Since starting with Behavior Frontiers my son and I have had a wonderful experience. I love my Team Michelle, Adam, and Madeline. They are amazing and have truly helped my son tremendously as well as myself. The time they spend teaching him new words, new safety methods, and new ways on expressing himself is wonderful! In the span of 6 months we went through 8 therapists and 2 supervisors. They are unprofessional, unethical, and simply put, a waste of your time. They are solely here for the profit and do not care for your child or their improvement. They'll charge for spontaneous "sessions" and ask you to sign even though no services were provided that day. When you try to clarify they say they do not need to disclose what days they will be charging to your insurance but also force you to sign that you received services or threaten you with termination. Their services are terrible. We stay with this company for 2 years and a half. The first year everything went well but in the second year problems started. We had 6 different BCBA which are the main supervisor and manage the cases. Changes on BT I can not count it with my fingers. Once we landed someone with experience didnt lasted long as they got move to the new centers they where opening (We received services at home). The majority of the BT we got assigned was new people with zero experience which the last supervisor we had (Diego) didnt provide any support. Some examples of bad BT we had go from rude lady toward my kid that got to a point of push him. We have cameras at home and we recorded it, To a lady all what she did was seating on the couch without do anything and when she heard my wife was approaching she acted like she was doing something again we saw all that through the camera, another bt was very unprofessional and blame my kid saying things like he look depressed or not in the mood and even seat with her feet over the coach. When we communicated that we would be moving his service from morning to afternoon because he was ready to start school the scheduler was rude with my wife because the change and that is the drop that filled the glass and we decided to stop services. Since that they they have been submitting a lot of duplicate invoices and charges. I am working with the insurance provided by my employer and she is consolidating all those charges with their billing department and has found a lot of duplicate charges, days that they over billing and charges for evaluation changes that are made within the same week (Those charges where between 400 to 800). We have been with Behavior Frontier for 6 months now. I was very worried about ABA and my child because of the horror stories I had heard about ABA. They did a wonderful job making it play based and responding to my son cues. They allow me to be very involved in my sons care, which I love. My son's team is amazing. I don't think I would feel as comfortable with BF as I do without them. read more

We have had two children now that have used Behavior Frontiers over the last 7 years for services. Their care and clinical team have become almost a part of the family. My son "graduated" services 5 years ago and my daughter began services 2 years ago with a hope to be done in about 6 months. I know plenty of other friends and family that have been on waiting lists for long duration's and not had any services. There can be behaviorists that are not good at their job. You speak up, say something and they either get more education or taken off your case. This is always how it is with any service for our children with other companies as well. I would recommend this company to anyone with behavioral needs. We love their willingness to help our children. read more

I wanted to use this opportunity to say sincere "Thank you!" to Behavior Frontier team for their hard work, patience and dedication! ABA is not an easy journey at times but love and care provided by our case manager and instructional BT's makes the difference. My child is making progress with his programs and it's great! He uses more words and started communicating with his speech. Monthly team meetings really help to stay on track and keep open communication with parents on child's goals and progress. I wish we could start with Behavior Frontier earlier. Would highly recommend for families seeking ABA therapy for their children. read more

We have been receiving ABA services from this company for several months now and couldn't be happier. The staff are extremely professional and courteous and the supervisors provide consistent, high quality case management. They have been responsive to the unique needs of our family and have been willing to tailor my son's programs accordingly. It is clear that staff genuinely care and are willing to go above and beyond to provide sensitive parent training and to teach my son the skills he needs to thrive through play. My son received services from this company and I am not sure why they have good reviews. I see the reviews are from a while ago, maybe they used to be worth a d**n but they have gone down hill. My first issue, they find anybody off the streets and slap a title of Behavioral Technician on them and send them into your home to basically babysit your child and not do anything useful. These techs haven't the clue what they are doing. Most are new and inexperienced and have never even been around an autistic child before. Secondly, one of the first behavioral technicians they sent was the most useless POS I've ever seen. They had the nerve to say she was one of the best! Huge red flag! If that girl was one of the best, I should've known then this company would be an issue. They said this girl trained other BTs! What a joke! Or maybe she's only good with certain people. Maybe she didn't want to do well for my family. I requested she be removed. Our other BT had surgery and was going to be out for a while so they told us she had to be replaced as well. So they sent us two new BTs. Which brings me to my last issue, I decided to start my son with the school district because I felt he needed to be on an IEP as soon as possible. He's only 3 but the sooner the better so that he may get all the help he needs early. I requested that our hours be cut back because I didn't see the use of so many hours, but I did want someone to be at daycare with my son. The person in charge of the supervisor told her no! Said we already changed our schedule and couldn't change it again? First off, when did we change our schedule? Things happen in life, my son needs to start school, and they won't accommodate an autistic child starting school? I guess less money for them? My son made no progress with them! They tried to take credit for his speech progression when he is literally in speech therapy (insert eye roll emoji)! They were working backwards and I requested they connect with his speech therapist as to not hinder Asher's speech progression. The old BCBA said she would but never got the chance before she left the company. Talk about a company not giving af about our children. And that's ok, it's common for places to be in it for the money and this place definitely is! How are you working with autistic children with no experience with autistic children? What sense does that make? Who knows where they sent the skilled ones and how they pick and choose which client gets the skilled BTs (if they even have any) and which ones get the BTs they found on the corner. Moving on! This company is a POS and wasted our time! Beware! You may have a better experience but know what your services should look like and what it shouldn't look like. Pay attention to if they are actually helping your child and if they even have these skill set to help your child. This is serious business! We go out of our way to get early intervention services so that our autistic children will have a fighting chance in life as they grow older so to waste our time with unskilled workers is cruel and greedy. The fact they wouldn't accommodate a schedule change so that my autistic child could start school (which they wouldn't be able to go to the school) is alarming and every parent should beware. No one should go through this! To lie and said we changed our schedule before is crazy! They've always gone to the daycare in the day and to our home in the afternoon. We had the same two BTs until one proved herself useless and the other took a leave of absence. So we were supposed to just accept the crappy BT? Just let her waste our time not doing anything. When I tell you, everywhere we sent this BT, people were complaining about her! The daycare teachers didn't like her, they complained she wasn't doing anything. I sent my son for a day trial at a Montessori school, the principal called me to complain about the BT! Saying once again she wasn't doing anything! Two different establishments saying the same thing! But that girl was one of their best? That girl trained the others???? Ha! And im supposed to just deal with her? So because I wanted her useless self off our case, they penalized my son? Hurt my son because your BTs wasn't doing her job? Like I didn't complain many times and also gave her many chances to do better. Proceed with this place with caution! If you accept anything and anybody, you'll be just fine! read more

I have gone through another agency before Behavioral Frontiers and it was such a horrible experience. When I started with Behavioral Frontiers I received nothing but their best service for my child. I highly recommend going through this ABA agency they are so attentive and always making sure the BT provided for your child is a good fit. They are all very caring and considerate of your child's needs. I am so thankful I had and continue to work with many wonderful BT's and Case managers like Brandy, Nettie, Michelle, Anabel as well as Monse and Ayleen. Just a quick reply to Ms. Helen. Education and training is one thing, but the attitude towards staff members and clients is a whole different story! This is what I was referring to in regards to some supervisors need to step down. You can't fool someone who knows the difference between text book and being honest. Simple as that. I'm specifically referring to Supervisors who present themselves as miracle workers. Like a salesman. Promising the world and when it doesn't happen then what? It's unprofessional and irresponsible! "We can help them talk. It takes time, but it will happen. I had a client who didn't talk and now he/she says full sentences." "Picky eater? We will introduce them to new foods and they'll be eating all kinds of foods in no time." Can you prove this to be true with ALL Clients who were Non-Verbal? No! Can you prove this to be true with picky eaters? No! So, clearly the statement is harmful because the Client is not guaranteed to use words to communicate or try new foods. It's a false promise to families which makes it unprofessional and irresponsible. I will say it again ABA is not for everyone. It's NOT Mandatory it's only a Reccomendation. read more

My child has been receiving ABA Services from Behavior Frontiers on and off for the past 2 years and they are BY FAR the ABSOLUTE BEST OUT THERE. We had a horrible experience with our previous company having a high turnover of inexperienced staff and rude case managers. With Behavior Frontiers I cannot say enough wonderful things. They restored my faith in ABA Services!!! We currently have Ms.Brandi as my child's ABA interventionist and you can tell she's been doing this for a long time and it shows everyday that she loves what she does. She's the perfect amount of sweet and firm...which is exactly what my child needs...because if you give my child an inch she will take 10 feet. My kiddo just loves when Ms.Brandi's coming over because she always has fun toys and activities for them to do. Ms.Brandi and Ms.Anna (our case manager) have worked with me on figuring out what works best for my child and what are goals are as family to help assist my child when they are not here. Overall I would say if you are deciding between companies pick this one because they will go above and beyond to make sure your child and family are taken care of. Behavior Frontiers has been in our lives for a year and ten months. They came along when we needed them the most. I felt afraid, lost, and overwhelmed when my son had been diagnosed. My son began to get ABA at home almost everyday for 5 hours because he needed the support. In such a short period, they were able to help my son grow and be prosperous in every way. I cannot emphasize the transformation they made on my son, to the point where he is soon going to be graduating from ABA Services. Many BI's came along: Joshua, Elizabeth, Sheila, Sunny, Cassandra, Juan, Romana and that isn't including all of the fill-ins he had. He can now do so much, it almost seems impossible to believe how much he changed and matured. But most of all, I thank his case manager, Elliot Lee, for always being "extra" with my son. Elliot has always been very attentive and professional about my sons case, he comes up with great motivators, teaches me how to manipulate situations differently, and much more. The purpose is to be able to understand, teach, and help my son when they aren't there. No words can express how grateful I am of his team and the progress my son has made. THANK YOU! read more
