You don't find people like that often, and although I had an issue with something that was not to my liking, the best possible resolution is when there's listening and give and take, which Hadi, the manager there, definitely demostrated, not just lip service, but genuine accountability. I can recommend this shop for this reason, the work I had done was minimal, too simple to recommend them beyond what I've said, but I have no reason to believe that these ethics do not extend to their workmanship.

Worth every penny, and I'd hire this team again in a heartbeat. I even recommended them to…read moreneighbors in our complex going through what I was. My problem? Xfinity kept telling me the "new" box was going to easily pump wifi through my whole house. It never worked and we had multiple dead spots in our house, where wifi never reached. We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. I was super impressed with the emails, the invoices, techs being on time, and just the overall professionalism. It was worth the extra few bucks.

Unlike a lot of phone repair places that are always closing and reopening and moving Alan and his business has been at this same location for a long time and that's a sign of great quality and value in any business but especially in the electronics repair business. 3R TEC is the place you can trust to get it done right the first time. I highly recommend you bring any item you really care about and want fixed right to Alan, he has never let me down. It's also nice there's usually plenty of parking and even some places to eat at the same location. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before coming here…read more My experience was disappointing. During my interaction with Frank, I felt uncomfortable because of comments he made regarding my background and financial situation. Others may have different experiences, but I did not feel respected as a customer. After reading other Yelp reviews, I noticed that some reviewers described experiences that I felt were similar to mine. I was initially quoted a $200 nonrefundable diagnostic fee via Zelle and was told the cost might increase. However, I was surprised when the final estimate exceeded $700 for what I believed were relatively minor repairs. I do not feel the potential increase in cost was clearly explained upfront. Because of my IT and computer background, the estimate seemed high to me compared with what I expected for the work involved. Based on my experience, I was dissatisfied with the communication, friendliness, and pricing. I recommend that prospective customers read reviews from multiple sources and ask for a detailed written estimate before authorizing any work. In my experience, other repair businesses I contacted did not require a similar diagnostic fee.

My computer had completely shut down and my biggest priority was getting the data off of it. I didn't want to bring my computer somewhere where they'd dismiss my emotional attachment to my data and instead try to just get me to purchase a new computer. After speaking with Manu, he was really sympathetic to my attachment to my data, and I felt confident of my computer in their hands. Their team worked tirelessly for MONTHS to get the data from my computer. The lengths they went to (research, working with teams, etc) was way more than I could have asked for. They truly took all the stops to try to get my data back. Unfortunately, my computer had a VERY unique freak accident that was essentially impossible to get the data off of it. I certainly was devastated, but it was absolutely no fault of Manu and team. I am 100% confident that they put their all into getting my data back, and I'm certain that if it wasn't a crazy situation with my computer that they would have succeeded. So please DO NOT misconstrue my situation as this team having a lack of knowledge, ability, or care. I can't stress enough the effort they put into this. They really cared about my personal attachment to my data, and they truly did not give up on it until they tried every possible avenue. They went the extra mile multiple times for me and didn't even burden me with any insane costs during this stressful time. Ultimately, they provided me with alternative options to repair my computer once deemed that the data was unobtainable, but at the moment I'm still in the grieving process of my data. If I decide to just repair the computer, I absolutely would bring it right back. If you want people who TRULY care about your issues, precious data, and your devices, please come to Manu and team. I don't think I've ever received this amount of care in any service in my lifetime. They were extremely apologetic that they couldn't solve my issue, but again, my situation was exceptionally unique. I would absolutely still bring my devices back as needed because I know from experience they would put their all into fixing it. As you can see from other people's reviews, they can also attest to their exceptional service and success in repair. I think it should speak volumes that even though my specific problem could not be fixed, I would still ABSOLUTELY trust them in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else. Thank you Manu and team again for everything you did for me. Your efforts did not go unnoticed and I am truly grateful.
