You will be dealing with the same employees at this business for their storage locations. The only thing that warrants a single star in the review is the price of renting here. Otherwise it's terrible service. I've been trying to provide my notice to vacate for 2 weeks now and no one will return my email and phone messages. I talked to a lady at dallman drywall where their office is co-located and she did apparently cancel something because now I received a late payment text notice on a payment I did expect to make. I just need them to acknowledge that for October it will be canceled. I should have heeded the warning sign when I rented because they also wouldn't respond to emails and calls then so I drove there and the lady I had to deal with chewed me out for showing up as they do all business remotely.

We had them take out our chain link fence and put in a vinyl privacy fence last year and they did some curbing this year. We felt that their labor rates were very reasonable and gave us the opportunity to invest in a better quality of fencing. The quality of the work they performed was top notch and was done in a reasonable time frame. Preston and his crew kept us up to date on the work and let us know right away when a problem occurred, presenting not just the issue but would also have multiple answers to the problem for us to choose from. Last years heavy wind storms knocked down some brand new fence in our neighborhood but ours stood untouched. The driver immediately acknowledged that the accident was his fault and he apologized. Changing Spaces company has apparently had so many claims on insurance that they didn't want to file a claim. So they offered to pay us directly. THEN two days later they decided the accident is not their fault. The driver has rescinded his story now saying he was not at fault. BE WARNED - they are not honest!
