I live 30 miles out and when I arrived they told me it was a mistake and not done. When the computer was finally complete a couple of days later, I picked it up and asked for a discount for my time and gas that cost me for coming in that Monday. The person at the desk went back and talked to the manager and all they could do is offer me a screen saver which I did not need. I own a small business and when there is an issue I always will listen to the customer and try to work out a solution. The manger should of had the courtesy to come speak to me in person.
