I have been here multiple times because of a work related injury as well as work related medical tests. Every single time I have been I have had an appointment, even with an appointment the wait time to have my vitals checked and be seated in a room has varied from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once in room it takes another 30 minutes to 1 hour to be seen by the doctor themselves. After that depending on why you're there it takes another 30 minutes to get tests done. The last time I went I waited 3 hours to get blood work done. I arrived at 12:15pm I was let inside of the doctors room at 1:30pm and waited until 2:45pm to be seen by the doctor- that doesn't even include the time of the tests being done. Considering I have an appointment scheduled a month in advance it is frustrating having to wait three hours for a blood test. The workers and doctors are very friendly and helpful but I wish the wait wasn't so long! read more

My husband had an appointment at 11:30, same place, different provider and was done over an hour ago. Super disappointed, nice staff but some explanation of a reason for the delay would have been nice, or staff coming in to check on me to let me know the status. read more

I have been trying for several weeks to do a TB test for employment clearance, but it's been really difficult to get this done. I went in for the first time on a Friday, as a walk-in because they don't take appointments for these, and they said they can't because they don't do TB tests on weekends, which I thought was ridiculous because Friday is not the weekend. I came in a week or two later on a Wednesday morning, and they had an hour &15 min wait that I didn't have time for. I asked the staff at the front desk if they knew a better time to come in since usually staff knows their busier hours, but she said she can't help me with that because they're a walk-in and don't know who will walk in. I called the next day in the morning to see what the wait was like and got put on hold for half an hour and had to hang up to get other things done, then called in the afternoon and they said they don't do TB tests on Thursday now but I can come in on Friday. It's the same lady that's been at the front desk giving me this information, too, and it's been really frustrating trying to get this simple test done. I'm going to look elsewhere. Front desk staff isn't friendly or helpful, and can be pretty rude and give conflicting information. read more

This place was terrible. Waited 2.5 hours to get in when I had an appointment and then the medical assistant acted like it was his first day on the job. He tried to take my blood and missed, and now I have a lovely bigass bruise on my arm. He had to have another guy come in to draw my blood. Just a very unprofessional company. Working in the medical field I can say that after reaching the back office I can appreciate the work ethic of the MA's and X-Ray techs in the back. Front office was rather flat and unimpressionable. I'm sure all of the staff is feeling the crunch of the lack of staffing I'm reading about in previous reviews. However, I'm writing this review after spending over an hour waiting for my appointment. I don't think it makes sense to schedule appointments through this facility if you're not seen promptly. While I understand patients come in and take up or require rooms for different procedures, don't tell people about available appointments if you are not going to treat them as such. They might as well just walk in.. Wait time would be the same I imagine. Working as a medical professional I make it a point to make the patient experience an excellent one. Not sure this is what this staff is about. I will say the physician staffed on 6/12/15 was friendly and attentive. I can appreciate that! read more

My appointment was at 10:30 and I was out by 12. The staff at the front desk were friendly and the nurses were understanding and kind even though I was nervous about the blood test. For me to take my personal time to write a review, consider to be very valuable to me, personally. This company or location need series of revamping! I will begin with a set appointment, that was set a week out and told they're not accepting walk-ins. Ok, appointment made at 2:30PM. My thoughts "I have appointment set at 2:30, I should be able to pick my daughter up by 4:30pm(Which is a 10 min drive). Didn't leave until 5:30PM, this is HORRIBLE!!!! I waited inside the lobby for 1hr & 45mins. Then, called to a room and sit for additional hour . This is completely unacceptable!!! Just because your not service the patient at hand but its employer, doesn't give the right for a person to be waited on for so long. Reception is rude, tell you " Wait behind the sign for confidently purposes". Then sit you next down to next to someone else to fill out confident information, Go figure. I will make sure my employer knows that I was paid 2 hours worth of overtime for a company i had a appointment with. Hoping we switch companies. Then when you see a lost of a 1,000 patients, maybe something will be done. Revamp immediate or you will certainly fade away. read more

Expect to spend 3 hours here each visit. Over an hour will be spent in the room after the assistant takes vitals... just waiting. No matter how hurt you are you'll only be placed off work for 1 week. Therefore you will be doing this every week! This place is a joke. read more

Update to my last experience and review: IT GETS WORSE. The 2nd appointment I did see a doctor a lot faster, however he walked into the room, stood in the corner and looked either at his clipboard or at the wall the entire time. He never once checked me to make sure I was healing correctly. He asked me questions like " what did the last doctor here diagnosis you?" And talking to this doctor was as if he didn't understand your language. It's a terrible place, if your work sends you here request a different medical office, there are tons around here that are much better and can do a proper job. Remember it's your health and your company has the responsibility to take care of your medical needs correctly and professionally when an injury occurs. My work has already sent me elsewhere after I told them about what happened and they are looking to stop use of this clinic. Hallelujah read more

Staff was very kind and patient even at the end of their shift. They are busy, but they do the best they can. Absolutely loved their PA - she took the time to listen and made me feel very comfortable. At my follow up appointment, the same was true. Staff was super nice and the PA was wonderful. read more

I had an appointment for a drug screen for employment purposes. I filled out the appointment list and I was immediately told by one of the staff that I didn't have an appointment and I was a "walk-in." She removed my name from the appointment list. Finally she called my name and asked for my forms and I explained that I have an appointment number. Her reply was that does not work. She asked me to email the drug letter which I did but after 20 min, she had not looked at it nor did she say when she would. If this facility is offering drug screens and urgent care at the same facility, they need to understand that a drug screen person is there for employment reasons and needs to go back to work and not be in a room full of sick people. This is poor management and the staff member in question was a middle aged brunette lady who sits off to the left at the counter. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED A DRUG SCREEN. read more

Very slow at the clinic. Took over 1:15 min to get called to get called in the clinic. Took another 30 min to be seen by provider. Totally unfair to patients waiting, what a waste of time to wait. However,. On the good note the PT side is excellent w/ patient wait time (almost none) and the PT tech is excellent. They need more workers in the clinic clinic side. read more

Very unprofessional, they take their time and have no urgency. My girlfriend just seen the doctor there who recommended antibiotics we were escorted to the waiting room, sat there with no prescription written yet finally approached the receptionist who was very rude she went on and print some papers and almost threw them at us and it was not the prescription it was just saying that we were seen there. I r e approach the desk and asked about the prescription she took my paperwork and walked away and left me standing there for another few minutes, another receptionist asked me what I needed and in the middle of explaining to her she came up and said I told you I was getting the prescription the doctor is busy at the moment with another patient. It would make sense to me if the doctor would have wrote the prescription and finished with the patient at hand then to move on to the next one and leave us waiting for prescription that no one had any idea we were waiting for. The receptionist at the front desk needs to be fired she's very rude and obviously suffering from some form of I don't care, and I had to give them one star it would not let me post this review if for some reason you're in pain or very sick don't go here cuz they don't care read more

Not efficiently ran. Wait for hours and hours even with an appointment. Front desk staff is not friendly at all. The guys in the back taking vitals and doing X-rays are super nice tho. The cardio rehab facility is great , the Doctor and staff are horrible. Dr. Ramirez compromised her best judgement over funding from the insurance. I was unable to work from a back injury with loads of limitations,then in 72 hrs (a miracle...NOT) she put me back to full duty . My job require I lift up to 100 pounds. I was being treated for 3 months .Half of the appointments made me wait up to 2 hrs after my appointment time. Stay away if you value your health. read more

Awful location. I went yesterday, midday, and ended up waiting over 3 hours to been by the doctor. Terrible service, the doctor was clearly not from that urgent care location which meant I had to wait even longer because he didn't know where anything was. Judging by the rating and over reviews, this is a consistent problem with this organization that they do not fix. I read the reviews of this place before my appointment, so I was afraid that I would experience the same negative occurrence as everyone else who made a review. I will say that the staff is very nice. I was greeted with a friendly face and a smile, from the nurses at the front desk all the way to my doctor entering the examination room. However, as everyone pointed out, the wait time is quite terrible. My appointment was at 10am and I wasn't seen until 10:30am. I can't really complain about a 30 minute wait time because I had to fill out paperwork. However, after they put me in the examination room, I had to wait another 30 minutes for my doctor to show up. And she only examined me for 3 minutes and left. Nevertheless, my exam was more like a physical and a drug test; however, this should not have taken more than an hour of waiting. There were not a lot of patients when I entered or left, and I saw a lot of people working in the office, so I don't understand why it takes so long to tend to every patient. My advice: go early in the morning and go in the middle of the week. Expect an hour to an hour and a half if you have an appointment. If it's urgent, go somewhere else!!! read more

.A metal hook tore my finger. The doctor came in after about an hour, didn't say hello, didn't ask "what happened" and didn't even say he had to take an x ray to see if there was any metal in there. All he said was that my ring (4 fingers away had to be cut off if I was unable to remove it because the hand would swell. Really? Four fingers away? Thank God they were unable to find a ring cutter. So they sent me to the hospital. They told me "no way necessary to remove the ring." When the PA saw the cut, she said we MUST take an xray to see if there's any metal in it."(Something YOUR doctor should have told me.) The hospital gave me 9 stitches. I never went back to you and NEVER will. This was the 2nd time I went thru hell in your office.Sorry to have to say this to everyone but DO NOT go there ...a disgrace to the medical industry . It was closing time so I'm sure he just wanted to get out of there. Next time I'll go to the Veterinarian. Sad but true! read more
