We have been to different daycares in the past and there is just no comparison. Other places I've been to are ran like businesses with no personal touch just 9 to 5 workers who honestly didn't care about my kids. Teddy's Daycare has been extremely consistent. The staff here, Ms. Iris and Mr. Daniel, are so loving that in a short time they become family. They communicate with me CONSTANTLY. Allowing me to know the progress of my children, from learning their A B C's, to how they socialize with other kids, to the goofy things that they do. Even while I'm at work they have an app where they upload pictures and videos so you know how their day is going. They are extremely personal and provide attentive care in an active learning environment. From gardening, to petting zoos, to water play during the hot summer days, options for music lessons, the list is endless. They even provide a "Date Night" for the parents where they watch your kids...for FREE so my wife and I can enjoy a nice dinner or movie with just the 2 of us every once in awhile. I mean, what daycare does that? We just had our 3rd child and we are looking forward to the day he will become a member of Teddy's Daycare family. Thank you guys for ALL that you do for us!

Everything is tidy, organized, and thoughtfully set up to make the children feel comfortable and engaged. Mrs. Iris and Mr. Daniel are truly the highlight, as they have such upbeat, positive personalities that instantly make both kids and parents feel welcome. Their energy is contagious, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. My child always looked forward to seeing them each day, and it gave me so much peace knowing they were surrounded by such caring and enthusiastic people. If you're looking for a home daycare that combines professionalism with a cozy, family-like environment, and a team that brings joy to every day then this is absolutely the place. Highly recommend!

There was stories that circulated between the students where when teachers would tell the students "no" for hours and kind of yell at them for asking to go to the bathroom they would end up peeing on the seats because they couldn't hold it anymore. This happened multiple times. When I was in third grade our teacher would force us to put our water bottles and lunch bags up in this cubby thing. I would not be able to drink water for hours on end because my teacher would yell at me when I would ask. I came home dehydrated and my parents had to meet with the teacher multiple times I think, it was so bad. One day after school I was still there and the football team was practicing. A high school guy fainted and had to be wheeled out on an ambulance bed and I was told it was because of dehydration. I know that the coach kept telling him the same thing my teacher would tell me. Basically mentally abusing us because we asked to drink water. Many people in my class would forget their water bottles and would have to drink out of water that tasted like METAL like really bad and it was boiling hot. Sometimes it would burn their lips it was so hot. Teachers would force us to sit outside on concrete when it was so cold my fingers would go blue and they forced the girls to either wear skirts with strictly only tights underneath or ugly boy pants NO ONE wanted to wear. Also in 3rd grade I was a pretty good writer. I loved writing it was one of the only things that I was gaining confidence from. I showed a paper I wrote to my teacher because she was correcting all of the students papers and she yelled at me telling me my worst subject was spelling and that I'll never be a writer. And then I started crying, and I remember her saying this because it was so traumatizing, something like "I know those are just crocodile tears stop crying, I know you're faking it" I actually think she had something wrong with her. I never really wrote again after that. The teachers got off on reprimanding and having power over the students. There was a special ED kid in my class. Let's just say I wouldn't want my kid being treated that way. Do not under any circumstance send your child to this school ESPECIALLY if they are special ED

She attended two days out of the week and transitioned to four days. But in that short amount of time my daughter was positively impacted by Miss Jamie. Miss Jamie, your passion and dedication for these children is out of this world. You really proved that to me during the "graduation ceremony" that we had this past year. I got emotional listening to you speak with passion that morning and I am SO GRATEFUL my daughter had the opportunity to be impacted by you. She had a blast in your class! She's been attending kindergarten but asks about you almost every single day. We are currently waitlisted for the after school program and hope to run into you at some point. It's funny how things work out in this world- I used to attend this recreation center in elementary/middle school and it's brought me so much joy seeing the growth of this location. Keep up all the great work you guys do!!

They also did a water days over the summer and special event days. Highly recommend!

I did have an issue when registering my child for kinder and we switched him from one Menifee school to another, the lady helping during the time was not the nicest or most helpful which resulted in my child being registered "late" and being shoved into a very inconvenient PM class. Their website is also currently down and being revamped and has been for awhile. Recently dropped off my volunteer live-scan form and the male at the front was really friendly and kind, I believe it's the same person who answered my phone call the other day when I had a couple questions.

I was unable to transfer my child from Bell Mountain MS so chose to home school him to now have him transferred to a charter school driving 8 miles one way. ALL because Menifee school district would not release my son and allow him to attend the Murrieta district school less than 1 mile from my house. I also appealed it and was still denied. Very stressful and upsetting. Never heard anything like it in my life and yet its happened to so many parents in the area and continues to happen. Instead of denying parents the right to send their child to a decent school... you should close down Bell Mountain MS and work on fixing it... along with your Paloma HS. Both are more like prisons and very far from a happy, positive place for kids to learn and grow.

This evaluation occurred mid November. During this eval, we chose Lucid since they had afternoon availability. The location was also close to my daughter's daycare and husband's job. On Kaiser's end, the treatment was authorized within two days and sent over to Lucid. I figured with the holiday there would be a delay but I never received a call from Lucid to schedule. I finally called Kaiser's outside referral department to see if there was indeed an authorization letter (this never populated in my daughter's Kaiser account), found out that it's been authorized and sent over to Lucid since 11/14. Suddenly the same day I called Kaiser, I get a call from Lucid to schedule. Mind you, this call took place on 12/18...over a month later! Of course now there is only morning availability and the overall delay said enough about how they operate. I work in healthcare, outpatient services get away with things like this. Let this happen in an inpatient setting and you immediately get in trouble for delay in treatment.

I was actually not even greeted, not even a "hello." With a positive attitude still from me, she did not reciprocate. She assumed that I knew what to do & rudely proceeded to check in my nephew. I hope that something is done to enlighten the mood of the front desk assistant and make the overall welcome at the office feel positive for everyone checking in. It's already hard as it is for these kids to be going into therapy, we don't need the beginning of the experience to be rude.

Our 6-year-old son, who has a speech delay, started out very timid--but in just a few sessions he went from hesitantly putting his face in the water to swimming independently. Her pool is heated, has a safety gate around it, and she's incredibly attentive. You can tell she takes safety seriously and catches things quickly, which gives us so much peace of mind. I also loved being able to sit and watch, and I noticed her working so patiently with a wide range of kids, including those with special needs. She truly meets each child where they're at. As a pediatric ICU respiratory therapist, I can't stress enough how important water safety is--there's no second chance in the water. Please, parents, prioritize swim lessons for your children.
