When the computer was finally complete a couple of days later, I picked it up and asked for a discount for my time and gas that cost me for coming in that Monday. The person at the desk went back and talked to the manager and all they could do is offer me a screen saver which I did not need. I own a small business and when there is an issue I always will listen to the customer and try to work out a solution. The manger should of had the courtesy to come speak to me in person. I do want to mention that my computer is fixed and working and I do commend them for that.

Either way I'm here to post a 1 star review because they have no idea what they're doing. Their lowest price is $1300 and their website claims you need to shell out nearly $2k just to achieve 60fps in Cyberpunk 2077, a feat a $600 computer can accomplish. Upon further inspection, their intel CPUs come standard on the problematic B660 chipset that is unable to deliver power properly to the CPU. There's not a Radeon or Arc GPU option in sight. They're charging $120 for Windows. The only good sight on their website is their choice of case, but even that is messed up because they're charging for the fans THAT COME BUILT INTO the case that they order.

Matt and Dustin were in the store and very knowledgable and friendly. They mentioned a lifetime warranty on all systems too. That's good peace of mind. Great to know if something goes wrong with my computer, I can just take it up the street and have the guys look into any problems. When I'm ready to buy my new system, Extreme PCs will definitely be on my radar.
