They offered to do a backup which I agreed to even though they charged a fee for that as well. They picked it up from his house and charged him $200, they have had it for 8 1/2 weeks now and still haven't touched it. They are clearly just taking advantage of a 70+yo man. He has been back to the shop or called every week with no update. When I called and asked to talk to the owner they sent me to voicemail, when I called back the man I spoke to was extremely rude and hung up on me, now they won't answer my calls. I will also file a complaint with BBB
