I've had a very disappointing experience with this speech therapist at this office. There have been serious safety concerns, including my child leaving the building unsupervised on more than one occasion. In addition, the therapist's communication has come across as unprofessional and, at times, condescending. After several years with the clinic, I no longer feel confident in the level of care being provided and will be discontinuing services. I hope improvements are made, especially regarding safety and professionalism. read more

We've been coming here for a few years now and the service sucks. First off, beware of the front office staff who check you in. Both the male and female are rude as can be. They are short with people, and can't seem to do their job to the best of their ability. Secondly, they are always losing therapists, so you will have long gaps of no service. read more

This is a great place! I have three children who have received care from here. My now teenager was seen here for about a year to help with his dexterity issues and social skills related to an Autism Spectrum Disorder. He has since completed his goals and has moved on from here. I have two younger girls who are seen here. One of them has a delay in gross motor skills. The other has a few quirks in the sensory processing area. I know this practice sees children and adults with all kinds of needs- but these are what we are working with. Front Office- they have been great! They have worked with us time and time again to work on the best scheduling possible. Sometimes time slots just don't work out. But they do everything they can to accommodate their families fairly. To include calling if a desired time has opened up. Their billing is handled swiftly. And they are great about working with insurance. Therapists- I love them. All three of mine have worked with Miss Ally over the years and I can't say enough how great she has been. There is a new therapist that we have started working with and she seems like she is going to be as awesome as Miss Ally. I get to see some of the other therapist work with their kiddos on occasion and they are all wonderful. I am a pretty seasoned special needs parent and I still find something new to learn regularly. They are always recommending a new book or offering new tools I may not know of, but I never feel talked down to. I feel part of the team (and I believe that is how the relationship should feel. Extremely pleased with theraphist 'Michelle'!!! Her approach in my father's care who is 86 yrs old, and has some serious health issues, has been with compassion, genuine sincerity & physiologically knowledgeable!!! My father's expression after todays session is, their providing services 100x's better than another company we had went to for his theraphy!!!! The phone rep-Lucero and another gentleman on the front desk, really are to be commended in their abilities to communicate patiently and certainly kindly to meeting the needs of the client, in this case my father Rogelio!!! My child has improved greatly while being seen by the therapists here and in a very short time. They have some strict policies here but I think they are all fair and agreeable. The billing is smooth and easy, they even checked with our insurance before starting to give us an idea of what expenses to expect! The staff all seem qualified and they appear to really love their jobs. I'd love to give TVTS 5 stars but the waiting room needs some major improvement. It's dark and depressing with nothing interesting to look at or do. The chairs are filthy as well as the "toys". When you wait several times a week for 30 minutes you'd like to be in a cheerier environment. read more

Incapable of treating their clients with basic human decency. They seem to be in it only for the money. They need to take a hard look at how they manage their business; you can't provide a service to children and be selective with which children you choose to help. My son receives occupational and physical therapy here and we love it! He's seen multiple therapists and all of them have been super kind, very knowledgeable and truly care for their patients and their families. The front desk staff is very friendly which is a huge plus! Their facility is great as well. For Christmas they offered a free Polar Express Christmas experience for their patients and families and it was INCREDIBLE! So well thought through and executed so everyone had a great time and it was just so special! I highly recommend them for pediatric therapy services and I'm sure their adult services are just as well done. read more

We love TVTS, way better than the last therapy service place we went to. Everyone is very friendly, and understanding of my child's needs. We have not had any complaints about the staff or services that were provided. The location is very clean and is following the COVID protocols, making sure our kiddos our safe. Not sure why my review was removed. I am a real person and a previous consumer. This review is for the horrendous in home ABA services I received. The BCBA Katie was absolutely terrible and unprofessional, and condescending towards families. I hope to GOD she's not still practicing. She had a "my way or no way at all" attitude. I was going to file a grievance but I tried to give them a break. Katie was not the only one we had a terrible experience with unfortunately it was a few of them. They should just stick to what they are okay at OT and speech and leave ABA alone. My other BCBA completely forgot she was supposed to attend my child's IEP and was no call no show. Her response to me was super casual and nonchalant. Go somewhere else, where you are valued, here you're just another number! read more

Hello special needs families, This is a WARNING!! for families with kiddo's that are autistic or their kids that need Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and ABA Therapy. Do no take your children to TEMECULA VALLEY THERAPY SERVICES! The company recently partnered with another company and since then, they have had a massive turn over rate and can not keep a therapist there for very long. On top of the rotating therapist, I was told that my son will be able to keep is 4 days a week as soon as they had enough therapist WRONG/LIE. After months of trying to be patient, we met in a meeting stating that my son will be on probation, they are taking him down to 1 time a week because the therapist are afraid "intimidated" by him. I was also told today that they will only offer him 2 time a week and no more if he comes back after his probation. Mind you my son has been going there for about 4-5 years and has made progress up until this company partnership! It hasn't always been perfect, he is autistic, but when he has been doing amazing everywhere else and making huge leaps and bounds especially here recently. It can not just be all him. They would not listen to anything I recommended and I know that works. How can it be that he is struggling so hard that less time is going to make it better. Plus they changed his evaluation with out having any conversation with me or approval. For your sanity and your child's benefit I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all.... read more

My little boy has been receiving therapy services for about 9 1/2 years and we've had good, bad, average and great services with many different provides. I have to say that TVTS is by far one of the best therapy service providers in California and we've experienced many! The facility and equipment is amazing and clean! The therapists are awesome! The office and management staff work very hard to accommodate their patients even with all the therapist availability restrictions, time restrictions and insurance restrictions. The owner of this practice puts her heart and soul into our children and I've seen it first hand for many years. The time, passion, compassion, love, devotion and dedication that goes into treating our kiddos is quite remarkable. No practice is perfect or without flaws or hiccups here and there but this is an office where they try their hardest to make a difference in our children's lives and as long as my son continues to need therapy services and my insurance allows him to be treated here, I'll never look elsewhere. We've been with TVTS for about 8 years and still loving it. My son looks forward to therapy and has made SO much progress and that's worth more than all the gold. read more

I have 2 boys with special needs and over the last 13 years we have been to numerous therapy facilities and have seen it all - the good, the bad, and the ugly! I found TVTS (based off many recommendations) a little over 2 years ago when we moved out this way and could not be happier with the care my kids receive. The therapist take a true personal interest in these children, the kids are not just seen as another case coming through the door. The therapist are kind, compassionate, devoted, and push my kids to their full potential. The management staff share the same compassion and dedication and they do their best to work with families to accommodate schedules, insurances, and all situations. In the 2 years we have been going (upwards of 4 times a week) I have never had a scheduling issue. My boys love going to therapy there, I sometimes even have to drag them out because they want to stay past their appointment times and keep working! Despite how hard these kids have to work and how much they have to come out of their comfort zone during therapy sessions - seeing how much they love going is a true testament to how these therapist work. They make therapy fun and enjoyable. When my youngest started at TVTS, 15 months ago, he had a severe speech delay and could only say 8-12 words, he had severe sensory issues and feeding issues and was considered a 'failure to thrive' by doctors. Today, 15 months later, he now is talking up a storm, using an average for 5-word sentences and is able to convey all of his needs. He has minor texture aversions but no longer seen as a 'failure to thrive' by doctors. He has been able to start school and is excelling in his therapies. We were going 3-4 times a week when we first started but has made so much advancement at TVTS he has been able to reduce his services to 2 days week! I am so thankful for all the recommendations to TVTS when I was searching for new therapy facilities. TVTS works hard for these kids and their goal is to help families overcome the hurdles - and they sure do an amazing job at it!! read more

Our son is currently being seen at Temecula Valley Therapy Services for an injury to his shoulder. He sees Dr. Paul and Megan for physical therapy. They are wonderful physical therapists and the sweetest people. I feel he is getting the best care here on his road to recovery. Teresa at the front desk is always smiling and nice. I feel that tvts is only in this for the wrong reasons , i understands this is a business and they are clearly not a non profit , but that shouldn't keep any child from not getting the treatment that they deserve especially when you have insurance and pay the copay pre visit. I will be looking elsewhere for my child . If I wanted to pay for a 30 minute session at 40$ per half hour for the wheels on the bus I would just do it myself and save the headache read more

The OT therapist and speech therapist I met seemed to be really nice and excited to help my son. However, the management and owner were not willing to accommodate our busy schedule (15 hours of in-home ABA as well as my husband's chemo schedule). Kaiser referred him for 1 hour each session and TVTS rejected it and said they have a 30 min only session policy. The front desk lady said (as well as both therapists) admitted they do have 1-hour sessions but it was for the clients who were "grandfathered in". The manager said "only under certain circumstances" could they allow a 1-hour session. Both therapists I met there said Hunter could benefit from an hour session and thought he would do very well. His Kaiser pediatric psychologist and doctor also referred him for a 1-hour session. The manager just kept telling me that 1-hour sessions do not fit into their schedules and I told her that I need to find a place that will consider my child and families needs and circumstances. Every child has different needs, and to have the same policy (30 mins only) for each child is ridiculous. It's just a way of getting more sessions and appointments in... Furthermore, the waiting room for the children's area was really sad looking and could use some TLC. There are books and two sensory toys on the dirty floor. It would be great for the children if they invested a small amount of money in getting some child size chairs and table, so they don't have to play or read on the filthy floor. The biggest disappointment of all is that my son will not get his OT or speech until I can get a new referral from Kaiser. Management did not care, and apparently the owner did not either. read more

I know they don't treat their employees very well. You can see it. They over-work their therapists and also they have such ridiculous scheduling, my child never sees the same people. It is frustrating. If you don't give them 24 hours notcie that you need to cancel then they charge you. My son was sick and vomiting and I couldn't come and they charged me for not calling 24 hours ahead. I mean, I didn't know until he got up. I think they hand foot and mouth disease going around once too. My child is always getting sick there. read more
