When I had trouble signing eForms, I was berated for not following instructions even though the instructions were not clear. Then was told to pay the forms filing fee, which I did. I was then told forms were filed only to later discover forms were not filed and required additional documents, that I was only made aware of when I requested an update. I then requested to cancel services and was reimbursed for the court filing fee. When I requested partial payment of the initial payment because services were not completed, I was greeted with the following message: Danny I will reiterate my position in you reviewing our contract in relation to refunds. Ultimately, you chose to not proceed with the guardianship. Your threat of leaving a negative review on Yelp as a way to get a refund is not well taken and I will explore any and all legal options available to me in response to your conduct if you choose to follow through with this threat. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I relied heavily on them due to my court deadline and was disappointed with how everything was handled. After I paid, I wasn't even placed in their system for nearly a week. I had to message them myself to ask why there were no updates, and only then was I added. If I hadn't reached out, I honestly don't know when anything would have been done. Communication was also a major issue. I received almost no email updates, and despite them saying they attempted service multiple times, only one attempt was ever documented or communicated to me. I was repeatedly left in the dark and had to keep asking for basic information. When I pointed out the delay and lack of updates, instead of working with me or taking accountability, I was told to "just get a new court date" -- even though their delay was the reason I was running out of time. I tried to be reasonable and asked if they could help me meet my deadline, but they refused to make even a small accommodation. Between being left out of the system, not receiving proper updates, minimal documented attempts, and then being told to basically start over with a new court date, I ended up having to hire someone else at the last minute. This cost me extra time, money, and stress. I wish my experience had been better, but I cannot recommend them based on how my case was handled.
