We have been customers of Quick Connect since 2007. Their help, service and professionalism exceed my expectations. On 5 March 2026 we had some computer issues and had to change from Windstream to gmail. A young man named Kenny arrived at our home and went to work on my computer. His skills amazed me. Myself being a novice with high tech, I had a lot of questions and had to be shown new things on G Mail. He was very patient and helpful with all my questions and needed instructions. I took my computer to Quick Connect because it had a name similar to a place I had done business with in the past that was no longer open. They were friendly enough but charged a diagnostic fee that wasn't necessary since I told them what was wrong when I walked in. They offered to do a backup which I agreed to even though they charged a fee for that as well. The worst part was they required double what was already paid to replace the hard drive and wouldn't give me the backup files that were paid for. $158 for a receipt is all I got. read more

Awesome place. I got locked out of my work computer and I was able to bring my computer. They were able to explain to me out I could bypass the lock code on my computer so be able to reset it without having to charge me. Very helpful. read more

At a conference and my lap top would not recognize any internet. Turned put to be a bad MS update as likely cause. Fixed in ten minutes.

The customer service at Quick Connect is outstanding. Purchased a laptop there and they transferred everything in short order. I have called with a couple questions and had an answer in minutes. But the 'above and beyond' service was when, via phone, they helped my 95 year old uncle in Cleveland install iDrive. Definitely a business with integrity. read more

These guys are quick and awesome. Traveling on business dropped the ol workhorse. No media detected and a telling rattle. No glue factory for Bessie today! Reseat the drive, some oats and hay, tighten the shoes (electrical tape patch courtesy me!) and I am back in the saddle. They even groomed my gray nag! (Off black but whatev) She looks prettier than when I brought her in. Thanks Andrew and Gene! Riding off into the sunset right proper. Needed some major repairs for an ancient desktop. This place made it happen. Gene performed the service, and I was impressed with his professionalism from the get-go. He is knowledgable, competent, and thorough. He went well beyond the call of duty to get my machine running properly. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!! My 12 yrs. old son has a gaming computer and we needed to add RAM to it. We bought RAM and had to install ourselves, which I was very reluctant to do. I didn't want to open up the tower ourselves. We tried to install and then the computer wouldn't turn on. I called Chris and he said to come right in and they'd help us. We took the tower in and in 5 minutes they had it working for us and showed my son exactly what to do if we needed to make a bigger RAM installation later! Great company to work with!!! These guys are great! My old dog of a pc was about to be recylcled by me and my wife suggested I try repairing it to speed it up again. I was skeptical to say the least, but I looked up a few local places and found Quick Connect. After giving them my pc for a couple of days, I got it back and it is as good as new! Don't go there. After hundreds of dollars and many visits we now have a crashed computer. When taking it in for repair, we were told it would be a week before it was repaired. We went back in over a week and were told that they were putting in a new drive since that was easier than fixing the one we brought in. This took over 3 weeks. This happened twice. (I know, "once burned, twice shy" and all that.) Each time we received a computer with fewer features than the one we brought in. Discussion with the manager went nowhere with Quick Connect not addressing our issues. Apparently their policy is, "The customer is never right". read more

Manager Kris called me after he read my initial review. I explained to him that I wasn't mad about how long the process took, it was more about the constantly being lead on that it would be done sooner. If I had been told "It could be done early as Wednesday, but also it might be later than that. it's hard to say" I wouldn't have had an issue. Kris understood completely and apologized for my experience and said he would talk to his team about better communicating with customers. He asked if there was something he could to fix the situation but since I already picked up my laptop and paid at that point there wasn't anything else I needed. I told him I was thinking about just getting a new computer all together and he gave me an extra month than they normally would to customers to make that decision and have the option to use my previous labor costs towards that purchase. I had a much better experience talking to Kris than the tech and I appreciated his concern with my experience. read more

I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. These guys installed a defective used hard drive in my computer and then charged me over $150 for the "repair". When it went bad after a few months they wanted another $150 to fix it again. These guys just band aid your computer enough to get you to come in again when the warranty is up. Never going back. read more

So far I had a great experience with Quick Connect Computer services. This company is so different than the other computer repair companies. I had to deal with the owner for my repair and he was very nice and understanding with me. I will recommend this company for repair and sales to everybody. My laptop "apparently" died on me so I bought a replacement from Best Buy and an HD reader from Quick Connect to transfer my data. I tried all weekend to get the reader to work with no success. I took both laptops and reader to a different repair shop (closer to my house) and he verified that the reader did not work (to be clear: it turns out that the hardware did work after all, I was simply unaware that you had to use a dual USB power supply), but ALSO pointed out to me that my laptop just needed a replacement power cable! Relieved, I returned the laptop to Best Buy and attempted to return the HD reader...only to find out that THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON HARDWARE PURCHASES AT THIS STORE! There are also NO signs posted to this effect, only a little chicken scratch at the bottom of your invoice receipt in 6 point font. I realize that customers could use certain hardware temporarily and then return it, but that DID NOT happen in my case. I have receipts for everything, including the other repair shop AND Best Buy showing the return of my new laptop. Neither the owner nor the manager wanted to hear it, though. I left the hardware at the store and tried charging it back to my credit card to no effect -- the position of the owner, the manager, and the arbiter in the chargeback dispute was that my signature on the receipt acknowledged my understanding at the time of purchase... CAVEAT EMPTOR! read more
