It makes me sad to leave this place, but after 4 years, it was the best decision for my son. He had a very poor therapist, Katelyn, for 6 months. She could never manage him, never updated his goals, and did very little to help him. I also told them many times that he did not like the therapy room. Starting in January, her attitude got worse. She seemed upset every time my son arrived, rolled her eyes, and was impatient and rude. I spoke with the supervisor, Mr. Siddesh, but nothing was done except changing the therapist. It is disappointing to see such incompetent staff. There were also delays with the progress note and scheduling. My insurance approval was sent on March 26, but by April 1st they claimed there were no appointments available, which seemed very strange. When I tried to speak with the supervisor again, I was ignored and only received excuses from another staff member. If you are thinking about bringing your child here, think twice. Not everyone is competent or patient, and many of the assistants and students seem unprepared. It feels like they only care about the money they can charge the insurance company. read more

I am so happy we found Littlefield! My twin daughters were micropremies and not meeting their developmental milestones and were in need of skilled OT treatments. There seems to be a high demand in this area so we had a wait to get in, but it was so worth it! The therapists were very kind and knowledgeable. The sessions were so helpful, and the therapists really cared about making sure we knew what they were doing and it's purpose. They also gave us exercises to do at home so we could work with them in between sessions. They worked with us until the girls were finally meeting their appropriate developmental goals. Removes u from waitlist, without telling you after your child been waiting for months. Now say waitlist is closed due to 12 month wait and go get referred somewhere else so my child can wait more months for speech, they dont care about the children getting in its for the insurance money. read more

We've had 2 sessions here for OT so far with 2 different therapists. Both experiences have been great so far! Staff has been friendly and professional. The therapists have been attentive and understanding of my child's needs and provided me with suggestions to help him at home. I'm looking forward to more sessions here for my child. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the initial scheduling issues. It took multiple phone calls to schedule the initial assessment and then a few more weeks to schedule the actual OT sessions. Now that we're established/have started, scheduling hasn't been a problem. read more

This is a very sad and disheartening review for me to have to write. My daughter had been going to Littlefield for almost 8 years. They really helped her a lot until they decided they didn't want to help her anymore. She was receiving several services multiple times a week when her services were halted abruptly. No tapering off of services just stopped. She had not met her goals and there had been no warning. Additionally, if you have a medically fragile child that has countless doctors appointments, like mine, Littlefield will not accept ANY excused medical notes from doctors. They will make your child MAKE UP the missed appointment. If you fail to meet their percentage for attendance you will lose your time slot indefinitely . However, they are allowed to do what ever they want. They will cancel appointments any time they want without penalty. Littlefield used to be a great place to send your child to get therapy but the owner Melissa has become all about the money. YOU check your child in from an IPAD. The office staff is too busy playing on their phones and talking to one another to acknowledge you or your child's existence. They never answer the phone. I mean ever. Melissa now hires super young inexperienced therapists and office staff. The turn over rate is huge. If you like a therapist chances are they will not be there the next month. I would only go to Littlefield if you like your appointments being broken, subpar therapy (expect for Mr. Sid he is AMAZING! He deserves so much better than this place!), no consistency, constant text messages, your child's rights being violated, never being able to get a hold of anyone, and a owner that refuses to address any issues in her company. Like I said this used to be a great company sadly not anymore. I seriously would not send my dog here. read more

Didn't have a good experience when trying to schedule physical therapy here. They barely ever bother answering the phone. Had to call over and over again over a few weeks, and also left voicemails after our doctor sent a referral, and they never got back to me. Sent an online message via their website too, no response. Someone answered a few times but didn't seem like they knew what was going on, not being sure of their own polices. They also had a three month wait! Maybe they're ok with the actual physical therapy, but it's so difficult to schedule that it wouldn't be worth it. read more

My child has Down Syndrome and gets sick very easily. Evaluation: Sid and helper were amazing and super helpful. Very patient. Pointed out everything is cleaned between clients. I was so excited to get started! 1st visit: Overwhelming and overstimulating. I knew it would be rough. Haley did well considering she does not know my child or his personality. The floor was very messy with debris on the mats. I brushed it off thinking it was a one time thing 2nd visit: I think her name was Maria(?) She seemed very disconnected. The session was okay but the vibe was off. I ask her how toys are cleaned. She says they are wiped down and cleaned after every client. 3rd visit: The PT cancelled last minute. I did not know and I showed up to find this out. They claimed they had texted which I never got. I get it. Technology doesn't always do what we want. It should have been confirmed as I woke up my son, got everything ready and drove over for nothing. 4th visit: With Maria (?). Floor was dirty again. I immediately ask if toys and mats are cleaned. "Of course! After every client!" I'm relieved to hear that but still a little uneasy as everything is visibly dirty. I assumed maybe they were just stained from so much play. After our session we went to a different area. The "aid", as the pt lady called her, put all the toys my son slobbered on and licked BACK on the shelf without cleaning. I pointed that out. She said "the aids don't know what we use so we go back and wipe everything down." This made no sense but oookaay. I hung out and she saw I did. She went and pulled some of the toys used and wiped them. My son woke up sick the next morning. For TWO weeks. 5th visit: after missing several sessions because my son was sick we were back with Maria (?) When I got there, I saw an "aid" putting dirty toys back on the shelf AGAIN directly after a child left that area. I let her know what happened and that my son was sick after our last visit (we don't go very many places and that was the only place we went that week) her response was "Here, look. I have back to back clients and I don't have time to clean anything" I was in disbelief. Why did she lie to me before about the cleaning? This upset me. I told her "I can't have my son getting sick over and over because things aren't cleaned here" she said "well I don't have time" I grabbed my kiddo and let her know we would not be continuing our sessions there. She said okay and rushed to the front desk to let them know and we left. I have now received a letter stating that my "behavior toward staff" was a primary difficulty. All I did was question the sanitation of this place and never inappropriately. The whole experience has been very sadly disappointing. Please, do better read more

My daughter has been going to physical therapy here for about a year. She's made so much progress and loves going for her sessions with Miss Delaney. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. All the toys are sanitized after each session. A few months ago my son needed a new occupational therapist. His current one was on maternity leave so we found Littlefield. The evaluation lady was great and the staff was friendly. I loved the large play area and I had high hopes. When it came time for the first session, there was no meet and greet. The therapist  grabbed my son by his hand and pulled him into a strange room to have him jump on a swing while the therapist stared at the computer. There was no engagement and  this was miserable for my two-year-old son. We went back for a second session and met Miss Elena who was better. Unfortunately we were still in the same room with the first therapist, Miss Rachel who is not so amazing. I asked for who's in charge and I spoke to miss Monica. I let her know my concerns and she said they would be addressed. Since that moment therapy was fine and we stayed at Littlefield because my son had built rapport with Miss Elaina. The back office staff does not know how to schedule, add subs, or how to communicate. On two different occasions my son went without therapy and I got frustrated. The final time we arrived for therapy, I was loudly informed from ten feet across the room that there was no therapy. Someone should have text or called me. I went up to the front desk and asked for Melissa. The receptionist looked at me with a blank stare and told me she was not in. I asked if she knew when and was told no and that I could leave her a note. I asked for a voicemail and was told no. ( eyes or should any two of when what's a Littlefield will be in the office and she said No) *unclear. Five minutes later a woman came over and introduced herself as Melissa Littlefield. I explained my concerns and she said it would definitely be addressed. She asked for screenshots of my text messages showing that nobody had text me.  I later received a letter informing me they are closing my son's case with no notice. Sending it back to my pediatrician, case closed. Of course I called with my concerns and nobody knew how to get a hold of Melissa Littlefield. Two weeks have gone by with no response from Melissa Littlefield. Thankfully, I found an amazing OT right here around the corner from my house and it is the best move that I've ever made. Homegrown OT for kids is amazing.  The owner, Debbie, truly cares. Her therapists are so engaging. Miss Elena if you ever read this you should definitely try to get a job there! read more

This place is amazing. My 3 year old son was in occupational therapy at Littlefield for about a year. OT was so helpful, fun, and informative. The therapists really worked with his meltdowns(in the beginning) in the sensory room. This place is also kept spotless with a cleaning staff disinfecting after each client. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the shared parking lot. Unfortunately, the parking lot is very dangerous, especially for children. There are trucks and other vehicles in and out. It's very narrow and hard to see incoming cars. read more

My daughter had 4 appts here for occupational therapy.Every single time I was given print outs to read and no actual answers or help. They did nothing for her and when I asked direct questions about her therapy I was literally given print outs. Unacceptable. I can print out info myself, I was looking for professional help and answers or at least progress or a game plan. I got none of that here. We began going to Littlefield during the pandemic in Oct 2020 for occupational therapy. They offered us both in person and Telehealth options. We chose the in person option. Their facility is immaculate and they follow a strict sanitation protocol after every client. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They are very responsive to any and all questions I have about scheduling, billing and/or the therapy itself. Appt schedules are always adhered to and you never have to worry about then running behind. I appreciate that! Overall, we are very please with our time at Littlefield and the services they have provided. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for OT, PT or speech services. read more

I really wanted to get therapy for my child. Unfortunately, you can't talk to a real person when you call the intake line. You have to leave a message with the promise that your call will be returned within 24-48 hours. In my case, however, it has been nearly a week and I have not received the courtesy of a return phone call. I guess I will need to turn elsewhere for help. read more

My 3 month old was sent here for physical therapy for torticolis (stiffening of the neck muscles). He started developing a flat spot on his head because of it, so pt was recommended. We took him in and Rayla was his physical therapist. She was extremely nice and patient with him, but all she did was shake toys in his face. After a few visits, we chose to end treatment because of it. Every time we went, we had to pay a $15 co-pay.. it gets expensive for 30mins of playtime that we do at home anyway. I wasn't gonna review, but now I'm pretty pissed off because she sent us to a helmet place that IS NOT COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE. We waited a while to get this appointment & wasted precious time that could have been used to get my son rolling with his helmet to correct his head. Now we have to start from scratch. Mrs. Carly is the most amazing speech therapist. She takes her time to explain the process. Always asks if I have questions and will answer them in a simple yet informative way. She is kind and patient and when whether progress is made or not she always stays positive and provides encouragement. I could not ask for more. Thank you Mrs Carly for helping us find my sons voice. If I could give 0 stars I would. The therapists are closed minded and not properly trained to work with special needs children. And they don't have progress level they work only with severe situation.The owner is unwilling to be reasoned with and if you complain, she will discharge your child rather than fix the issues. I so greatly appreciate Littlefield and all the help they have given my child. My child has speech and OT and now attends the awesome new Social Groups. I love their family centrist approach to therapy. I always leave with new ideas on how to help my daughter at home. The new social groups are just what this area has needed for a long time and my child is absolutely loving it. The therapists here are top notch and I can tell really value our children and want to help them. If I could deal with only the one therapist we liked, then I could score them higher. Unfortunately the management is a mess. Too much staff turn around, the staff gets yelled at in front of families, the inaccessibility by phone is insufferable. While the idea of a park setting may *sound* friendlier for pediatric use, the reality is chaos. It is unclear where to sign in, and once you figure it out they will move it again. Siblings are allowed to run amok, interfering with clients in session. Parents start treating it as a babysitting service so they can just chat and ignore their children. It is ridiculous to have to guard your child from other children while you are paying for therapy. Very unprofessional, stressful. Good luck if you try to call! You will always get the phone maze, and lucky if you get a return call in a week, if ever. The scheduling is a mess to deal with, as is the billing, referrals, records, or any aspect that goes along with therapy. WAY too disorganized!!! The owner really needs to hire a professional business person to organize the business end, and stop arrogantly believing they can *power* their way into a pediatric medical business practice. read more

After moving to the area, we had an appointment for our son at another establishment. When talking with a friend who gave a solid recommendation for Littlefield, we switched and couldn't be happier! The staff is absolutely amazing with our son who attends therapy sessions, as well as our other children who are able to play on the awesome equipment during the appointment. We've seen drastic results in our child's confidence and abilities. His physical therapist is kind, extremely knowledgeable. She genuinely cares for our son and his physical gains, attitude for healing and well being.
