Which again, according to his contract were to be done by him. He completely tore up our yard, which is where the three dump trucks full of dirt were used to repair our lawn. We now have no stairs to our front door or walkway because he tore them all out. We have to pump water away from our foundation daily with all the rain we have been getting because he left us with a "pool" where our front walkway was supposed to go. He lied on numerous occasions about a date for concrete pouring, with several excuses as to why it was being delayed. He would say he was coming back and never has. He now refuses to come back because I called him one time over a span of two weeks to see when he was returning or going to be able to actually finish his work. I have since learned he has an F rating with the bbb, a criminal record, and is known with several other contractors to have a very negative reputation. I seriously question not only his intentions, but also David's ability as a contractor, He has stolen from us, lied, cheated, and apparently has a reputation to back it all up. We still have no concrete and will have to pay twice the cost now to not only get what we wanted done, but to fix all the mistakes made by David Dizney. Thanks "Buddy"-

Within a couple days I was connected with and worked with Chris initially to recieve an estimate…read morefor repairs. He was really nice, communicated well and even contacted me for an earlier available time than scheduled due to an opening in his schedule. He arrived on time and was thorough with his estimate, even giving me additional information on some things I hadn't noticed or realized would become a problem in the future. He provided repair options for those items as well. He was able to get the final project scheduled reasonably quickly, and they had pretty manageable financing options that fit my budget also. Ivan and Issac were assigned to the actual repairs. They contacted me the morning of and let me know the approximate time they'd arrive, and they arrived on time. There were no deviations from what their work plan was and what I had requested. They worked quickly and finished in about two hours, completing repairs to a small section of sidewalk in front of the house and to the concrete patio at the back of the house. At the end, they provided some additional information for the 5 year warranty, and what to be mindful of during the next 24 hours. Overall very painless process with very professional individuals. 10/10 would recommend at this point.
