Awful. Took my turntable in to get repaired because the left channel was not working. They kept it…read morewell over a week, and never contacted me once. After a couple calls, and two weeks total, they said they couldn't figure it out. I picked it up and took it elsewhere. The other place figured it out immediately by simply checking the left channel's RCA plug. That's all it took and the other placed fixed it in minutes. The technician at Alltronix clearly did not even try. They just borrowed my equipment for two weeks, did literally nothing, and then collected payment. I will never take anything there again, and you shouldn't either.

He looked under the washer, ran no diagnostics and stated its not leaking even with water on the floor from the washer. So, it has leaked a few time since then and I reached out to my warranty company again and told them i do NOT want Metro sent to my house. Metro contacts me Monday even though I stated I did not want them to my warranty people. I advised Gail of what happened and I did not want the same tech in my house and she stated contact me when the parts were in and we will schedule someone to come out. I let Gail know that I received all the parts today and she informed me that the appointment was cancelled even though she stated and I quote "We apologize for your experience. This ticket is for a repair. Tech will be replacing all parts your warranty provides us. I can also make a note stating that you want one of our other techs, but I cannot guarantee he wont be your tech." Once I messaged that I received all the parts and informed them, "That work order was cancelled. You do not want us in your house so hopefully they got you a new service provider. Piss poor service when they looked at the washer last year and piss poor service today contradicting what they said earlier in the messages. I do NOT recommend this company for any of your repair or service needs.

Had gone to 2 other places claiming to recycle batteries, an O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store and the North 48th Hazardous Waste collection center. O'Reilly's flat refused me, even though I had called before and asked if they would recycle Lead Acid Batteries. They said go to the Landfill Chemical Depot. Next stop was Landfill Hazardarous Waste Depot, and they open like 8 hours a week to citizens, and I wasn't lucky. I was much impressed with Batteries Plus, and they have earned my business.
