Pretty bad, I cannot recommend this service. Had to pay in full for services before services were started. That should have been my first clue this was not going to go well. When I had trouble signing eForms, I was berated for not following instructions even though the instructions were not clear. Then was told to pay the forms filing fee, which I did. I was then told forms were filed only to later discover forms were not filed and required additional documents, that I was only made aware of when I requested an update. I then requested to cancel services and was reimbursed for the court filing fee. When I requested partial payment of the initial payment because services were not completed, I was greeted with the following message: Danny I will reiterate my position in you reviewing our contract in relation to refunds. Ultimately, you chose to not proceed with the guardianship. Your threat of leaving a negative review on Yelp as a way to get a refund is not well taken and I will explore any and all legal options available to me in response to your conduct if you choose to follow through with this threat. Rose So who's threatening and harrassing me. The purpose of Yelp is to post reviews. I will include your message in my review. I also have legal recourse. Please don't message me again. He Was Promptly Paid, But He Never Followed Through With Results... Please read the owner's response below to judge his inability to manage and or achieve a productive resolution to conflict. As well, please note his level of indiscretion and immaturity when replying on a public forum. I reached out to Documents For Courts on Thursday, November 28, 2019, in great despair. To my surprise, I received a reply from the owner, Danny Martinez, the same day. We spoke by phone. He briefly investigated my court case, online, and indicated he could help. He further indicated that he would need to receive payment, by me, prior to him doing anything further. He was paid 2 days later. I want to be very clear on this next point. I have (and bad) no money. I am unemployed. I borrowed the money, paid to Danny, from my son, who is in college, living on campus, and who works. This being said, I was in need of swift, efficient, and immediate results, which Danny assured me he could address. Although Danny addressed my case to the point where the courts recognize I am seeking a divorce, my case has been in limbo since Thursday, December 12, 2019. Why? Because the courts finished the paperwork faster than Danny assumed they would (less than a week). He later admitted to me that after submitting the paperwork he believed it would take them (the courts) weeks (not days). My last phone communication with Danny was on Friday, December 20. He indicated that he would finalize the necessary paperwork no later than Monday, December 23, 2019 to finish what he agreed to complete. But, that never happened. And, due to the holidays, I left Danny completely alone. I neither texted, emailed, or called him. However, I was hopeful that he would reach out to me by Friday, January 3, 2020, without my prompting. It did not occur. On Monday, January 6, 2020, I emailed Danny, asking him if he was still managing my case or, at the very least, if he would formally let me know he is no longer interested. He replied, by email, that he was at the courts, involved in another matter with an attorney, and "I'll be contacting you sooner rather than later to discuss your email." He never sent another email. On Wednesday, January 8, he texted me to say, "I didn't forget about you just getting caught up from the holidays and I'm currently ill. Will be getting back to you sooner rather than later, thanks. Eleven days passed without a word from Danny. My case stayed in limbo. I was very disappointed by his lack of communication or follow through. I waited for him to help me. I lost valuable time in getting my case presented to a judge for a ruling. When I last spoke with him, he indicated, in December 2019, that I probably would not have a court case until March. However, based on the delay of his efforts, the date, of course, would be much later. Danny is not a man of his word, and I was not important enough for him to assist me. I am insulted that he received immediate gratification, by way of my son's money, while I was tying to survive with no legal assistance or evidence that hope is on the way for me. I cannot in good conscience recommend him to the public. After I posted this unfavorable review he reached out to me within less than 30 minutes, requesting that I take it down with no guarantees. And, I was willing to comply once I was in receipt of a formal email stating his future efforts. However, he withdrew the offer and canceled the business relationship, by text. Thankfully, I was able to seek advice to settle my case out of court, which is working out favorably. read more

Danny was great in helping me get my divorce process moving along. He asked for all of the documents digitally but was open to allowing me to stop by the office and bring everything. I was grateful because I really do like to do things in-person. We had a little issue/ miscommunication that delayed everything but it was work out and fixed. I started my process since June 2020, its December 2022 and im still married! You will get a response as long as you owe them money, after that, you will get an appointment if you want yo talk to your documents preparer, in my case, Danny. He is Never available! When you call if you are an existing client, they'll give you an appointment to speak to him in 1,2 or 3 days, and if he returns your call, you're lucky! In the last 3 weeks i tried about 4 or 5 times and he never called back. So I asked if I had to go to the police so he could speak to me, and guess what? No later than 5 minutes he was calling me back but just to say that we were Finished and he didn't want to work with me anymore because i was threatening him! Wtf????so, yes, he was getting all my messages and knew i was trying to reach him for a long time, its just that he didn't felt like responding to me. So we called the court to ask about our case and they said it's been on the "Limbo" since May, cuz no body has done anything about it. So you see, he stopped working in my case since May, but he didn't say nothing! Luckily they had the cSe still open and we will be able to close it very soon ourselves! Danny Charge me $450 for filing charges i had over 200 charges from 11/2015-12/2017. I submitted all the details and dates of violations. after a week we met in person and there was only 69 charges filed and some of them I asked him to remove, and I asked for him to add the others. He said he would make changes than submit to court, no changes were made and he filed with court. I complained to him and he sated that would cost another $450, would just try and talk me out of what I wanted and he continually pushed me to file other RFO's which I plan on doing just not yet. After serving papers etc. I noticed the clerical errors he made several of the 69 charges Danny repeated, its obviously he copied and pasted. I also ended up paying $450 dannys fee, $120 filing fees,$31.50 (costs). Please save yourself the disappointment and find a professional. read more
