Samantha is the best. I called her one afternoon for a couple pages to be signed, and she fit us in that day. She arrived prepared with a smile on her face (from what I could tel under her mask!) Turned out when my refinance closed, the escrow company also used her for the closing documents so we had the pleasure of meeting her again. And when some papers needed to be corrected because of the loan company she made arrangements to come to our house after I got home from my 12 hour shift at 830 at night so we could close on time. Even then she was so nice and friendly and we are so happy we had her as our notary for our closing. Thank you Samantha. We will call you again. read more

After initially speaking with Samantha a few weeks ago, I finally called her back to get a translation and apostille done on my brother's birth certificate. I called her on a Sunday night and she called me back the next day... I dropped the document off with her Tuesday night, and had the document four days later! I told her up front that I was on a time crunch and she got everything done and mailed to me quickly and efficiently. Price was on par with other companies as well, so I definitely recommend. read more

I don't know about others but I myself, HATE PAPERWORK and I also hate spending extra "paper" that I don't need to. That being said I LOVE the paperwork and errand lady because she took care of 90% of it for me and does so in a super convenient matter for busy working mamas like myself. She's very quick at responding and got my taxes done quicker than my last tax preparers and for the best price quote I got in town. Don't waste 300$ on anyone else, it's not worth it! Definitely will be recommending Samantha to all my family and friends! read more

After informing her what I did different in TurboTax she has not responded to me, I wouldn't think it's urgent to her since she already received her payment so I just filed my taxes through TurboTax and am taking it as a major lesson learned.

I replied to the email mentioning that no one called me and they apologized and said I'd get a call back. Still no call back and now we're in April! I decided to get my taxes done elsewhere for a much higher price due to how late I'm filing. Going through McClure financial has been the worst decision. A family member even visited their office and no one answered the door. Do not file with them. And I just pray that they properly dispose my personal information.

For over a week, I received repeated delivery confirmations. I was told multiple delivery attempts were made, which was inaccurate, as people were present at the residence at all times. I was also informed the package would be held at an official FedEx location for pickup, which never occurred. On December 24th, I personally received confirmation calls and messages guaranteeing delivery that day. Without any notice or explanation, the shipment was instead redirected to a sorting facility in another location. As a direct result, my child did not receive his Christmas gift. This is not a minor delay but a failure of communication, accountability, and service standards. I contacted customer support numerous times and received conflicting information and unfulfilled promises. I even requested to retrieve the package myself, which was denied. I can't say enough good things about this professional woman and her skillful services. There are several projects in my life (such as supplying documentation for a bankruptcy and processing a claim for benefits providing a very expensive medication) that I simply could not complete on my own. Samantha's warm, caring attitude while providing the utmost in expert assistance is outstanding. She has represented me extremely well - her winning ways have been instrumental in successes for me. Her expertise and common sense have spared me embarrassment and saved me money. Additionally, Samantha has furnished her services in running errands for me, such as going to the post office to pick up mail or send out packages. I am disabled, and in a wheelchair, so the conveniences she offers have been most helpful. But you don't need to be disabled to appreciate her assistance with life's business. Several months ago, we needed some papers notarized while my father was in a rehab facility recovering from a hospitalization.
