Replaced the battery in my over two year old iPhone 6s. Apple had a replacement policy that covered certain serial numbers that included mine. Computer Hardware did the work at no charge to me. I had been thinking about replacing the phone but it works so much better with the new battery that now I plan to wait at least until the next generation is available next September. I brought my computer in to be fixed. I called in and asked if it was done and the person said "Yes" and I said I would be in to pick it up. I live 30 miles out and when I arrived they told me it was a mistake and not done. When the computer was finally complete a couple of days later, I picked it up and asked for a discount for my time and gas that cost me for coming in that Monday. The person at the desk went back and talked to the manager and all they could do is offer me a screen saver which I did not need. I own a small business and when there is an issue I always will listen to the customer and try to work out a solution. The manger should of had the courtesy to come speak to me in person. I do want to mention that my computer is fixed and working and I do commend them for that. read more

This place has terrible customer service. None of the employees seem happy to be there or ever smile. My AirPods weren't charging wirelessly so I took them in to this shop. They've been in a case since the day I got them and they were in pristine condition. When I picked them up, there were several scratches, scuffs and marks all over the case. I dread coming to this store. I wish that Best Buy was an authorized Apple dealer. They have much friendly employees who at least pretend to care about their job and the customers they serve. read more

incredibly helpful and friendly staff. my charger kicked the bucket while in lincoln for a wedding. i needed to know quickly whether or not it was my charger not charging or a greater issue. they let me try my laptop with a charger for free. when it did work, they told me to come in if i needed anything next time i was in the area. nice people! read more

Got my laptop fixed for $160. They could have charged me $500 like every other place quoted the cost, but they didn't.

These guys are the BEST for repairs. Especially if you live east of downtown and don't want to drive all the way to downtown. I took in my HP all-in-one 24" with a completely bummed, corrupted HD. I had them put in a SSD HD from Samsung, and very importantly, transfer over my 1Terabyte of info which was complicated file wise to say the least and partially corrupted. Slick transfer. No problems. No viruses. No taking days to figure out what to do. Yes, I am a so-called "power user", but I know my limitations and the time it would have taken me to do it. Very reasonable price for doing it IMO. Worth it for me. read more

What a great experience! I received an Apple gift card for Christmas to be used on a new iPad. Even though I knew I could not use it at this store, I decided to go check it out. I bought the new IPad from them anyway as the service was sooooo good. I had so many questions and Josh had an answer for all of them. He was so patient that I jokingly said, "You can say 'O.K., Boomer! anytime'." He said, "Oh, I would never say that!" He was so sincere. I've been a customer of Computer Hardware for for at least 10 years, maybe more. In my opinion, they are better than an actual Apple Store. Everyone I've worked with there, Jeremiah, Sheena, Mitch, etc., are extremely friendly, know me by name, and make me look forward to visiting their store. If you've been to an Apple Store like the one in Omaha, they feel like you're in a zoo the minute you walk in the door. Mobs of people, helpful but rushed employees, etc. Not so at Computer Hardware. I've walked in with quirky requests and they've always ready to help. A good example is going in with a MacBook laptop that had lost a few bottom case screws. I would have been happy to pay for a set of screws, assuming they could order a set from Apple. Well, it's possible they could, but no need. Got a quick response of "Oh, we've got a bunch of those in back, hang on, let me grab some and a screwdriver." No charge of course. That's the kind of service I look forward to with Computer Hardware. read more

Rockstar staff...very capable and even though I was in three times - they knew and called me by name after my first visit. Had my MAC looked at...had to wait on the fix due to money issues but all in all - friendly staff - very reasonable prices - super quick turnaround and fix. Bad logic board on my MAC was looked at, taken and shipped to Apple directly and returned within the week:) Won't take my machine anywhere else and I won't buy a MAC anywhere else:) Didn't lose anything off the machine - YES I backed it up in case and you should ALWAYS do the same but it came back just the way I left it:) VERY PLEASED:) I'll suggest them to any and all MAC users in the area and anyone looking to purchase or test a MAC first hand. I have used this store several times for purchases and repairs and had always been happy. I bought a new Mac desktop on Tuesday, have not been able to retrieve my aol from the mail icon since I got it. They said they will fix it for only $75 if I bring it in. I spent the extra $169 for three year Apple care but was told that doesn't cover my problem. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! read more

The battery on my iphone wan't holding a charge. Took it into Computer Hardware. They fixed it quick, and I only paid $50 (which included labor) for a new battery AND they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need! Which was what I was worried about. They only fixed my issue and didn't try to sales pitch me to death. Will definitely use them for any electronic issues I have in the future. read more

I have always been a Mac geek and I recently found this place on 70th and O as I was driving by one day. I stopped in just to check it out and it was one of the best decisions. They have the best selection of apple products in Lincoln (they are basically an Apple store but much more friendly). They are same price as Apple online so why not buy local? The service is AWESOME, did I mention these guys are awesome. My wife is a bit tech illiterate and they took care of her with respect. They have answered many of my complex apple questions over the phone which saves time and gas. If you are looking to buy a new Apple product you MUST go to these guys.
