It honestly would've been only marginally more expensive to buy a new Casio G shock then it was to have the battery changed in my existing one, but I love the one I have, so I "bit the bullet" to the tune of $45 or so. The only place in Omaha area that works on vintage clocks and makes house calls. It will be a sad day when Tom and his wife decide to finally retire. For Bryan A, you find anywhere else to get your watch fixed cheaper and with expeditious speed and I will gladly pay for it myself. This is a family business that will eventually close as we get to that time of our lives. Tom does house calls in the mornings, so that is why it is not open when you want them to be. Probably the only place left in town. I took an old, early 1900 pendulum chiming wall clock in. When I called, they quoted me $250 for a 2 key clock , however,it would probably be 6 months to get it back. Lo and behold, I took it in and he oiled it , wound it and sent me on my way in 15 minutes and $50! read more

I had to wait 6 weeks for a home visit to get a 100 year+ grandfather clock running. It was well worth the wait. Tom is very polite and professional. He cleaned the clock and got it up and running. It gained about a minute a day so I called and Tom told me over the phone how to fix it. Am pretty sure it's good for another 100 years! My dad got me a gorgeous new Bulova watch for Christmas but was heartbroken when we couldn't get the band to size we needed. After a quick google search we walked into Time Center and they were so courteous and helpful! A quick five minutes and the watch was the size we needed and was cheap too! I wish I knew about this place when I had my grandfather's camelback mantle clock tuned up a few years ago. It's a family business that has been around for a long time and they really know their clocks! The shop itself carries a nice selection of clocks and watches and they do repairs as well. I mostly use this business for replacing watch batteries which are really cheap at $5.00 (compared to about $9.00 in battery specialty stores). They also sell watch bands and will replace them on the spot. This is a great little shop. read more

I have a vintage Rolex that was passed down to me by my mother and obviously means a lot to me. I broke the spring pin trying to tighten the band and brought it in to Time Center. I was super afraid they would have to send it somewhere or try to do something fancy with it but I was in and out of there in 10 minutes and they even resized it for me... for $5.00!! I'm definitely making this place my go to watch place. Thank god I didn't take it to a Rolex dealer, would have been ridiculous. read more

WONDERFUL SERVICE/FAIR PRICE! I have a grandfather clock that has been in the family for many years. After it had been moved, the chimes did not work properly and it always ran fast (even after adjusting it). Tom came out and fixed the pendulum so adjustments worked correctly and fixed the chimes to sound like new in less than an hour. I only wished that I would have called them earlier. read more
