I took my 8-year-old to Dr. Bloch due to his double vision and blurriness. A complete test with…read moreregards to every detail was done by the friendly and helpful staffs and Dr. Bloch, a diagnosis was made. My son was put on a serious eye muscles exercise for his eyes to work together, and also a training for better reading habit. The improvement was astonishing! In just a few weeks, his symptoms were almost gone, and he started developing better reading habit. His not even complete with the whole program yet, but his reading is already off the chart (some at high school or college level), but his performance in sports also improved. When I look for any doctor, i care about their medical knowledge, patience to listen and appreciate my concerns and if they are respected by their colleagues and patients. Dr. Bloch is more than that, he's passionate about what he's doing, and he genuinely cares. These good qualities also show in the tidiness of his office, and his whole team of staffs. My family really appreciates this partnership in this process with Dr. Bloch and his team.

I was honestly at a standstill with my son. We were at kindergarten reading levels even though he…read moreis in 2nd grade. His dyslexia was frustrating for him. Watching my child struggle created so much anxiety for the whole family. I didn't know what to do. A friend told me to see Dr. Bloch. I thought what I have to lose at this point. Dr Bloch has changed my son's life. Within one month he is bringing me chapter books to read. Word recognition, fluency, reading speed, and confidence have improved 100% from where we started. It is an amazing program!

***This is a warning to all parents who wish to enroll their child into this daycare. Especially…read morethose who it is your first time enrolling their child into a daycare program!!! *** Do Not waste your time or patience with this daycare!! (PLEASE NOTE THAT THEY WILL BE CHANGING THEIR NAME AND REBRANDING TO THE NAME OF CHILDRENS COURTYARD in the near future . This has yet to be changed at the time of this post.) Me and my wife had a very unacceptable experience attempting to get our daughter enrolled at this location. I myself visited this daycare to tour w the director and at first i was very impressed and comfortable letting my daughter attend. The next visit included my wife who was also very comfortable with everything they had to offer our child. We filled out all the paperwork we were told was required for the day care and were given another date to return with our child to meet the teacher. My wife returned with our daughter on the scheduled date and met the teacher and they took another tour themselves. We were told that they would see our daughter the following Monday (this was a friday) for her first day. 20 minutes after leaving I received a phone call from the director stating that our daughter could no longer attend and the classes were at full capacity. As you could believe, i was taken back in shock as we were just confirmed to start and this was all planned around my own start at another company for work. Now we were left scrambling for another location to take our daughter in. I immediately spoke with my wife and she contacted the director which told her she would try her best to find a spot for our daughter within the next week and that they apologize for the inconvenience. A week later after multiple phone calls and being told the director was not available we were told again by the director that they will get her in but it will take an additional week before she could start. I put my onboarding off for my new job an additional week in order to accommodate for my family and this daycare's inability to follow through. 9 days later we heard back from our RCOE representative that they contacted tutor time and they told them our daughter could not attend until summer time (its January) . WTF?!?! I am at a loss of words at this point for how this was handled. Please do not put yourself in the same stressful situation we find ourselves in at this time. It is completely unacceptable and an absolute joke on how to run a business. I do not typically put effort into making posts such as this but i feel this experience must be heard in order to help others who find themselves in need of a daycare. DO NOT CHOOSE TUTOR TIME OR THE FUTURE NAME OF CHILDRENS COURTYARD. Save yourself from headache and stress.
