On 5 March 2026 we had some computer issues and had to change from Windstream to gmail. A young man named Kenny arrived at our home and went to work on my computer. His skills amazed me. Myself being a novice with high tech, I had a lot of questions and had to be shown new things on G Mail. He was very patient and helpful with all my questions and needed instructions. Quick Connect is fortunate to have an associate with his ability in their office. as long as I have a computer, Quick Connext WILL be the place we go to.

They were friendly enough but charged a diagnostic fee that wasn't necessary since I told them what was wrong when I walked in. They offered to do a backup which I agreed to even though they charged a fee for that as well. The worst part was they required double what was already paid to replace the hard drive and wouldn't give me the backup files that were paid for. $158 for a receipt is all I got.
