After about a year of speech therapy at a different facility, we started to come to the conclusion that our 2-year-old son just wasn't going to talk right now. We felt like nobody could help him at this point and we would just need to give it time. Quickly after that, we moved and switched to Hope Speech and Language, this was the best thing that could have happened, our little guy met Kaylee! Aside from learning a few sounds from his old speech therapist. I would say that in over a year I don't think he was saying anything he learned from the previous facility. However, with Kaylee, it was a COMPLETELY different story. After about 1 month I saw so much improvement it was insane! She makes every session fun, engaging and goes above and beyond to help get him to pronounce words all through playtime. I'm proud to say our son is now using 4-5+ word sentences. Family members have come to me saying "it's like he went from being completely silent to a giant vocabulary overnight". We couldn't have done it without Kaylee's help. I had 2 rude comments thrown at me and at the end, to try and "teach" my child to sit while grownups are talking, she holds my child down while she was screaming and crying for help and as I'm trying to intervene and take my daughter, she tells me "no this is why she doesn't listen. It's the only way she will learn". I can only imagine what happened behind closed doors. Stay far away from this place!

He has made so much significant progress with her. Unfortunately there is therapist turnover but it has not impacted us much. My son loves coming here and I would recommend them to anyone. Noemi has excellent customer service and she always works with the families to reschedule when necessary. We've seen her go above and beyond for other families, not just for my son.

In addition, the therapist's communication has come across as unprofessional and, at times, condescending. After several years with the clinic, I no longer feel confident in the level of care being provided and will be discontinuing services. He has since completed his goals and has moved on from here. I have two younger girls who are seen here. One of them has a delay in gross motor skills. The other has a few quirks in the sensory processing area. I know this practice sees children and adults with all kinds of needs- but these are what we are working with. Front Office- they have been great! They have worked with us time and time again to work on the best scheduling possible. Sometimes time slots just don't work out. But they do everything they can to accommodate their families fairly. To include calling if a desired time has opened up. Their billing is handled swiftly. And they are great about working with insurance. Therapists- I love them. All three of mine have worked with Miss Ally over the years and I can't say enough how great she has been. There is a new therapist that we have started working with and she seems like she is going to be as awesome as Miss Ally. I get to see some of the other therapist work with their kiddos on occasion and they are all wonderful. I am a pretty seasoned special needs parent and I still find something new to learn regularly. They are always recommending a new book or offering new tools I may not know of, but I never feel talked down to. I feel part of the team (and I believe that is how the relationship should feel. Facility- it is clean. It looks a bit dated, but it is clean and appears well cared for.

On a day we had a make-up session we noticed he clicked very well with Bonnie and fortunately someone cancelled their sessions so she had an opening for twice a week. Therefore since June we've been coming in twice a week with Bonnie and have seen much improvement. My son is more vocal now and really enjoys his therapy sessions. Bonnie does a great job taking charge meanwhile keeping him engaged in whatever activity. Front office is very friendly and accommodating when things have come up (cancellations due to sickness or vacation).

I debated on leaving this review but I think it's important for others to know…read more My daughter recently had an ST eval at Kaiser with subsequent orders for treatment. This evaluation occurred mid November. During this eval, we chose Lucid since they had afternoon availability. The location was also close to my daughter's daycare and husband's job. On Kaiser's end, the treatment was authorized within two days and sent over to Lucid. I figured with the holiday there would be a delay but I never received a call from Lucid to schedule. I finally called Kaiser's outside referral department to see if there was indeed an authorization letter (this never populated in my daughter's Kaiser account), found out that it's been authorized and sent over to Lucid since 11/14. Suddenly the same day I called Kaiser, I get a call from Lucid to schedule. Mind you, this call took place on 12/18...over a month later! Of course now there is only morning availability and the overall delay said enough about how they operate. I work in healthcare, outpatient services get away with things like this. Let this happen in an inpatient setting and you immediately get in trouble for delay in treatment.

I was actually not even greeted, not even a "hello." With a positive attitude still from me, she did not reciprocate. She assumed that I knew what to do & rudely proceeded to check in my nephew. I hope that something is done to enlighten the mood of the front desk assistant and make the overall welcome at the office feel positive for everyone checking in. It's already hard as it is for these kids to be going into therapy, we don't need the beginning of the experience to be rude.

My two children have been attending Full Potential for about 2 years. Both were considered…read morenon-verbal and diagnosed as Level 3 Autistic, my daughter also having global developmental delay and sensory processing disorder. Needless to say, I am picky about who I have one on one with them, and they can be VERY picky about who they want to work with. When my son was 4, we were on a waitlist for ABA and OT services and were referred for speech to Full Potential from our doctor, then insurance, Tricare. My son had many communication barriers and his main way to communicate was leading. Initially, we were evaluated at another location and was told that I should seek ABA help first, and to come back when he was ready. Hard to hear, but understood. I worked with him for a year on his behaviors knowing that the speech therapy would not be effective if we couldn't get a baseline for them to start with. We went back when he turned 5 for another evaluation, and we started with Sandra. She immediately worked to understand my son's needs and worked tirelessly to meet him at his level. Through one on one play, she was able to interpret many words from him even within the first month. He is now 6, speaking in three to four word sentences, understands 90% of receptive language, and is utilizing PECS. After a year and a half of her trying different ways to integrate the AAC device, now he finally has shown interest. She is kind, patient and extremely accommodating with scheduling. They not only allow, but encourage parents to sit in on sessions, many times giving helpful insight on their progress. In the therapy rooms there are a large variety of toys, always disinfected after every session and rotated as well as some OT and sensory toys. Many times she has offered me help, educational resources or contact information over the years. At 4 years old my daughter started with another therapist (Jessica) who was equally knowledgeable and kind with her. My daughter took longer to warm up and Jessica never once made me feel anything but understood and welcomed, even when it was an off day. When she moved to the Murrieta office, a new therapist Loren was able to shadow the transition to help my daughter get used to a new face. She is thriving and started out not saying a word, then started singing songs and now is onto two- three word sentences and labeling. Full potential worked with me on scheduling to be able to have both kids seen at the same time and worked around public school and other therapies. I never once was "kicked off" a schedule or time slot because of insurance or authorization issues. She would always give me time to work out anything so that it wouldn't interrupt the kids need for consistency. I can't speak highly enough of them all, they are always open to communicate about your child's progress and you can tell that they love what they do. I want to include Shannon in here as well as she is a wonderful part of their team and often instructs my kids in fill in sessions. We will miss you all when we move!

We originally chose Full Potential Speech Therapy Center, Inc. based on a recommendation from Inland Regional Center, and we are so grateful we did! From the very beginning, the team was warm, professional, and deeply committed to helping our children grow and thrive. Miss Jennifer, in particular, has been amazing--her patience, expertise, and engaging approach have made such a positive impact on our boys. Sessions were always fun, personalized, and effective, and we saw tremendous progress in their speech and communication skills. One of the twins started with sign language and a variety of one-word phrases. By the end of therapy, now using two-to-three word phrases and is able to tell me his wants and needs. The other twin, who is on the spectrum, began with mostly sign language and environmental sounds with limited words and imitation. Now, he is able to imitate more two-word phrases, label nouns, and request for help. His vocabulary has increased, as well as his ability to imitate. He is starting to express his wants--a huge milestone for him and for us as a family! Full Potential Speech Therapy Center, Inc. were also incredibly flexible with scheduling, which made a huge difference for our busy family. I especially appreciated the reminder texts the day before each session--they were so helpful in keeping us on track! If we had the option to continue with Full Potential, we absolutely would, because of how much it has benefited our boys. Seeing them gain confidence in expressing themselves has been truly rewarding. We can't thank Miss Jennifer and the Full Potential team enough for their dedication and support. One year ago, I was experiencing severe SI joint pain after spending long days on my…read morefeet--sometimes 8 hours a day--while attending culinary school. I came to physical therapy with very little hope that I would find lasting relief. Wes recommended Jamie and Pilates, and I'm so grateful he did. After just a few sessions, I began to feel relief. Within a few months, I had regained almost painless mobility and, most importantly, I was finally able to sleep through the night without constantly tossing and turning from discomfort. I continue to practice Pilates and use icing as part of my daily routine, and I can honestly say that I am finally experiencing freedom from pain and the limitations it placed on my mobility. Jamie is amazing! The entire staff is so friendly, compassionate, and genuinely eager to help. I owe so much of my healing to Jamie and everyone at RPT. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!!! Disappointing experience with General Manager, Evelyn, despite great PT staff. I want to start by…read moresaying that the PT staff themselves have been friendly, supportive, and kind to my son. Unfortunately, our experience with management has been a very different story. My concern is not simply that conflicting information was provided, but how the General Manager, Evelyn, handled my reasonable questions when I asked for clarification. As a parent, I believe it is entirely appropriate to ask questions when different information is communicated regarding my child's care and billing. Rather than approaching the conversation with understanding, professionalism, and a willingness to clarify the discrepancy, I found the General Manager's approach to be unnecessarily defensive and lacking in tact. What was especially disappointing was that, instead of focusing on resolving the concern and providing good customer service, the conversation escalated to the point where I was threatened with having my son's future appointments canceled. This was particularly concerning because I was simply asking reasonable questions and trying to understand the information I had been given and clarify some information provided to me. There is a big difference between addressing a customer's concerns professionally and making the customer feel as though they are being difficult simply for asking questions. I expected management to listen, acknowledge the conflicting information, and work toward a resolution, not respond in a way that felt dismissive and confrontational. The PT staff have been great, and I genuinely appreciate the support they have shown my son. Unfortunately, the General Manager's lack of professionalism and tact significantly impacted our overall experience. It is a poor experience and question her fit to be in this role with lack of customer service skills. Families should feel comfortable asking questions about their child's care without being made to feel that their appointments could be cancelled simply because they raised concerns or requested clarification.
