I contacted BBP to remove my Endless Pool. Unlike a normal pool, part of this pool sits above ground. It is about 6 feet deep, has jets attached to the pool, and has a metal as well as cement structure. In addition to the pool itself, there was a shed full of pool equipment, including motors, pool filter, and heater. The owner (Raphael) came by, examined the area, then sent me a reasonable quote followed by the contract. BBP quickly obtained the necessary permits and, as promised, two weeks later I was contacted with a removal date of the following week. The work was completed in two days by four workers who were polite, efficient, and skilled. They were very careful with my property and the cleanup was impeccable. Everything was left in much better shape than I expected. From start to finish, every interaction I had with BBP was positive and professional. I have engaged countless businesses and people to work on my properties over the last 40 years and can say, without reservation, that this was the best experience I've had. Big Talk; All Excuses!! Don't be fooled I was very impressed with the gentleman that BBP sent to make a bid on our paver project. This guy was the Senior Designer and Project Manager. He seemed to know everything about laying pavers, the process, and spoke endlessly about transparency and the importance of communication. He said we would receive photos of the project as it progressed and the text chain included everyone on the project including the CEO of BBP. He said that his company would start next week. After that, all excuses! (BBP) We have to delay the start. (me) Why? (BBP) One of our machines broke. (me) You haven't answered the questions in my email. (BBP) I have such busy days that I don't have time to look at my email. (BBP) You have to drive across the bay to pay for the pavers. (me) Why? (BBP) The lady who sends the payment link is on vacation. (me) I never received any photos of the project in process. Why? (BBP) Your project is too small and it went by too quickly. I can't be there all the time. Info: I received three photos after the second day of work when the project was finished. The photo I was most interested in was of the root barrier and I never got one. (me) I've been trying to get the deposit on the pallets back for two weeks, can you help? (BBP) Oh, we haven't returned the pallets yet, by the way, you'll only get $23.00 back for each pallet. (me) Why? I left a deposit of $39.00 for each pallet. (BBP) It is in your contract that you signed. (me) no it's not, please show me where it states that. (BBP) No response. (me) Again, please show me where the contract states that I won't receive my full deposit back. They never responded and that was the last communication I got from them. Other annoyances: The price I paid included a porta potty, but they didn't bring one. I let the guys use my restroom. No problem, but where's the integrity of the company? If the CEO is a part of the text chain, why wouldn't the CEO insist someone respond to my very fair question about the return of my deposit? I say because it wasn't written on the contract. End with a Positive: The guys who did the work were fantastic. They were very hard workers and knew what they were doing. They were kind, professional, and offered an option on the perimeter of the pavers that the designer didn't, and it was much better! Kudos to the demo team and the artists! We are so happy we worked with BBP Pavers to pave our driveway and back patio. My husband and I had been looking for someone to help us with our backyard for awhile until we found Moises and BBP. When we bought our house, we knew the backyard needed work. BBP Pavers did an outstanding job replacing our driveway and a walkway with pavers. I spoke to a couple of companies but went with BBP because they seemed to have good suggestions, M. Gilberto seemed like a good and honest man, never pushed to get things started before we were ready and always answered our questions. BBP agreed to remove a couple of stumps we had where the other company wanted us to have them removed after demo and BBP offered to start in a week, which was a huge help for us. As agreed, the work began on time and was completed quickly, no more than a week. All work was done well and they came back at my request to check and tighten the downspouts. Workers were nice, respectful and answered questions during the process. We were pleased with the installation of 3 inch PVC sleeves with covered popup's under the pavers to support future irrigation or lights to any part of the property. M. Overall we feel that BBP Pavers did a good job clearing the old bricks and prepping the yard for the new pavers and sod. It was easy working with Rocky and Rafael to get the job done within our budget and time frame. The job was done in a timely matter even though we did have to wait a couple extra days for the sod order to come but the pavers look great and our yard is tidy and neat compared to the overgrown jungle we used to have when we moved in. However we were a little disappointed that we had to move our original tree location a couple feet closer to our home since they were unable to plant the tree due to the old root system that still existed. The crew already put the pavers down before asking if we wanted to remove the roots so we can keep the original designed tree spot but ultimately we are still satisfied with the pavers and we were able to enjoy the yard this past summer! read more

We chose BBP team to help us with the backyard renovation project last October. We could not be happier with the service we got from the team and the quality of the paver work they delivered. We like BBP team a lot, who are very professional and always put their client's best interests as top priority. Generally speaking, finding a trustworthy contracting company who delivers high quality work on-time without asking for extra payment in the middle of the project is not an easy job. It is even more challenging to do that in the middle of COVID-19. Before choosing BBP pavers for our backyard project, we called so many paver companies in the area and shortlisted at least five for onsite interview and quotation. Some showed up very professionally. Some showed up once and did not even bother to follow through after promising to provide quote and initial design, such as Black Diamond Paver Stones and Landscape. Some tried to get the job by offering low price but presented very ambiguous terms which could cause price to go up in the middle of the project and delay the project delivery. We chose BBP at the end because :1) quote is reasonable, although it is not the cheapest; 2) their designer Paul 'Rocky' Grandinetti is very responsive and professional; 3) the plan they presented is very concrete and fits in our timeline well. We were so glad that we chose BBP. The entire backyard paver project was done within 5 days!!! It went very smoothly and the quality of the work completely exceeded our expectations. Our backyard, about 30x30', had concrete and tiles and the tiles started to break and was not safe to walk on. We had a few offers for the work to resurface the yard, and BBP Pavers design and flexibility won. Rafael presented a few options and designs, and started the work immediately.
