When we began this journey, Masyn was using fewer than 10 words and mostly relied on sounds and gestures to communicate. It was a time filled with uncertainty, but from the very first session, Ms. Alyssa formed a meaningful connection with him that laid the foundation for everything that followed. What stood out to us immediately was how quickly Masyn responded to her. Within that first hour, he had already picked up on new concepts--something that spoke volumes about both her approach and her ability to truly reach him. Over the months, especially in the last six, we've seen incredible progress. Masyn now uses over 100 words, possibly more, and expresses himself in ways we once only hoped for. Watching his confidence grow along with his communication skills has been nothing short of amazing. In addition to the incredible care and expertise they provided, we also want to express our deep appreciation for the team's excellent communication and flexibility. With Masyn receiving other services at the same time, scheduling could have easily become a challenge, but they always worked around our availability with such ease and understanding. That level of support made a world of difference for our family. While it was difficult to say goodbye to services, we do so with immense gratitude and peace of mind knowing he has been set up for success. Our daughter had difficulty speaking from early on;…read morewe had her in speech therapy (with a speech therapist recommended by our pediatrician) for more than 3 months, with zero progress. Our daughter was diagnosed with apraxia, and was considered non-verbal. We did our research, found Rachel, and were lucky enough to get a spot on her busy schedule. Rachel has an incredible speech therapy toolbox (including that she is one of the few PROMPT-trained speech therapists in Southern California). Within several weeks our daughter was initiating short independent phrases. We were overjoyed! From there, Rachel guided her development, and her speech and language exploded. In less than a year our daughter went from completely non-verbal to a non-stop chatterbox! Quite simply, Rachel taught our daughter to talk. We have had a number of assessments done, and Rachel's are by far the most comprehensive and thoughtful. Her calling is surely pediatrics, and kids with developmental delays. She is a natural at handling kids with problem behaviors, and at motivating children who are less than attentive. We cannot say enough good things about Rachel's demeanor, her compassion, her thoughtful and creative approaches, and her ability to communicate to parents and other professionals how to best help your child. 6 stars!

I've watched my kids blossom here in ways that truly amaze me. They go above and beyond, from serving healthy snacks and lunch to helping both of my twins through potty training (which was such a blessing!). The small class size with three teachers makes such a difference, every child is truly seen, heard, and nurtured. One of my favorite parts is getting photos and videos throughout the day. It makes me feel connected and reassured, and I love being able to see the joy on my kids' faces while they learn and play. This school has been such a gift for our family, and I'm beyond grateful for the incredible care and love they give every single day. Our daughter has grown so much emotionally and developmentally since attending, and we credit so much of that to the warm, intentional environment the staff has created. She was incredibly shy and the first couple weeks were tough getting her used to the drop offs (she had been solely at home with me for the first 2.5 years of her life) but Ms Nichole was so patient and helped us slowly ease into everything and met my daughter where she was at. Now my daughter gets excited to go to school! Ms Nichole and Ms April and Ms Crystal go above and beyond not only to support the children, but to make families feel welcomed and cared for as well. We feel that our daughter is genuinely known and loved here for who she is and that's a gift beyond words. As parents, especially with a new baby at home, it's such a comfort knowing our daughter is in a place where she's safe, thriving, and surrounded by people who truly care. My son has been coming in for speech therapy for about 4 months now…read more Due to their wait list he initially was only coming in once a week and honestly I didn't see much progress. On a day we had a make-up session we noticed he clicked very well with Bonnie and fortunately someone cancelled their sessions so she had an opening for twice a week. Therefore since June we've been coming in twice a week with Bonnie and have seen much improvement. My son is more vocal now and really enjoys his therapy sessions. Bonnie does a great job taking charge meanwhile keeping him engaged in whatever activity. Front office is very friendly and accommodating when things have come up (cancellations due to sickness or vacation).

RACHEL specifically, 50 minute sessions for her to play with my child? No thanks. Our last session, she came out annoyed saying how hyper my child was. I had 2 rude comments thrown at me and at the end, to try and "teach" my child to sit while grownups are talking, she holds my child down while she was screaming and crying for help and as I'm trying to intervene and take my daughter, she tells me "no this is why she doesn't listen. It's the only way she will learn". I can only imagine what happened behind closed doors. Stay far away from this place!

We originally chose Full Potential Speech Therapy Center, Inc. based on a recommendation from Inland Regional Center, and we are so grateful we did! From the very beginning, the team was warm, professional, and deeply committed to helping our children grow and thrive. Miss Jennifer, in particular, has been amazing--her patience, expertise, and engaging approach have made such a positive impact on our boys. Sessions were always fun, personalized, and effective, and we saw tremendous progress in their speech and communication skills. One of the twins started with sign language and a variety of one-word phrases. By the end of therapy, now using two-to-three word phrases and is able to tell me his wants and needs. The other twin, who is on the spectrum, began with mostly sign language and environmental sounds with limited words and imitation. Now, he is able to imitate more two-word phrases, label nouns, and request for help. His vocabulary has increased, as well as his ability to imitate. He is starting to express his wants--a huge milestone for him and for us as a family! Full Potential Speech Therapy Center, Inc. were also incredibly flexible with scheduling, which made a huge difference for our busy family. I especially appreciated the reminder texts the day before each session--they were so helpful in keeping us on track! If we had the option to continue with Full Potential, we absolutely would, because of how much it has benefited our boys. Seeing them gain confidence in expressing themselves has been truly rewarding. We can't thank Miss Jennifer and the Full Potential team enough for their dedication and support.
