She has helped to develop programs at my school site, coach a variety of teachers and school staff members, and pushed for the creation of a reading program for students with Dyslexia and other language-based disabilities. From the online class component to the in-person instruction - it was all very easy to complete. I called twice in the days after I registered and Edward was available to answer my questions each time. He even provides the completion certificate within 24 hours of completion, sometimes even same-day. The in-person training was very useful and made me feel good to get the hands-on component to feel more confident. I needed this training for a work application, but I'm so glad to know it for my friends, family and kids as well.

Chronic disorganization, ineffective leadership, and consistently poor communication defined nearly every interaction. Processes felt unclear, decisions felt arbitrary, and accountability felt nonexistent. The instability created by student/staff turnover only amplified these issues. A school environment should provide structure and confidence; instead, this one felt toxic, unpredictable and unnecessarily stressful. Over time, it became clear that the gap between what is presented and what is delivered is not incidental -- it is systemic. We withdrew our children and wish we had done so much sooner. Families considering enrollment should proceed with extreme caution.
