You will be dealing with the same employees at this business for their storage locations. The only thing that warrants a single star in the review is the price of renting here. Otherwise it's terrible service. I've been trying to provide my notice to vacate for 2 weeks now and no one will return my email and phone messages. I talked to a lady at dallman drywall where their office is co-located and she did apparently cancel something because now I received a late payment text notice on a payment I did expect to make. I just need them to acknowledge that for October it will be canceled. I should have heeded the warning sign when I rented because they also wouldn't respond to emails and calls then so I drove there and the lady I had to deal with chewed me out for showing up as they do all business remotely.

LOVE DEMMA WOOD FLOORS !!! We have hired Demma Floor Sanding to refinish and install wood floors…read morein our home on three different occasions. We were thrilled and more than satisfied w/the results! Demma Floor Sanding delivered results WAY beyond our expectations! We have an older home and the floors had never been refinished. Demma Floor Sanding refinished our living room and dining room wood floors . We snapped "before and after" photos and could not believe the difference! The refinished floors created a brand new feel with a noticeably polished look in both rooms. On a third occasion, Demma Floor Sanding replaced our kitchen floor. Our previous kitchen floor was linoleum. Being an older home, they had to tediously remove several very thick layers of linoleum before installing the new wood floor in our kitchen. They were meticulous and thorough and our new wood kitchen floor is spectacular! I have referred Demma Floor Sanding over 25 times over the years to my friends. Every referral has been ecstatic w/the work done by Demma Wood Floors . Demma Floor Sanding is the best !

I hired Demma Wood Floors to sand and stain my oak hardwood floors. I had to remove or cover…read moreeverything and leave my home for 4 days. When I returned to was shocked! The stain was exactly right and they showed up on time, but the job done was horrible. There were spots where they didn't even sand and the stain didn't take. Stain was globed on and set too long in some places. All around the edges of my floors the stain was not rubbed to the edge and then set too long in other spots, creating black pools of stain and splotches. There were circular sanding marks all through out my wood floors. The stain was obviously not put on with the grain of the wood but against it! When I contacted the company I was told by Pete that he could not come over because he had his kids. He could not come the next day either. Finally the following evening after I treated to call my lawyer, he showed up. He had nothing to say for himself, just that he was unable to do the job and I should hire someone else. He will not charge me. Not charge me? Gee thanks- how about I charge him for another 3 nights away from home that I will have to stay when I get someone else to fix my floors. Or another 100 bucks to board my dog! Or the inconvenience, I have 3 small children. Or the work lost, my husband works from home. Or the life lost off of my floors. You can only sand floors so many times. I'm livid! He really didn't offer much of an apology either. When I asked if he did the job himself he said, "does it matter?" He didn't even ask as if he wished to see the vandalism done to my home. I had to insist he look at the dozens of areas in which his company had destroyed my floors. He should have offered to have someone else stain my floors and he pay for it. After all I have lost a sanding of my wood. I probably only have one left after this before the entire floor needed to be replaced. The person who did this to my floor used no care. Has no pride in his work. Needed to be fired!

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Nebraska curb and fence, Preston and the…read moreteam he is working with. We had them take out our chain link fence and put in a vinyl privacy fence last year and they did some curbing this year. We felt that their labor rates were very reasonable and gave us the opportunity to invest in a better quality of fencing. The quality of the work they performed was top notch and was done in a reasonable time frame. Preston and his crew kept us up to date on the work and let us know right away when a problem occurred, presenting not just the issue but would also have multiple answers to the problem for us to choose from. Last years heavy wind storms knocked down some brand new fence in our neighborhood but ours stood untouched. We also loved that this is a local business run by a veteran and many of the crew are part of his family. So in conclusion if you have a fencing or curbing project to be done go to a local business that does great work at a fair price and will make sure you are happy before they leave go to Nebraska curb and fence. You will not be disappointed. Jeff and Deb M.
