My two children have been attending Full Potential for about 2 years. Both were considered…read morenon-verbal and diagnosed as Level 3 Autistic, my daughter also having global developmental delay and sensory processing disorder. Needless to say, I am picky about who I have one on one with them, and they can be VERY picky about who they want to work with. When my son was 4, we were on a waitlist for ABA and OT services and were referred for speech to Full Potential from our doctor, then insurance, Tricare. My son had many communication barriers and his main way to communicate was leading. Initially, we were evaluated at another location and was told that I should seek ABA help first, and to come back when he was ready. Hard to hear, but understood. I worked with him for a year on his behaviors knowing that the speech therapy would not be effective if we couldn't get a baseline for them to start with. We went back when he turned 5 for another evaluation, and we started with Sandra. She immediately worked to understand my son's needs and worked tirelessly to meet him at his level. Through one on one play, she was able to interpret many words from him even within the first month. He is now 6, speaking in three to four word sentences, understands 90% of receptive language, and is utilizing PECS. After a year and a half of her trying different ways to integrate the AAC device, now he finally has shown interest. She is kind, patient and extremely accommodating with scheduling. They not only allow, but encourage parents to sit in on sessions, many times giving helpful insight on their progress. In the therapy rooms there are a large variety of toys, always disinfected after every session and rotated as well as some OT and sensory toys. Many times she has offered me help, educational resources or contact information over the years. At 4 years old my daughter started with another therapist (Jessica) who was equally knowledgeable and kind with her. My daughter took longer to warm up and Jessica never once made me feel anything but understood and welcomed, even when it was an off day. When she moved to the Murrieta office, a new therapist Loren was able to shadow the transition to help my daughter get used to a new face. She is thriving and started out not saying a word, then started singing songs and now is onto two- three word sentences and labeling. Full potential worked with me on scheduling to be able to have both kids seen at the same time and worked around public school and other therapies. I never once was "kicked off" a schedule or time slot because of insurance or authorization issues. She would always give me time to work out anything so that it wouldn't interrupt the kids need for consistency. I can't speak highly enough of them all, they are always open to communicate about your child's progress and you can tell that they love what they do. I want to include Shannon in here as well as she is a wonderful part of their team and often instructs my kids in fill in sessions. We will miss you all when we move!

We originally chose Full Potential Speech Therapy Center, Inc. based on a recommendation from Inland Regional Center, and we are so grateful we did! From the very beginning, the team was warm, professional, and deeply committed to helping our children grow and thrive. Miss Jennifer, in particular, has been amazing--her patience, expertise, and engaging approach have made such a positive impact on our boys. Sessions were always fun, personalized, and effective, and we saw tremendous progress in their speech and communication skills. One of the twins started with sign language and a variety of one-word phrases. By the end of therapy, now using two-to-three word phrases and is able to tell me his wants and needs. The other twin, who is on the spectrum, began with mostly sign language and environmental sounds with limited words and imitation. Now, he is able to imitate more two-word phrases, label nouns, and request for help. His vocabulary has increased, as well as his ability to imitate. He is starting to express his wants--a huge milestone for him and for us as a family! Full Potential Speech Therapy Center, Inc. were also incredibly flexible with scheduling, which made a huge difference for our busy family. I especially appreciated the reminder texts the day before each session--they were so helpful in keeping us on track! If we had the option to continue with Full Potential, we absolutely would, because of how much it has benefited our boys. Seeing them gain confidence in expressing themselves has been truly rewarding. We can't thank Miss Jennifer and the Full Potential team enough for their dedication and support. Rachel Troccoli is an amazing speech therapist! Our daughter had difficulty speaking from early on;…read morewe had her in speech therapy (with a speech therapist recommended by our pediatrician) for more than 3 months, with zero progress. Our daughter was diagnosed with apraxia, and was considered non-verbal. We did our research, found Rachel, and were lucky enough to get a spot on her busy schedule. Rachel has an incredible speech therapy toolbox (including that she is one of the few PROMPT-trained speech therapists in Southern California). Within several weeks our daughter was initiating short independent phrases. We were overjoyed! From there, Rachel guided her development, and her speech and language exploded. In less than a year our daughter went from completely non-verbal to a non-stop chatterbox! Quite simply, Rachel taught our daughter to talk. We have had a number of assessments done, and Rachel's are by far the most comprehensive and thoughtful. Her calling is surely pediatrics, and kids with developmental delays. She is a natural at handling kids with problem behaviors, and at motivating children who are less than attentive. We cannot say enough good things about Rachel's demeanor, her compassion, her thoughtful and creative approaches, and her ability to communicate to parents and other professionals how to best help your child. 6 stars!

My son has been coming in for speech therapy for about 4 months now…read more Due to their wait list he initially was only coming in once a week and honestly I didn't see much progress. On a day we had a make-up session we noticed he clicked very well with Bonnie and fortunately someone cancelled their sessions so she had an opening for twice a week. Therefore since June we've been coming in twice a week with Bonnie and have seen much improvement. My son is more vocal now and really enjoys his therapy sessions. Bonnie does a great job taking charge meanwhile keeping him engaged in whatever activity. Front office is very friendly and accommodating when things have come up (cancellations due to sickness or vacation).

I would not recommend this place. The initial assessment alone is $300, followed by 30-minute…read moresessions that cost approximately $30 each with insurance. The scheduling policy makes it even worse. You're locked into either M/W or T/Th with virtually no flexibility. If you miss a session, makeup appointments are offered at inconvenient times during the school/workday. If those times don't work for you, you're charged a $50 fee. Between the high costs, rigid scheduling, and additional fees, this was simply not worth it for our family.

There was a waitlist, but after a couple months, we received a call that there was space available. Most of the popular times were taken, but we eventually found a schedule that worked for us. I know that there are mixed reviews about the front reception area, but from our experience, Cindy is exceptionally great at what she does. She may come off as strict, or maybe not as friendly at first, but she is the one that holds the fort down. For what she does, she needs to be that gatekeeper. She makes sure that the paperwork is there, the insurance is applicable, the schedules for all the therapists are set, the common area stays clean, there is just so much that she does that people don't realize. She is truly great, and I stand by my comment that she is a huge asset to that team. My son was in speech therapy since he was two years old. At that point, he only said one word. We started virtual therapy because of Covid, and eventually moved into a on prem therapy. When his therapist left the facility, we were heartbroken and had anxiety about what we would do. At that point he was also doing speech therapy through the public school system, but we felt like he still needed that one on one practice. His first session at Little Sprouts was with Amanda. She has a ton of energy, and unlike his other therapist, which was mostly play based, Amanda got down to business. She incorporated rewards along the way, and little incentives, but most of it was hard work. I believe we were there for about a year and a half before my son was clear to graduate. I give a lot of credit to the hard work that Amanda put in with him, the work we did at home that she recommended, and the group sessions that he had through public school. It truly takes a village. It's always difficult to see your child struggle with something that you feel might be out of your hands. It's amazing how quickly they can catch up with a lot of perseverance and focus. This facility is amazing, Amanda is an excellent therapist, and I couldn't be more thankful and grateful for them! I debated on leaving this review but I think it's important for others to know…read more My daughter recently had an ST eval at Kaiser with subsequent orders for treatment. This evaluation occurred mid November. During this eval, we chose Lucid since they had afternoon availability. The location was also close to my daughter's daycare and husband's job. On Kaiser's end, the treatment was authorized within two days and sent over to Lucid. I figured with the holiday there would be a delay but I never received a call from Lucid to schedule. I finally called Kaiser's outside referral department to see if there was indeed an authorization letter (this never populated in my daughter's Kaiser account), found out that it's been authorized and sent over to Lucid since 11/14. Suddenly the same day I called Kaiser, I get a call from Lucid to schedule. Mind you, this call took place on 12/18...over a month later! Of course now there is only morning availability and the overall delay said enough about how they operate. I work in healthcare, outpatient services get away with things like this. Let this happen in an inpatient setting and you immediately get in trouble for delay in treatment.

I was actually not even greeted, not even a "hello." With a positive attitude still from me, she did not reciprocate. She assumed that I knew what to do & rudely proceeded to check in my nephew. I hope that something is done to enlighten the mood of the front desk assistant and make the overall welcome at the office feel positive for everyone checking in. It's already hard as it is for these kids to be going into therapy, we don't need the beginning of the experience to be rude.

The small class size with three teachers makes such a difference, every child is truly seen, heard, and nurtured. One of my favorite parts is getting photos and videos throughout the day. It makes me feel connected and reassured, and I love being able to see the joy on my kids' faces while they learn and play. This school has been such a gift for our family, and I'm beyond grateful for the incredible care and love they give every single day. He was so honest and upfront and genuine. Made me feel like he cared more about my son as his patient rather than making a profit. Was very impressed with his whole staff made the whole experience so refreshing. He is not my primary physician and if I wasn't happy with my primary I would 100% switch to him. Will be recommending him and his office to all my friends. To top it all off he even called me a week after my appointment to see if I was able to get the procedure done. Talk about going above and beyond for someone who isn't your regular patient.

We started bringing our firstborn in before she turned one, and from the very beginning, we were so thankful to have found this practice. Dr. Phan is thorough, kind, and direct. He makes both me and my husband laugh, and he always makes us feel heard and validated. He listens attentively to our concerns, provides sound, evidence-based advice, and truly demonstrates compassion and care with every visit. I just had our second baby on May 15. I was able to get an appointment scheduled the very next day (a Friday) for the following Monday morning. At that visit, we learned that our baby had lost 12% of her birth weight. This exact thing happened with our first, and our old pediatrician handled it terribly--immediately mentioning "failure to thrive" and making us feel panicked and inadequate. So this time, as Dr. Phan was gently walking me through the next steps, I started crying. But instead of jumping straight to suggesting formula, he encouraged me to take care of myself first and to pump to see what my output was. To my surprise, I was producing plenty of milk. That encouragement lit a fire in me--and by that Friday, our baby girl was already back to her birth weight. I am endlessly grateful for Dr. Phan. He was encouraging, compassionate, and honest throughout the process. Most importantly, he reassured me that he wasn't concerned about our baby's health, which gave me an incredible sense of peace. His calm confidence was the complete opposite of the fear and guilt we were met with from our previous pediatrician. Nurse Practitioner Ms. Shayla is also absolutely lovely--and our toddler adores her. For a while, our daughter was terrified of doctor visits, but Ms. Shayla completely changed that. She made her feel safe and comfortable, to the point where our daughter now chats her ear off the moment she walks in the room. Ms. Shayla has been a true gift in building trust and warmth around medical care for our little one. The front office and nursing staff are incredible as well. They are helpful, kind, patient, and consistently accommodating--especially when something urgent comes up. We always feel supported, never dismissed or rushed. Honestly, we never want to leave this area solely because of this practice. If we ever move, we're already prepared to make the drive back just to keep Dr. Phan and his team in our lives. Our son made tremendous strides while working with Sabrina last year. He couldn't wait for her to arrive at our home each week and to discover which fun games and toys they'd be playing with together. Sabrina's amazing bag of tricks, her warm and fun rapport, and her very clear and consistent routines helped to create a calm and positive learning environment. We quickly began to see progress in our son's articulation and expressive language. Sabrina is wonderful and professional, and not only worked with our son, but took the time each session to discuss parenting tips and tools for us to continue to work on reaching our speech goals throughout the week. The clarity of our son's speech and his confidence to communicate and express himself grew tremendously. We feel so fortunate to have had Sabrina as our speech therapist and hope to stay connected!
