I've been taking my laundry to concierge cleaners for the last 2 months and I'm very satisfied with the service that they are giving to the customers. The reason I'm writing today because I was hopeless when I spilled oil on my dress that I bought it 3 weeks ago, and when I took it to concierge cleaners it was back just like new. The owner told me from the beginning don't worry we'll take care of it, I was not sure 100% they will manage to fix the issue. But I was very happy and satisfied with the result. I was not surprised to see five star rating for this place. The owner takes care of your clothes, and he takes care of you. He taught me knowledge about cleaning and tailoring. If I was not busy, I could have a 30 min conversation with him while he is working. This has made my gf thinking I was having affair with the laundry lady. I needed to find a reliable dry cleaners close to my house. I'm kind of new to this since I now live on my own so I checked Yelp for one with good reviews. I came across Concierge Cleaners and gave them a call. I was going out of town last minute and needed my clothes back that night. They told me they would do their best. I dropped my clothes off around 10:00am and they were ready for pick up by 4:00! Not only did they do a great job, but he even waived the rush fee most places charge since I was a new customer! Went back to Concierge Cleaners last week, as the suit needed to be spiffed-up (it happens, especially when living in a house with multiple animals). Again, excellent, friendly, and prompt service - and lots of laughter and smiles, too. Also was lectured again (in a friendly manner) about how my partner is supposed to hang the suit when it's not being worn (I told him, I swear!) so it will maintain its proper shape. Lets just say it ended with vomit, makeup, and small blood drops over my coat and white dress shirt! Clothing: I LOVE how my clothes look when I get them back. You can tell that they definitely examine every article of clothing before they give it back to you. I've also gotten repairs done on my clothes and they get the job done. Customer Service: I love that (when Alex has time) he takes my clothes to my car for me. And I also like that I get a phone call when it's time to pick up my clothes. He's very genuine and honest and I really like that. Price: You get what you pay for. Does it cost you a little more to get your clothes cleaned here? Yes. But, it's definitely worth the price. I used to get my clothes cleaned by a less-expensive place, but I didn't feel like they really took care of my clothes. In the end, if your dry-cleaners don't take care of your clothes, your clothes won't last as long and you'll end up spending more money. Other: After you become a "regular" they give you a bag to put your clothes in so dropping off your clothes becomes super easy. Now when I need my clothes cleaned I put them in my bag and drop them off. No need to state my name and phone number or give instructions because it's all there on the bag. A place that once you try, you'll be unable to go else ware. Alex knows what he is doing... Enter his shop and you're transported into a classic rock concert blasting, Alex pops out from the back of the shop grinning from ear to ear. (Maybe he just likes me.!?) He or his helper THOROUGHLY inspect each article you drop off. Microscopic holes are mended, unnoticeable spots/discolorations are restored, all at no charge. The clothes are immaculately folded, clipped, bagged, and brought to your car upon pick-up. And of course he won't let you drive home with them hanging in your blind spot either.... He has given me a large reusable laundry bag to throw my dirty clothes in with a name tag attached, so that when I'm in a hurry I can just run in and throw the bag at him and leave.
