Two things stood out prompting the 4 stars - the installation was done by a third party which surprised me since they emphasize local personal services. - when the stove had the problem, It seems that all the departments work independently. It was frustrating to repeat the situation always being transferred from department to another. But overall I appreciate the work Cecilia did coordinating the replacement of the stove.

The customer service at the store location helped me setup another authorized pickup person but other than that were also not very useful in telling me when my freezer would get in. Still haven't gotten the freezer but I'm strongly considering canceling my order and buying from somewhere that will fulfill my order in the timeframe they promised at checkout. Awful. Took my turntable in to get repaired because the left channel was not working. They kept it…read morewell over a week, and never contacted me once. After a couple calls, and two weeks total, they said they couldn't figure it out. I picked it up and took it elsewhere. The other place figured it out immediately by simply checking the left channel's RCA plug. That's all it took and the other placed fixed it in minutes. The technician at Alltronix clearly did not even try. They just borrowed my equipment for two weeks, did literally nothing, and then collected payment. I will never take anything there again, and you shouldn't either.
