Flu shot clinic review I had an appointment for both of my boys to get the flu shot. I made the appointment at this location because all of the other locations didn't have available appointments until after Saturday the 12th, so this appointment was on the 5th. I decided to make it because as you all know...it takes the flu shot 2 weeks to become active. So...the sooner, the better. The app sent me the address to this location. note* It stated suite 111... but it is actually suite 107 (pediatric partners). We did not have to wait at all, the receptionist were all wonderful. They were very friendly and very kind to my children. We saw the RN, she is the one administering the flu shot. She made both my boys feel very comfortable and she joked with them.... just like that; before they even knew it, they had already gotten the flu shot. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. read more

Every time I've been here, they take forever to see us, even for just well baby appointments. Our appointment is at 4, we get there at 4, but we don't get seen until 5pm. They will call us from the waiting room and place us in a room within 25 minutes but then we sit there in the room waiting for a good hour. At this point, our daughter is hungry, ready to sleep and isn't in the mood to see new people or entertain a doctor as they pull on her limbs to see if she's developing appropriately. Calling to schedule appointments is a hassle, no one picks up and so you leave a voicemail for them to call you back. NO ONE calls you back! NO ONE! I have to call at least two more times with a stern voice before someone calls me back. We aren't here often because we're only here for well baby appointments, but even those are time consuming. I tried to schedule a 6-month well baby appointment for my daughter and they didn't have anything until she was 9 months old! Ridiculous! read more

My children are new patients at the office on Newport. Dr. Busto seemed to be nice, caring and wanted to know everything about my children's health. The reason I didn't give a full five stars is because of the nurse that took us back was very cold and dry. She called my children by their last name. She was very cold, it was sad. Dr. Carla Busto needs a piece of humble pie. She sent us home after me voicing my concerns on my one year old's high fever that had been going on longer than any fever should. She went back and forth between saying "oh it could be from teeth coming in even though there's no correlation" not sure how that makes sense but needless to say we were sent home and told to just "watch her". My husband took our baby to Rancho anyway and she was diagnosed with influenza A. Ok so we seen her a couple months later ( to my dismay) but this time for my 4 year old's annual wellness exam. I voiced my concerns to Dr.Busto about possibly checking my daughter for diabetes for a number of reasons I won't disclose on here but she looked at me as if I asked her to jump over the moon and talked down to me for asking and said in so many words how incredibly ridiculous it would be for me to even voice this concern. Bed-side manner still matters, no concern of any parent should be answered with such disgust. I always enjoyed our visits with the PA Timothy which is probably why my previous reviews were pretty good about this location. He is kind and reassuring. From now on I'll have to schedule appointments with either him or make the drive to Wildomar. read more

Dr. Busto is a wonderful doctor BUT I don't have anything nice to say about any other interactions that I've had with them. The front office staff is incredibly rude and disorganized. They had my daughter's name in the computer incorrectly, so they weren't able to find her. They refused to correctly bill my insurance and have even tried to bill another insurance company. I honestly think they do it on purpose so they can charge the non-negotiated insurance rates (which are always higher) so parents will just give up and pay the bills to keep from going to collections. As a new mom, I don't have hours and hours to get this straightened out and they're preying on that. Also, the medical assistant that helped us last time kept referring to my daughter as a "he." I'm not concerned that they think my baby is a boy, but I am VERY concerned that they don't even know what patient they're seeing. read more

Then their voicemail says leave a message and if we don't get back to you within 24 hours call again because we probably didn't receive it.. um seriously? Put it this way... never coming back to this office. Front office women was ok. But the assistant that checked in my daughter was horrible. She was cold and very dry. To be honest I've come to this office a couple times and every time I have not been impressed. The staff including the drs that I have encountered have not been very pleasant. I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 because I got in to a room pretty quick and it's a nice enough office... clean wise. But other than that I would not recommend this office. I've experienced the same thing as the other reviewers. Can never get through to anyone. When I have gotten my kids in for an appointment, everyone is very nice though. However, my last experience made me look elsewhere for a pediatrician. They told me my toddler son had elevated levels of lead. So I went through all the trouble and trauma (for my son) of getting his blood drawn at a lab, and nothing. His levels were 0. I can understand that an office test is inaccurate and it's better to be safe than sorry. But between that and never, I mean never, being able to get in for an appointment within a decent amount of time or getting anyone on the phone, I figured me and my kids could do better elsewhere. Moved here few months ago. I researched the different pediatrics around the area not a lot takes IEHP but this place does and decided to give this place a chance because most of the reviews are about how awful the front office is but how awesome Dr Busto is so from my experience I visited twice for physicals for the children. The office staff is always helpful and responsive. When I have a referral, they are right on top of it. If I need to schedule an appointment, they are helpful and friendly. I especially love Dr. Ortiz. I followed her to Pediatric Partners from a previous pediatrician office. She actually happened to move to the area from my previous pediatricians office at the same time we moved to Murrieta. I think finding a good doctor that relates well to you and that your children are happy to see is a good find. The office itself is jungle theme, and my daughter loves looking at all of the animals. They do not care what your history is, to then your just another number. You would think with such a long history they would be able to fill our your child's health history on a form but no they can't even do that. I have four kids between the ages of 4-19 and seen multiple different doctors over the years. With that said, Pediatric Partners is the absolute "Worst" doctors office I have ever gone to!! One thing nearly guaranteed is that you WILL wait!! They never see us on time yet they turn you away if you show up a few minutes late! I'm sitting in the exam room right now - 48 minutes after it should have started and still waiting for the doctor to come in and see my son when my appointment was at 10am. Sad to think they are already running so behind schedule this early in the day, yet very typical of this office here in Menifee. On top of the typical wait is the fact that they can rarely see your sick child when they come down sick. My local urgent care knows my kids far better than their own doctor because they can never see them as needed. Ridiculous excuse for a doctors office per my opinion. My advise - find another office elsewhere even if you have to drive a bit for odds are you will still get home sooner due to lack of waisted time sitting around in the pediatric partners office waiting to be seen. read more

Zero stars if possible. First I want to say that I went to this office back in 2020. I just remembered to finally leave a review because the current office I go to sends a survey after each visit. When you call their number it sends to a call center where they tell you all the info. And during this time - Covid time- they told me to check in alone and when they are ready for the baby to get them. So checked in, got paperwork and then they called me, which I then called my husband to bring baby in. At this time he was changing baby's diaper and I told the medical assistant that it will be a minute. Mind you, it was 5 days after my c section surgery, and I'm trying to walk as fast as I can and this medical assistant looked like I was wasting her time. Got to the room and I called my husband if he was done and on his way, which he was and then the medical assistant asks me where the baby was and I said that they are on their way and she tells me that she has other patients to see and that i basically had to hurry. So at this point I'm furious and ready to tell her off. My husbands calms me down and tells me that we weren't in that stupid office for us but for the baby. Which he was right. But after that, I immediately looked for another office, cause that office for being a pediatric office was very rude and inhospitable. Don't do it. Do not go here for any reason. The customer service, agreed. The waiting time, ridiculous. At least an hour out front and 25-120 mins. in the back offices. Would they do this if THEY had two toddlers???!!! I think not. My grandsons have been going here to Menifee Pediatric Partners, then to the Wildomar location, for over two years. Unfortunately, they're on MediCal, so limited to where they can be seen. My youngest grandson has been ignored, though he's been coughing til he pukes in several different 2-6 month episodes. This time he's been sick since mid-August. Two Urgent Care visits ("He's just a difficult child.") in the area as well. Once last year we were told "it was just a cold," 2 days later he was in Children's Rady with Pneumonia, RV, and Bronchiolitis, and something showing in one of his lungs. Are you serious?? This time, again, just sloughed off since nobody apparently wanted to take the time to CARE these are little human beings, Mom was told it was just a cough and get OTC meds. He coughs til he pukes, people. He isn't even 3 and his little life has been in and out of these incapable and horrible places, who don't seem to give a hoot if he ever gets well, or even diagnosed properly. This time when you shook him off all summer long, we've learned this morn that he has a version of Whooping Cough, FROM HIS NEW DOCTORS. It took less than 5 seconds for them to swab him, just in case, to check on this as the immunizations don't seem to be helping the young ones on this. And sure enough, he has Para Whooping Cough (Parapertussis). Thanks for the help. Because of you, my grandsons have lived through many coughs nobody ever cared enough to figure out. You never noticed these were little guys that needed your help and medical knowledge. My daughter said she could have better diagnosed them on Google than your clinic has ever done. You all need to read your Hippocratic Oaths. Over and over. And apologize to all these Moms. And my two grandchildren. They all put their trust in you. My daughter has fought for them until she was so exhausted she could barely stand. But finally, her reaching out to friends on Facebook helped, and they directed her to good, caring, intelligent Dr's. who aren't burnt out, too busy, or just plain old 'give me the patients with good insurance.' I really don't understand how people gave such a bad review. I've always been seen at a reasonable time, especially if YOU'RE on time. I've been able to make same day appointments is I call in the morning. Maybe I'm just used to military care that was subpar but I have never had an issue here and the doctors are nice. These ladies and the doctors do their work, just as they should. Sabrina is always helpful. I will say that when I went in there this father got mad at one of the medical assistants for something that was not her fault, it was some kind of law she had to follow. Anyway, he blew up at her for no reason. Just remember all, that while they show up to work and do their job as best they can, they have rules to follow and if you didn't meet the requirements they are required to abide by the laws. Also, you don't ever know what someone is going through in their personal life, so just because someone is behind a counter and you feel that "they work for you" (which is not true), that doesn't give you the right to behave like an entitled asshole. read more

But if you have regular insurance then go somewhere else.... Every pt. Here has some type of insurance issue or problem... Add the fact that they don't speak a lick of english(which is fine.. We did and they confirmed our appointment and told us we should be there before a certain time. We got their and were told our appointment had been cancelled. That is when the rudeness began. So rude and nasty the last two times I came in turned us away wouldn't let me speak to our doctor , wouldn't get us in when my newborn had a cough and I can't handle it. I agree with other posters.. the nurses and Dr.s are very nice and I like them, however, the service is not good I agree they seem to have way too many patients..... There is usually 45-1 hour wait when going to Dr. which isn't too unreasonable but also is not great... also, I have to make an appointment about 1 - 1 1/2 months out for things like vaccines... luckily my son doesn't really get sick so I have no experience with making an appointment for him being sick.. but if I need to wait 1 week or so like another reviewier had mentioned just to be seen for the flu or other illness, then that defeats the point, really... What really ticks me off and the reason for the two stars is I too have been trying to call to no avail to refill a prescription.. NO call back!! I am changing Dr.s as soon as I can .... until then my son has gone over 1 week without his medication.... glad it is not a life or death kind of medicine.... read more

Dr. Busto has been my two sons Pediatrician for years. I love her. She listens to them, and me, and has always been knowledgeable and straightforward, personable and kind. Sure, sometimes you wait a bit both in the outer office and back in the exam room, but hey, you have to remember the times other people had to wait on their appointments because they squeezed your sick kid in when you brought them in last minute.
