We additionally ended up selecting a wedding band for me from Michael Tish because it was the most beautiful band we'd seen and looked like it was made to compliment my engagement ring. This jewelry store is a small single room with a variety of wedding bands and other precious jewelry. The sales associates were mostly friendly on average for the times we visited. We were pleased with the sizing of my engagement ring and appreciated that they cleaned it nicely. They did mix it up with someone else's ring and when I came to get mine they handed me someone else's. It took them about 20 minutes to locate it which made me a bit nervous. We did return to check out their bands even after the mix up and found the one we liked. It was pretty pricey for a band and though they were not willing to negotiate the price, they did give us a military discount to help with tax. We like the quality of the ring and the sizing was accurate. Overall a nice selection of jewelry with reasonable prices and above average customer service.

Ask what the stones are; lab-created stones are not separately labeled, and the sterling case had a couple of CZ's, though the jeweler was happy to tell us when we asked. I bought a necklace of carved semiprecious stones and my companion a 20" strand of lapis lazuli beads. They were happy to polish the silver findings for me, and pricing was fair. We really enjoyed speaking with the owners; we will certainly be back. Do note if you do Black Friday shopping that they're closed Thanksgiving weekend Thurs-Sunday.

Owner is very personable and apparently owns a part share of a cutting service in Thailand; he can tell you all about where the different kinds of gems come from. Some pearls; he didn't have any South Sea black ones out but apparently he does them. Also stocks men's jewelry and watches. All jewelry repairs done in-house. Tina was a joy to work with, and I was even able to get the battery replaced in my tiny Seiko watch while we were discussing the plans for my ring. She quoted me about a week for the turnaround time; they had it back to me in five days! The workmanship is seamless, and being able to comfortably wear my ring is worth far more than the (very reasonable) ~$100 it cost. They were even kind enough to give it a good clean before I picked it up!
