Three times I took it in to the Helzberg store at Oakview Mall. (This watch has a 5 year warranty!) Unfortunately, being a satellite type of watch (PCAT) it needs light nonstop, not just several hours of daylight) At one point, a store salesman took in the watch to keep for 2days. He called me back a week later, saying he'd had it in sunlight and it "is working fine". Guess my home light isn't good enough, in that once I picked it up, a day later, stopped working again. See a theme here? I know, $500 isn't a ton of money. My card limit is only $3000 and I'm not a huge money-maker for Helzberg. But I did expect to some day, somehow, have a nice working watch. The Oakview Mall store manager, Kristen, said I was threatening to start trouble and she had done all she could do. If trouble means getting fair treatment, yep, I'm trouble.
