Although the ring wasn't bought here I was complimented on my ring, was quoted $75 for the appraisal & 10-14 days wait. It's truly a beautiful store with a lot to admire! Price ranges all over the place. We went home to get 2 more rings that needed resized. They were quick to let us know their recommendations. I chose this particular business to resize my wedding band set. I looked at reviews and was almost shocked with how highly people spoke of them. I dropped off my ring and waited two weeks for for pick up (even though it was ready a week later). They did an amazing job re-sizing and adding speed bumps to my wedding set. While walking around they had some gorgeous jewelry for sale, and the few employees I interacted with were very friendly. I stopped in over the holiday break while out shopping to see what kind of wedding bands they carry for my husband. The store is beautiful! Large and spacious with a ton of different cases to peruse. I was promptly met by a friendly female associate. After explaining what I was looking for she took me over to a few cases. Upon narrowing down what I was looking for, I unfortunately left without any additional items. As far as particular collection, I only saw one brand of mens rings, but I can't be sure that's all they have. However, what I did see what quite a bit more per ring than say our local Oracle jeweler. Shawn was amazingly attentive and walked me through the repair process and length of time to repair my wedding ring. The total cost was way less than I had anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. He took the time to offer me a beverage from their beverage bar and a tissue when I needed one. He was very patient even when another (previous) patron came in that he had assisted earlier. He took me around to show me some rings on their site and suggested a ring to compliment my wedding ring. Unfortunately, my fingers are so thin, I was unable to take it home with me but will be able to pick them up at the same time. I was very pleased with the experience I had when purchasing jewelry at Gunderson's. I was assisted by Jordan as I purchased my first piece of jewelry there. She helped me pick out a beautiful bracelet for my girlfriend, even trying on each piece to help me gain a better sense on how it would look. She was great! A few days later, I decided to come back to Gunderson's to have some of my jewelry cleaned: a watch and a pendant. I was very impressed with the cleaning! I'm very picky when it comes to "fine lines" or "small scratches" on my jewelry and when my pieces were returned to me, I could barely notice them! To me, it looked good as new! I will definitely be returning here when it comes to the cleaning of my jewelry as well as future purchases of other fine jewelry!
