in the joints was crumbly. Because of the rain, the polymeric sand did not properly bond, which happens CPR came back and essentially re-did the entire job. So they stand behind their work and I am a very happy customer. Hired CPR to clean and reseal our 9 year old pavers back in October. Started out well with Manny & his son working hard to clean them. All went downhill from there. Drew and Joe came mid afternoon to fill the sand that had come out during the hot water surface cleaning. Our contract stated the use of polymeric sand, but they suggesting using mesh 30 instead. Joe took a bag of sand and started throwing it all over. Drew went out to their truck to make some calls. Joe brushed the sand around and was rushing to get it done before dark. He ended up sealing it with clumps of sand on top of pavers in several areas and a fine layer of sand in many areas. We were not able to see the completed project because it was now dark. They sold us on doing a responsible job and we made the mistake of paying them the same day.Twice, Drew sent out workers (again late in day as almost dark) to look at our mess and do a "touch up". They then found a simple "touch up" would not solve the problems. We waited for all the winter rains to pass and now CPR refuses to correct their inappropriate actions.....even though their warranty states "We stand behind our craftsmanship". read more

Pretty much all of our paver areas needed some repairs (except 1st patio I had done many years ago)the side area where a bunch of fig trees and a pear tree had come up had uplifted a lot of the pavers. (Had all removed)Tried locating company a couple years back to fix it but at that time could not find a repair company and the original installers had gone out of business. But this one man came out and said he would have to pull them all out and redo it all for 7000... Canceled the contract the next day. My son ended up pulling some up and cutting roots so wasn't so much a tripping hazard. End of summer last year Saw an advertisement in a magazine we get every month with new install and repair companies for your house... I like their name and I said I will remember that name...CPR. And was in the magazine again this year, too... Everyone was great to deal with. Moses came out to give us an estimate... Very nice and friendly and then we had Joseph and Alan that did the actual job. I cannot believe how fast they got it done... Only took one afternoon for cleaning and re-sanding and sealing. And everything looks great for less than half the price Of what I was just gonna have that one patio redone... Also had some areas that the sand sunk So contacted the owner Drew to see if they could fix that. Wow he had somebody out there within a couple hours to talk about it and then we just had it touched up today. Just remember to plan ahead with your pets and watering schedule (we deep watered before they came) because you can't walk on for 24 hours and no water for at least 48 hours. Now my sidewalk on side yard needs replacing so definitely will contact them again for that when I am ready. And ask for same crew. read more

CP Restorations has advertising all over. Their estimators have all the right answers. The photos of past projects looked great. Their references checked out. And their prices are high so they should be able to provide a quality product. I hired them and their finished work looked like their photos so I paid them. Less than two months later. One part of the concrete work started to lift. Then more until it was a serious walkway hazard. Was it poor workmanship or poor materials or both? For over a month, Drew, Raphael, Kris, and Chris promised to do something but lots of talk no action. Then, they ghosted me. I guess I should have held the final payment longer. read more

Drew, Joe, and Manuel were great! Very friendly and educated me throughout the process. I had pavers installed a few years ago and they started to lose their color from the sun and weather. They also had a few nicks in them. They had swirl marks from a previous pressure washing job. I was told by another company that the swirl marks were a lost cause and that I would need to replace them to get them out which was devastating since they were an eye sore. Luckily, I found Drew and his team. They were able to clean, remove the swirls, and apply the seal coat. Pavers looked like the brochure! This company has difficulty in keeping to schedules. Either late to the job or didn't show with no notice. The paver repair was a problem - the crew wanted to simply pull up a few pavers and smooth the bedding sand. I had to insist on digging up the sand to expose and remove the tree roots. The steam cleaning was adequate but the resanding was marginal with some seams and cracks in sufficiently filled. I'm finishing the sanding and spraying the sealer myself. I would highly recommend Concrete Paver Restorations! They recently repaired my driveway where a large tree root had lifted a large section of pavers. They took out the lifted pavers, removed the root, re-leveled, and then reset the pavers back in place. They also pressure washed, re-sanded and sealed my entire driveway and walkway. Their new super van has ability to clean faster and better. Prep'd the area well, fill some paver sand fill gaps too. Team applied the sealer coats which really brought the sun faded pavers back to life. Even the top caps of the planter boxes, making less probably of bird poop stains and easy to just make a quick rinse. Great comradely, coordination to get it done. They also can do concrete staining, so change that boring gray to some complimentary colors to your pavers or just a pathway. We had been looking for some time to update our backyard with a new patio area which required removing a firepit, leveling the ground and updating 580 sq feet with flagstone and decomposed granite. My husband and I are getting too old to get on our hands and knees to weed and maintain our 16 year old paver installation, but we were getting embarrassed by the weeds and moss that made our formerly beautiful yard look awful. Unbeknownst to everyone, we had our really large old paver driveway restored by them in January, right before the worst winter rains in 50 years came. The driveway was like brand new, but so much water washed out some of our sand which saddened us, so I called Drew. We agreed we'd wait for the storms to stop and he'd come back. They didn't stop though, went on until June, so I called him 5 months later and he remembered me and sent his guys out right away. In May of 2021 I had a beautiful new backyard done in pavers. The sealer at the time was a non-breathable acrylic lacquer based wet look sealer purchased at Home Depot. The sealer failed after a few months and my pavers were covered by a white haze that got worse from sun and water over time. My only recourse was to find a company that specialized in stripping ruined sealer from cement pavers and re-sand and re-seal. I needed a contractor who really knew what they were doing. Concrete Paver Restorations took some time to get but a busy company is a good sign. Drew and his crew spent 3 days removing the old sealer, cleaning pavers with a hot water rotating power washers, re-sanding, and then applying new sealer that was an acrylic water based and breathable. The crew had the right equipment and know-how to get the job done right.
