I had another professional out to look at it and he said they are so uneven that they need to be removed and be redone. They also left a space between pieces of quartz. I know I should make them fix it but I fear they would just make a bigger mess.

You will be dealing with the same employees at this business for their storage locations. The only thing that warrants a single star in the review is the price of renting here. Otherwise it's terrible service. I've been trying to provide my notice to vacate for 2 weeks now and no one will return my email and phone messages. I talked to a lady at dallman drywall where their office is co-located and she did apparently cancel something because now I received a late payment text notice on a payment I did expect to make. I just need them to acknowledge that for October it will be canceled. I should have heeded the warning sign when I rented because they also wouldn't respond to emails and calls then so I drove there and the lady I had to deal with chewed me out for showing up as they do all business remotely.

At the Loft we were referred to Lee Douglas, "if you love us, step next door to our sister company and be amazed". So we walked around the corner and into an amazingly well set up space. Usually furniture stores are wide open spaces with scads of couches, chairs etc that one has to pull their creativity together. At Lee Douglas they stage furniture that provides a homey comfort feel. The furniture is beautiful and unique. Clients do have the opportunity to customize with the wide variety of fabrics, colors and they have wallpaper. The real gem is with Brenda!! She was fabulous!! She has a warm greeting meeting us as we walked in. Asked great questions and shared some wonderful guidance. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that we haven't actually purchased anything yet to assess the quality after some use. However I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next piece from them! Do not do business with Classic Wood Floors out of Lincoln, NE. The owner, Chris Langer, does not…read morefollow-through on his commitments. His son installed our floors and there were issues ever since moving in two years ago. The floor started separating and gaps were forming. After multiple no-shows and excuses, Chris finally came out and glued the problem areas together - mind you, it's a floating floor. Chris blamed the material. After having a 3rd party inspect the flooring, they determined a bad install caused the problem. We had to pay for all new flooring that covers 70% of our home, which was not a small expense. Chris agreed to help our contractor tear out & re-install, but Chris, once again, DID NOT SHOW UP. He's also not answering his phone. My contractor is now laying this flooring by himself because Chris has fallen off the planet. Be careful dealing with Classic Wood Floors and whatever other businesses Christopher Langer owns.
