Owner is very personable and apparently owns a part share of a cutting service in Thailand; he can tell you all about where the different kinds of gems come from. Some pearls; he didn't have any South Sea black ones out but apparently he does them. Also stocks men's jewelry and watches. All jewelry repairs done in-house. This jewelry store is a small single room with a variety of wedding bands and other precious jewelry. The sales associates were mostly friendly on average for the times we visited. We were pleased with the sizing of my engagement ring and appreciated that they cleaned it nicely. They did mix it up with someone else's ring and when I came to get mine they handed me someone else's. It took them about 20 minutes to locate it which made me a bit nervous. We did return to check out their bands even after the mix up and found the one we liked. It was pretty pricey for a band and though they were not willing to negotiate the price, they did give us a military discount to help with tax. We like the quality of the ring and the sizing was accurate. Overall a nice selection of jewelry with reasonable prices and above average customer service.
