I got greeted with "do you need something".. horrible customer service. When she asked for my ID she ripped it out of my hands, same with my employer drug screen paperwork. I spent two hours in waiting room then put in a cold exam room and hasn't been seen at 1445. No even updates on what is going on . Very poor customer service. Went to the DMV right before and this took longer!!! I just came for a drug screen for work. I am still shocked at how poorly run this place is. I was in my seat, out of my seat several times then called again to sit in the back for more waiting. Also, I had to turn in several pieces of paperwork at different times...that could have been done just once. They make you wear mask but every time you are up to change seats to turn something else in you are being exposed to others' germs. Overall though, the waiting is ridiculous. They need to find a way to be more efficient. read more

needed to get a DOT PHYSICAL done. arrived at 830 on a monday. already packed with people. i wait in line as everyone else would. 4 hours go by and the room starts to clear up. i see numerous people come in and out before ive been seen. i finally go up and ask how much longer and they say they have 2 people in front of me?! including someone whom arrived hours after i did. i dont know whats going on back there but it definitely should not take 4 hours to be seen. thumbs down! read more

Worst place ever for a urine drug test! The paperwork from my employer stated to come with a full bladder. I did just that and had to wait for one hour. One hour!!! I asked how many more people were ahead of me and I was told I was next. So I waited and waited and waited. 5 people later I asked again how much longer. I was then told that there were 2 people ahead of me. How did 0 people ahead of me turn into 2 plus the 5 additional people who were just called??!! Finally, I could no longer hold it and went to pee. As soon as I came out they called my name. Of course. I was then met with attitude from the man who called my name. After waiting 3 hours for a physical and drug screen, I was called back. The three women that I dealt with at the front were incredibly rude and didn't listen to me when I told them which forms I needed for work. Fortunately I didn't wait long for the physician assistant which is the ONLY reason why I would give this place 1 star. While doing The physical I pointed out to the physician assistant which forms I needed signed again, and she told me that whatever I was about to say I could tell it to the girls at the front because she "doesn't do that." I told the woman at the front again, I believe her name was Roxane, and THEN she went and told the doctor. I waited another 30 minutes before that same PA came back out and said "bummer. I wish I had read the reviews before I came here for my pre-employment exam. I arrived first thing in the morning (8am) and am still waiting to see the MD and PT as I write this review (10am). I had called yesterday and was told that there were no available appointments for two weeks, but that J can walk in anytime; so much for that! came for a pre-employment appt. long wait times and rude front desk members. they need a better system of checking in guests. did more waiting with no explanation once i got past the door. medical assistant attempted to draw my blood three times - he wasn't even in my veins and had no blood return. i have great ac veins btw! he also did not have any of his supplies with him for the actual physical, so he was in and out of the rooms to go and fetch them. when explaining that i've spent a total of 2.5hrs+ and still havent seen a physician, the medical assistant's response was "there are other people who have been waiting longer." his explanation for the lengthy wait time did not make the company look any better. other medical assistants were entering my room thinking that i was another patient (unsafe!), physician had poor manner, and overall staff's timeliness/quality of care/safety were poor. dont come here especially if you need urgent attention! read more

So I go here as instructed by an employer to have a drug screening. The front desk person assumed I was there for a "rampid" test, which I was not.! It was 4:40 and she said they close at 5:00 and I'll have to come back another day. Said that they are two hours behind. Everywhere else it says they are opened until 7:00. I said it's not 5:00 yet and there was nobody in the waiting room and staff members walking about. She was very abrupt with me and proceeded to go on the back and get my test kit. She was literally going to give it to me to take with me!!! Told me to take it and go somewhere else!!! I don't ev Ed n think that's legal!! This urgent care is awful. I understand the importance of these health care workers and their job, however I sat for 3 hours just to get a TB shot. The front desk ladies are very impatient and rude. When asked how much longer the time will look like or if I can get a better time tmrw, and the response I got was either wait another 5 minutes or come in tmrw and wait another 3 hours. Well I came here for a physical FYI make sure you have a form from your employer otherwise they won't see you . The front office staff looks overwhelmed, but they are well groom for the most part. The office looks cleans there is no foul odor parking is oh okay inside a shopping center . There is free water The staff in the back are great easy going chill I was going to give them a hour star but they make a difference about an hour wait from waiting room to exam room. read more

Had the worst experience here today. Went in because I felt miserable... Swollen throat, hoarse voice, body aches, vomiting and diarrhea, etc. just sick. Saw dr Hubbard for 2 minutes.... He called me a liar.... Didn't touch me and said I was fine. Went to another urgent care down the road because I knew something was wrong. Turns out I have swollen lymph nodes in my throat from laryngitis and a kidney infection. If I had taken dr Hubbard's advice and taken cepacol and ignored my symptoms I would have become very sick. Do not go to health works. Their doctor did NO physical exam. Such a scam. I will be taking this to the medical board. read more

I've been coming here the past seven months for workers comp & despite the long waits (GET AN APPOINTMENT), the ppl who have been treating me have taken such great care of me. It's busy, the receptionists are friendly. Every staff member I have come in contact with was friendly. & I love Sitha!! She is soooo nice :) They've taken care of everything these past months and they've done an excellent job. Also we get that you have to wait, WE ALL DO. First off, trying to get an appointment is near impossible. But when you do get one, it doesn't matter. I had a 12:30 appointment and wasn't even called back to a room until 2:00. I sat in the room until 2:30 before a doctor came in. I was seen here once prior to this visit for a workmans comp injury and was taken back and seen pretty quickly. That wasn't the case when I came in font preemployment physical and drug test. Some of the staff is friendly while others are just plain rude. There was a man who came in as a walk in. After an hour and a half he walked up to see how much longer and was told 2-3 more hours. This receptionist who was there at the time was rude. She didn't offer him an appointment or an apology at all. He kept telling her that someone had informed him his wait would be 2 hours. But she didn't care. This office deals with several different school districts and with a lot of workman comp issues. I HAD to be seen here or I probably would have just walked out. This place is an absolute nightmare. The worst part is they moved locations over two years ago yet somewhere it isn't updated so people everyday go to an autism clinic a few blocks away. I had to have a package sent here but it was sent to the wrong address. No one working is happy or wants to even help. I checked in at 10:30 and have yet to be seen for over two hours. I pride myself in my stoicism for most uncomfortable environments I am in, but I made a Yelp account to just review this one place. I changed my one star to a three because the staff was friendly and nice once I was finally seen. Would be a 4-5 If I wasn't sitting in the waiting room forever. There are long waits but this is ridiculously excessive. Been sitting in waiting room for over an 1.5 hours watching at least a dozen other people go in and out. If you call ahead and someone says "oh no appointments needed for that" make an appointment anyhow. And why is it so hot in here? Thankful I'm just here for work needed exam. If I had a fever I would have walked out long time ago. Don't tell people they can be a "walk in" if it is going to take 2 hours to be seen! read more

Attention Employers: PLEASE do not send your employees here for TB tests!! They will not let you make appointments for this service and the wait has been horrendous. I was told the wait would be 30-45 minutes. It has now been over an hour. When I asked how much longer the Concerta employee responded, "I don't know. There are only two people working in the back." This place is grossly understaffed and the wait is unreasonable. When I finally received the TB test, the shot squirt all over and I was sent out with a bleeding arm. I went in for a pre employment physical and drug screen during the week at 4pm. Upon checking in I was told by front desk staff, that they only do these types of visits until 2pm. How am I sopose to finish my 2 weeks of employment at my previous job and now I have to jump thru hoops to get to this place before 2 SERIOUSLY!! The reasoning for this is because they only have 1 MA and 1 PA, why do you understaff your clinics and take on sooo many contracts GREED!
