I had my phone sitting on the wall upstairs and it was knocked off and took quite a spill. It likely did more than the "military grade drop test" that most cases boast protecting. This time I full on destroyed the screen. And having a job now that wasn't okay. I needed to get this fixed ASAP. I was really worried because despite having Apple Care + I thought this is a several hundred dollar repair. But it was a $0 repair. $0. YES!!! Winner winner apple dinner. Glad I invested in that especially since I'm a hot mess and constantly breaking my glass. Well at least I invested in some better cases and I'm TRYING to be more careful. This can basically render printers permanently useless. An HP trick to get customers to buy their more expensive ink cartridges. He suggested that we return all cartridges for a full refund immediately. We had to purchase a new printer. Scott was extremely helpful, patient and kind. Never tried to sell us anything. We will definitely be doing business with him in the future should we need computer/printer issues. His advice is trustworthy and no hard-sell!!!
